Charged $230 and waited 2 days for them NOT to fix my car. My second incompetent encounter with them. I think I have finally learned.
My car repair had a delay from the manufacturer so I got a call first thing that morning with that update and I appreciated that quick responsiveness because that is hard to find these days! I also was using a car rental around the corner, and the owner of the autobody shop, George, drove my car to the car rental place so that I wouldnt have to walk back to the autobody shop and pick my car up. I thought that was amazing customer service that went above and beyond because it was after 5pm so he was off of work and didnt have to do that! I also got some advice from the front desk lady about my insurance because my insurance wasnt doing anything for my car repair and I was able to get half of the deductible waived because of her help. I just really appreciated all that this company did for me when they didnt have to so I would definitely recommend them!!
