Hours and options are mediocre. Quality of their products and service is also mediocre.

Im sad that NAPA bought this great local chain, but they still have fast parts availability. But the staff were rude when I came to pick up. They needed the names of items I had ordered online, not my name, and were snotty when I was confused. Just because Im a woman on a bike and I havent ordered from them since the changeover doesnt mean its ok to be rude.

The long time gentlemen that used to work there prior the multiple location store being sold to a large conglomerate, were truly wonderful gentlemen. The new employees seem to be similarly inclined but that older, rather homespun, attitude is quite apparently deceased. Schade.

Got all related items I needed flux the water pump for less than just the pump elsewhere.

Call prior to arrival to the auto parts store and this guy says he can fix the car no problem bring it down understanding that someone else had touched the car prior to arrival he still said no problem he could do it so we have to tow it all the way across town just for us to get there and then the guy tells us he cant do it and hes not even going to try and we just told the car with a rope all the way across town. We get there he doesnt even look at the car and tells us he cant do it and wont even try. I dont care fact he couldnt do it, fact he told me he could over the phone then after going all the way across town he wouldnt even look at the car

I want to give a huge shout out to Joe, who not only sold me the correct windshield wiper part, and even though I was about to go home and install them, he offered to install them for me. Good thing too, because the first one he put on was defective. So he went back into the store, got another one and installed it. Had he not offered to help, I would have been very frustrated to have bought the correct part and not have it work correctly then have to go back to the store and complain etc. Thanks Joe, for your excellent service! I know where Ill go for my next auto parts purchase - Winchester Auto Parts.

I have been here twice for car batteries. Prices are very good. Their customer service is great and they even have a set of tools you can borrow to do minor repairs/replacements in their parking lot.

These guys are the best. Chevy dealer told me I had to buy entire windshield cowl assembly for almost $200 bucks because just one 24 inch washer fluid hose broke on my Trailblazer. Dealer doesnt sell just hose to repair. I said no thanks. Well, Winchester Auto guys showed me how to splice and in fact gave me the hose splice piece, because it was in their scrap bin. Works great. Even guy at Pep Boys sent me to them. Saved $200 bucks. These guys get it.

Seriously I was just looking for a spark plug cap for my stupid 150cc scooter sitting for months in my garage so I decided to look for the part. None willing to help me out when I mention its a Chinese brand scooter brush me off completely.Jimmy here spent at least a good 25/30min to look for a compatible part for my scooter and finally make it run with less than $2 components.THANK YOU

How this store keeps its doors open is unbelievable...the most rude stuff and owner of store Ive walked into in my life -GO TO ORIELYS..or auto zone the middle aged white guy needs to close this store and go take a customer service class and try say hi to people when they walk in at least!!! I call for some spring nuts for my exhaust pipe. The part where the muffler connect too. They told me they dont have any from the factory one and they dont have any that fit integra. They told me I can go to any hardware store to buy the bolts and nuts and use the spring I have. I cant believe I even did what he say, it was so obvious that that is not going to work out. I was at a hardware store and asking for help and they say they dont carry auto stuff and the bolt thread is deferent and also it not heat resistant so for me to go to an auto store..... not professional and they dont know there stuff and info.Well maybe not the store but the people that work there

Ive come to this place over the years I lived in San Jose. It was a nice place, now I feel some of the employees have an attitude.Was looking for rubber bushings, simple small rubber bushings. .44- .99 cents each online. Since I didnt want to wait few days to have these shipped to me I called these guys. They assured me the part they will get me is Polyurethane which is stronger & lasts longer than Rubber.At $2.50 a piece (I need 4) it is somewhat expensive.The guy at the store gives me an attitude how it is only $10 which is not a lot of money, I explain to him how much they cost online. Finally out of his generosity he gives me 5 cent discount each. Other places gives me 20% off.I pick up the bushings and they are the same part number I found online for much less money, and I doubt very much they are the better kind (Polyurethane instead of just rubber), the guy insists they are not rubber & that is why they cost more.I do not trust this guy and I dont feel right about paying $11 for rubber bushings that cost $. 44 online.I contacted 2 other places that sell the same part & they told me they are Rubber not Polyutherane. The guy at Winchester assured me they were NOT rubber but Polyutherane.So I had to make another trip to their store to return the part. 3 trips in total...one to go in & order the part, another trip to go pick up the part and a 3rd one to return it.Total waste of time.Hire better employees without the attitude and dont lie to your customers.

Few auto stores have AMSOil and the representative do know about cars unlike other chain auto stores. Everything is good at Winchester but checkout can be a long wait sometimes as they try to help other customers out.

Winchester... you used to be great. I tried to order a replacement tail light bulb socket for my truck. Called the store, described what I needed and the guy on the phone said he found something. The part I need has 3 wires, unfortunately the part the guy on the phone was telling me he had in stock only had 2 wires. When I said this was not the correct part he argued with me telling me I was wrong and this is what the correct part is. When I asked if there was any other options because this was clearly not what I was looking for I only heard dead air and then was hung up on shortly after.Its really a shame -- I used to come here all the time when I was building up my old 65 Mustang and picked up a lot of parts here-- but what I thought was the last real auto parts store that valued customer service has withered away like all the rest.Stay away from here, Ill be taking my business online...

The staff was friendly, but sold me a set of tire chains with no adjusters. I made it clear that I needed help choosing a solution for the upcoming weekend in Tahoe, and then when it came time to put on my new chains in freezing rain, I wasnt able to get them to fit because of the missing adjusters. Terrible customer service. They should have known better. They also way overcharged me for the chains, I saw sets for half the price later...WITH adjusters.

Ive been a customer for over 30 years. You can always get what youre looking for and 99% of the time its the right part. It doesnt matter if its mom and pops car or your building a one of a kind hot rod. They can get you what you want and even get your parts machined if you need that done as well.

Very good experience, had warranty on battery and had me in and out in less than 5 min with a new battery.

Ive used them as a local service centre for my eBike - an izip dash. The bike has had many issues sadly, but Jim has worked through them with good grace and in consultation with the currietech manufacturers
