These guys came through for me. I have an 1980s electric oven that had a catastrophic failure of the lower heating element. It actually burned out in a spectacular electrical arching fashion. I was able to pull the oven out, open it up the back panel (200lbs and 50 screws), and pull out the burned out element. I brought in the burned out element, and they were able to match mine to a new replacement. Prices were very reasonable. 1 year warranty on part. Installed the new element, buttoned up the oven, and it worked like a charm! I will continue to come here for appliance parts in the future!

Fridge went dead, did a bit of debug and determined that the cause MIGHT be the relay (Compressor hot, but not turning.) The alternative would have been a seized motor. Well, dude at Appliance Parts was crystal clear on their policy of no returns if a part is installed, which makes perfect sense, and offered additional debug advice to make sure I didnt buy something I didnt need. Well, I took the chance and my fridge is back to life. WooHoo!

This guy knows his stuff! 3 other people walked in at the same time as me, and he knew exactly what they needed, had it, and was super efficient about it.I had a part i needed for a 1960s made gas furnace that 4 modern hardware and HVAC supply stores didnt even know what to do with, but within a few minutes of walking in, the proprietor knew what the problem was, had the part, told me what to do, and had me out the door. Super benevolent, very dedicated to helping people. If we had more human beings like this guy, planet earth would be a better place.

Best Appliance Parts Store! The owner is super knowledgeable and really helpful. Ive saved a lot of money on appliance repairs over the years by coming here first.When I needed to replace the controller dial on an old washing machine, he explained how to remove it and when I didnt understand, he showed me the exploded diagram so I could see how the parts all fit together.When I bring a random part in, he can usually name what it is without looking it up. The latest example was a bracket that drives the auger on an automatic ice maker dispenser. He instantly knew what it was. Wow!If he doesnt have the part in stock, he can order it for you. Ive recommended this store to several friends.

Appliances never fail at convenient times. This store is the only one anywhere near that is open on Sunday. I called the owner to ask about buying a timer for my washer, fully expecting to pay upwards of $50. He asked me what was wrong and cleared up that it was actually the lid switch and that cost much less. Sure enough, he was correct, and my washer works on Sunday. Great experience.

This shop was a welcoming sight on a very hot Sunday, Labor Day weekend. It was late Saturday that my AC stopped working. By early Sunday morning I learned through YouTube that my AC capacitor was likely the part that had failed, but good luck finding a parts shop open on a Sunday. Fortunately Appliance Parts East was open. Service was great. They tested my old capacitor and determined it was the problem. I purchased a new capacitor, installed it, and the family was very thankful to catch some relief. The price was very reasonable. Thank you and Kudos to Appliance Parts East.

This place is a joke. I called in asking advice about a replacement compressor starter relay for a low-end LG refrigerator. He wasnt too helpful in trying to find the part nor could he offer any suggestions. I offered to give him the exact manufacturer and part numer to see if he had it in stock. He didnt want to have any of that and insisted on asking me what the model number of the fridge is (which I gave him). I found the exact part by calling Sears in ten minutes. I eventually found the part by myself also by just typing in the manufacturer and part number printed on the part in Google and saved $20 from what Sears wanted to charge.Also, the guy on the phone was pretty rude.

My whirlpool freezer and refrigerator don’t have enough cold. I went to Sears Parts at Eastridge Mall but the lady told me I have to order and it could take a week (no express delivery). I found Appliance Parts East from Google. The gentleman is friendly and able to identify the Overload Relay replacement and it works. I plan on buying more parts from here since I wasted so much time searching for the wrong part on Amazon and Sears.
