John was very kind and helpful enough to assist me with putting my rear windshield wiper on my car in the rain!! He didn’t have to, so that really speaks to the customer service here. Thanks so much!

Rude employee,did not even know I called napa he answered with no greet, called to ask for a simple part in stock and got the most mediocre help from any auto store. He clearly did not want to help. Is it a common method their corporate teaches their employees?

So much better than AutoZone. AutoZone ordered a part and said pick up in 6 hours, Day and half later nothing. Napa actually had it in stock and was 15 dollars cheaper. Wont waste time going anywhere else.
