They upgraded their meat counter and make a variety of snacks now and ready to bake things. Pricey but look good. The lines are loooong or I wouldve given them 5 stars

I love stater brothers but this location is one of the older ones. No fresh produce section in the back with pre-made fruit trays or stuffed peppers. Convenient and low prices.

Its Stater Brothers, not too much to say about it. Surprisingly good sushi but a lot of staff seem over worked so double check receipts and the like and CALMLY explain if theres a error. Were all tired and exhausted, a little kindness goes a long way.

Came in this evening and bought quite a bit of water and my experience was awesome thanks to Elias a young man who went out of his way to help me load the cases in my vehicle. He was polite, hardworking and a good Christian. Staters is blessed to have an employee that is so well rounded. Thanks Elias and good luck this senior year. God Bless you.

I came in tonight and had the pleasure of dealing with Marcos G again, as the previous night he helped me to secure the water I needed. Tonight he came through again and also ordered me some more Arrowhead water. He is truly a treasure of the store and he led by example because all the other employees such as Ruben, Cierra, Robert and Amelia were amazing employees and they all made my visit one to remember. They made me feel right at home and I look forward to seeing my new buddies everytime I come back going forward. I will make it a point to only go to this Staters from now on. Jesse the security personnel was also outstanding and should be recognized. Hopefully all these employees will be acknowledged by management because they are a major reason for the stores success. Thanks all of you for the best visit ever.

This Stater Bros was nice clean had very nice floors. The layout of the store is the same as all others just very nice. The only thing I dont understand is the prices there meat section and a few other items had higher prices than other Stater Bros. I take away one start for that the Stater on San Jacinto has great prices and you get your moneys worth over there.

This location always has horrible costumer service. Especially in the younger staff. Rude, unattentive to customer and never any eye contact or greeting. Young staff need to watch a basic costumer service video as part of of there orientation or something. I always get a vibe like Im inconveniencing or annoying the staff when making any inquiry in regards to an item.I really hope Stater Bros. can improve this, they really offer everything a family needs to enjoy a meal. Unfortunately, I dread having to deal with the rude attitude towards costumers.Older staff ( 28-50 years old) is very polite and attentive and always greets with a smile.

This store is one of the best thiers a few around town. But this one is my favorite. Workers are polite an also managment, always willing to help, when you need it.

Found everything in 30 minutes from frozen foods & dog food at one end to coffee stuff, creamer and butter, bacon dressing, cheese and sausage at the other end. Checkout was a breeze @6:30 pm. Everyone was masked up, everyone was pleasant and my service dog, Budds Miqua (F) Queensland Blue Heeler, (2yrs old) was admired by both other customers and the stater bros staff. She gives stater bros a 4 paws up review.

The staff are very kind and considerate of customers that come into the store. They keep the store very clean and even when stocking nothing is bin the way to get into what you need. Overall know matter what Stater Bros store I have found all treat customer with great care.

I have never had a bad experience. the ones Ive visited or shopped at, the employees have been friendly and very helpful even when i didnt ask. prices are reasonable and the checkers lines move pretty quickly. My local go to market. The meat counter has the best quality meats. The staff at this stater bros. Is super nice and helpful. Always well stocked. Sometimes has sales that other stater bros in the area do not. Always pleased when I go. Always busy, more often then not they have enough cashiers. Line wait times are usually pretty short.

Never experienced such mean cashiers and they have been working as a cashier for years. I have a story but I feel that its to soon to say anything public. I can tell they hate there jobs and there life!

I purchased a money order from the register that specifically handles customer service. Ariana the cashier was great yet that is also the area where the employees fraternize which makes it very uncomfortable to do money transactions.. You hear about the employees schedules and who is no longer with the company. Information I care not to know..

Disgusting store!! We literally saw ROACHES in the produce section...

Good experience. Only downside was that they were out of paper plates. Market clean, clerks friendly, shopping carts were freshly sanitized.
