Miguel does excellent work. He really took his time to make sure he did the repair correctly, did not rush it. When the work was done I was very happy and surprised how well it looked. Ive had windshield work done in the past from other companies (not as bad as my double-crack) and Miguels work was far more superior. He did not mind me asking him questions about the work- explaining the steps on what hes doing. We even carried conversations into other subjects like sports and how he got into the business, real easy guy to talk to. Even as he worked on my car, he was getting calls from other potential clients and I noticed how professional and pleasant he was talking to them. He definitely understands customer service. I hope to never get another windshield crack, but if I do- Ill be calling Miguel.

Called Miguel last night at 7:30pm to explain my rock chip issue and he guided us through how to determine how big it was over the phone and provided an estimate that he honored when he came TO OUR residence the next day within the time frame he told us. Outstanding work performed on the rims of my 2008 Infiniti G37, repaired by Miguel at EXPRESS WINDSHIELD REPAIR. All four edges were significantly damaged, with deep scrapes around the rims. I called the Express Windshield Repair because I had a crack on the windshield . I got a quote for a whole windshield and it was insane because of the sensors. I had a dime size rock chip on my windshield from a recent road trip. So I took my car to Express Windshield Repair. It was quick and easy! Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Miguel was friendly, competent, and efficient but not rushed. He was courteous and explained what he was doing. He provided timely clear communication via text and call. My windshield crack was fixed better than I could have imagined. The crack about the size of a nickel with five or six runs was turned into a couple of tiny spots resembling pits. Super value and I recommend Miguel 100%.

I got a chip in my windshield while driving behind a gravel truck months ago and just got it repaired by Miguel today. He got the job done super quick and I seriously cant even tell where the chip was anymore. Even when he pointed it out to me I could barely find it. Heard about Miguel through a buddy. As the glass specialist for Audi Fremont, I knew he must have a very high standard of work. (I get my car serviced there and if @Audigirl recommends him, thats more than enough for me.) Plus since hes doing a lot of dealership work, I knew he had a lot of experience, especially with Audis.Miguel was able to radically improve the rock chip on the 1 month old Audi we just got. Heard a loud crack driving on the freeway but didnt see anything on the windshield so was hoping it just bounced off somehow and got lucky. Well, yes and no -- the chip was on the black band below the line of sight.Miguel came to my house and made it look a LOT better in just 30 min. Very friendly, super professional, and mask-friendly.Hope to avoid any future chips, but feel a lot better I know who to call if that happens.

Had a windshield rock chip and Miguel was great! Called him at 530pm and was able to come 8am next day. 30 mins and sealed the crack, lifetime warranty if it spreads. Is slightly visible still which is expected and only if I look closely. Very nice guy too

I had owned my Mazda 3 for about a month when a rock bounced into my windshield on the freeway, causing a decent chip. Unfortunately, there were three cracks stemming from the center of the chip that extended over an inch in either direction. After researching windshield repair services in the area, I ultimately contacted Express Windshield Repair to come by and see if the damage was reparable. The technician (Miguel) came to my work, and was there within an hour. He was concerned that the spreading of the chip was too large to be effectively sealed by a chip repair, but he went ahead and did the repair anyways at no charge. He even reached out to me about a month after the repair to see how it was holding up. He was extremely professional, honest, punctual, and kind. Unfortunately (as Miguel expected) the chip in still spreading, but very slowly; Miguels repair bought me time and although Ill eventually have to replace the windshield, I will absolutely come use Express Windshield Repair for all of my auto glass needs!
