Broke my wheel speed sensors.Mounted the wrong tires.

Brought my Tacoma in to get get a new bumper, winch, light bar and front bump stops installed that I ordered online. They were fast to contact me and fit me into their schedule and accommodating to mine since I was coming from Santa Cruz and had to be in Union City the same day I needed to bring the truck in. Looking forward to bringing the truck back again when the opportunity arrives and the staff/customer service here was all top notch.

My vehicle was scheduled to be worked on most of the day. The 4wheelparts crew ran into quite a few snafus but They kept me updated most of the day. They also gave me a deal for waiting so long! The Jeep is riding great and the advice and guidance on what to do next is sound. These guys know what they are doing!

I went there today to get some info about offset wheels. I spoke with Souza and he was very helpful. Took his time to measure my wheels. I ordered wheels and tires. Price wise I would say it was a little more expensive than I thought. However, couple places I stopped by they didnt wanna do any measurements to check if the wheels I wanna would fit under my truck nor didnt know much about offset wheels things like that. Now, just need to wait to my wheels and tires come in and get install..

I went here for a vehicle which cost me a $180 while they did the inspection all of my tires were removed the I asked the sales person Rodrigo De Souza if he can rotate my tire while they were removed and he told me it would cost $90 dollars more to do it like I said all the tires were removed already All you have to do is put them on the opposite side. and I asked him again and he told me it’s business. i’ve been to the company several times and every time I come it’s more of a sale shop then a professional business if you ask me stay far far away them the just want to over charge for any thing they do even and there customer service is very horrible they just lost $6,000 I was going buy new 5 rims bumper and and now I guess I’ll take my business some were else that will appreciate a good customer

Picked up new Toyo Open Country’s for my ‘06 Avalanche. Free rotation.. but this place is busy, good but busy. Most appointments are about 2 weeks out and they usually need the vehicle the majority of the day. Can do pretty much anything you need, from tires, to oil changes to 4 wheel maintenance, etc.

2021 I wanted a new experience on a new vehicle and I bought a 4 by 4 pickup walked into the store and came out with major ideas great experience so far cant wait until this journey follows through this company is great to have around The best part was that there was a person that speaks my language so I felt even more comfortable Spanish I cant wait until they guide me on this path that I pick for 2021 5 stars all the way

Local store has been around for years. In the end I like supporting local businesses.

Most of the product on the shelf is top quality. If you want a winch, offroad lights, or parts for your truck/Jeep, these guys will take care of you. Be prepared to pay, they are more costly than youll find on Amazon, but they have good service and product you cant find on Amazon.

I came to this place to get my new bilstien 6112 shocks assembled. I picked them up the 2 days after only to find that they had two different hat on each strut I recommend that people avoid this establishment.

They had the parts my truck needed and the man that helped me went out of his way to do so hos name is Jose and he had the parts on the counter waiting for me when i arrived

I dropped off my wheels and tires around 4 pm to have them mount and balance. Told me that they cant do it at that time anymore and to just drop it off and pick it up tomorrow. Next day I came around the same time and they havent even started mounting my wheels. I waited almost 2 hours to just have them mount and balance. Customer service I terrible and they arent very welcoming

Excellent service !! I ordered a lift online from them and was giving updates every few days on the back order status of it . When i went to pick up at the San Jose store the guys down there were really cool and very helpful with helping me load it up . I will definitely buy from them again in the future ..

They answer all your questions or concerns. They will also guide you to whoever can best help you if for some reason they cant. Victor is my go to person at the San Jose store, he helps me with everything I need for my Jeep.

Chevy 2509HD worked with Matt who also has a very nice 2500HD. Was looking for a level kit and options. The previous owner leveled by cranking up the torque bars. The ride quality was horrible! @&$”/$Ended up with the Icon set up and 2.0 2.5 shocks.All I can say is wow! The ride quality and handling Are thousand percent better! Big time thanks to Matt and the team.

Took my vehicle in about 4 years ago to get a lift kit installed, and new wheels/tires. Vehicle developed high vibrations after coming out of the shop. Took it back to them numerous times and they could not fix the issue, turns out they broke both arms when they installed the shocks. Took it to them to replace both arms, they tore a boot while doing that. Told my self I would stay away. Turns out I needed a spare wheel/tire, I figured there is no way they could F this up. I mean, they ordered and installed my last set. I was wrong. It took 1.5 months for them to let me know they had it, yes you guessed it, it was the wrong one. Waited another month for the right one. I finally gave up and had them cancel the order. Now Im having a hard time getting a refund. This place is a joke, plain and simple.

Been here several times, every time they are hesitant to greet the customer or ask if they can help. Seems like everyone is to busy even if they are not with a customer. They may be knowledgeable but unless you can treat a customer with some courtesy it doesnt help. I did have one really great experience where they asked and talked kindly as I purchased a few Jeep accessories.

Prices not the greatest but has professional staff and good service.

When 2 people are helping 1 guy for 30 min and leave you to wait with 3 others behind you!!

Customer service isnt the best. I also have been waiting four months for my lift kit with a delay in shipping every time I call to check if it has arrived. However, the lift was installed quickly and I was informed other parts needed to be replaced and they were able to acquire and install the remaining parts in two days. Fast service, but a higher labor cost.

Front desk employees here make for a unsatisfactory experience. I spent over a thousand $ on tires least they could do is act polite and helpful. Seemed like my business was not wanted. Will not be returning here. The shop guys were super cool though.

Ordered online for store pickup... store called and told me to pick it up on Monday. Order was not ready for me on Monday and all I was told was that they must of sold my item to someone else over the weekend...... Extreme Terrain and Quadratec are much better and cheaper.

Not so much as a walk-in 4x4 shop anymore. The only items you find in stock are the brands they own more or less. Plus those brands are becoming kinda junk. Also had tires installed at one 4WP, they scratched a rim. Corporate store.

After they had my truck all day and not working on it until one our before they close they said they couldnt do the alignment because the tie-rod ends were seized. They wanted to charge me $700 to replace them - parts are only $100 - Sooo $600 in labor for 1 hour of work?. BS, I had the tie-rods loose within 5 min of getting the truck back to my house. The tie-rods are perfectly fine and were replaced less than 5k miles ago.

I have been going to this store over last 15 years for my 4x4 needs, and always had a good experience dealing with sales Reps and managers, but today (5-18-16) I had a shockingly nasty experience with both sales people and the manager - Wanted to charge me for items I had paid for previously. They were not willing to listen to my side - said it was a corporate change that they had to abide by. So I went away to their other location where everything went smoothly - No questions asked....Something is not right about this San Jose Store current management and its sales team

I broke outer and inner shaft at the car crush last Saturday there and they were very helpful on helping me out also finding the right parts for my truck. Im picking my parts up today and cant wait to get it. They are a good group of guys! Im planning on shopping for more stuff in the near future.

I went to buy two metal jerry gas cans for my off-roading trips in the desert. I had ordered them on their web site but then realized I could just pick them up at the local store. They figured out how to expedite my order and fulfilled it directly. Also, very attentive and helpful customer service.

Today was the second visit to the store hopping it would be better that the first but it was worse. I was the only customer with two customer service guys. bad service no wonder they have bad reviews. Just one star because they let me in

Surprised to hear they are booked over a month for a simple alignment?? Is this true? How is that even possible?? I will take my business elsewhere. Also I recently ordered an Intake for my duramax which I pre paid for online. It states next to the item pick up in store next day. Manager calls me 2 days later (late) and tells me they have the item ( which I paid for) but could not give it to me due to California smog compliance. Now I understand this isnt 4 wheels fault but why the heck did you take money?! Stay away.

Ill never return to this store. I walked in to look for mud flaps for my truck. I walked back and forth through the 6-7 isles. NOT ONE PERSON SAID HELLO or Offered to help.

I dont know what store is worse Oakland or San Jose store .i ordered a bumper for my Jeep and I was told it was going to be in a week later,i tried to set up an appointment to be proactive and they wouldnt let me until the parts came in, Parts didnt come in until 2 weeks later then I had to wait another week for appointment to come available and to top it all off they told me it was going to take him 4 hours to take a bumper off and put a new one on, their customer service sucks and the knowledge of some of their salespeople as well.

As per another reviewer, their counter service is poor. The counter person was surly, really uninterested in describing what they had to offer, couldnt even get me a catalog. The conversation was overheard by /another/ worker, and /he/ promptly brought me a new catalog. So they clearly have issues with setting a standard for interaction with the public. For now, Ill just try the catalog.

Well 9 years, $7000 and multiple disappointing experiences is what it takes for me to never shops here again. To bad for you 4 wheel parts you just lost $4000 of future revenue over 100 bucks. Their diagnostic technicians are a joke. Surprise surprise there is still a clunk in the front of the jeep.... Like I told them. But that did not stop them from taking a grinder to my REAR differential cover without asking. I would drive my jeep into a lake before bringing it back here.

If there is an owner of this business, he or she needs to put cameras in to see how the customers are treated. WOW, this is a joke. If anyone was to open another 4x4 shop in town, this place would easily close.

Cant get a simple order correct

They have no concern for customers time. Steve is no help what so ever. Call multiple time and they act like our $$$$ isnt what keeps them in business. Put me on hold more then once for 15 to 20 min on same call. Go somewhere else. Dont waste your time or money with these yahoos.

These guys are a joke! Me and my boi came in to get our trucks lifted and the cockiness that poured out these guys body was revolting. Ive done my hours of research and when I asked the guy with the beard up in the front certain questions he acted like I had no idea what I was talking about and tried to talk over me a few times. When me and my boi kept challenging him he got frustrated and cut our conversation. The whole time he tried to have this tough guy country boy act which was annoying and pathetic! Dont get me started in the other used car salesmen. They only sale their house brand of pro comp which is like oreillys only selling oreillys motor oil I mean cmon. Had a way better experience at Advanced Trucks in Morgan hill just over the phone! These guys lost 6-8k worth of business in minutes and their competitors just earned it.

Went in today to get some pricing on some parts. Never in my life have I been talked to so rudely. I talked to joe there. He acted like I didnt know what I was talking about and was trying to tell me that I was Wrong. When I asked to speak to the manager he told me that he was unavailable. After this experience I will not be going back ever again. Now I know why they say this is the Worst 4wp in the country.

I guess i should consider my myself lucky, i wanted a quote for a lift kit and install, RK long arm kit was 7k online, 4WP took all my info and said they said theyd get back to me, two weeks later i ordered an equally good kit by evo its a bolt on since i could not get them to do the work. But i still needed rear axle regeared to 513s and ARB locker and Chromoly shafts so thought well lets give them another chance. This time i called twice and both times never got a return call. I JUST CANT GIVE THESE GUYS MY MONEY!!! Well judging by other reviews its probably i should consider myself lucky. I had the identicle experwwith Oaklands 4WP shop too. Guess it runs in the family there.
