I bought new wiper blades and Chris was friendly and very helpful, and installed them too. Helpful staff in general and been shopping there for years.

They carry the hard to find parts, my old car needs. I truly appreciate the small town feel, and knowledgeable staff. Everything I buy here fits and works reliably.

Seems to be a great place for Auto parts... Got and alternator from them for a great deal . Was able to return my OLD alternator core after purchasing the new one and got almost 40$ for the refund. but i must say the lack of enthusiasm to help customers /to work period- is a bit of a drag ..

I dont understand!!! The signs were flashing open as the always do. I tried the door and I think it was stuck. I just thought it was a problem with the door. I managed to get it open eventually. I went on in but was shocked! The police showed up yelling at me!

The website and the order said that the store was open until 8 PM so I bought online and the email said to pick up in 30 min. Went to the store and it was closed and hours were only until 6 PM. I hope that it is actually open tomorrow for otherwise i have been ripped off

Came in for a online pick up and remembered I also needed some bulbs, the gentlemen behind the counter were very reluctant to help me find the correct product. They saved me a a good amount of time.

At 5:30 pm today I realized the special order part bought at Winchester Auto was incorrect. I needed the car fixed by 9 pm. I called every major auto part store in San Jose. No one had the axle in stock. When I finally called Carquest in Meridian the attendant, Andy, took the time to verify his inventory and called me back 5 minutes later to tell me he had it in stock. The problem the store closes at 6pm, and I was in East San Jose, no way I could make it on time. I explained him the importance of getting the part today and he said come over, I have other things to do before going home, you will find me here. I arrived at 6:25pm, the part was exactly what I needed, and the price even lower of what I had paid on the other store. Thanks to Andy I could make it on time. I think he is an exceptional sales person. Not only he knows his job but he got a terrific customer oriented attitude.

This place goes that extra mile to ensure you get the item you are looking for at the best price for the best quality and if its at another location they do there best to get it in there store very knowledge able in many ways and friendly also.

I used to work there. The stellar help has left, but the people there are still quality and far more knowledgeable that the shmucks at Kragen or Auto Zone.

Bad service I returned a bars leaks because I didnt need it I lost my receipt they could of scanned the bar code he didnt even try I just wanted store credit Ill never be back it will be out of business soon anyway sad.
