I have been a loyal and a regular customer to winchester auto parts since even before it was in the current location. It has been at least 25 years and $1000s purchased in parts. Paul was the manager. Paul was very knowledgeable and involved in providing excellent customer service. A few years ago Paul left and things started to shift towards the worst.Recently winchester auto parts was purchased by Napa. I can see this place is going down hill very fast. Now they switch to Napa brand parts too. You can not choose among any oem or better aftermarket parts they have before but Napa parts.Their customer service is so deficient or non existent. They hire underpaid personnel that seem to have little knowledge of auto part world.In my last experience there I called and shared with them the part they sold me was the wrong part for my vehicle model/year and needed a replacement. They were about to close, I got there 1 minute before their close time. They had already closed. I could see there were 2 guys hiding behind the counter acting like kids. I kept knocking on the back door till I heard a voice behind the door, They told me they were closed and I needed to return the next day. I called them on the phone but did not answer.I couldnt believe what was happening.This episode added to their lack of knowledge and bad customer service made me decide not to be their customer any longer.Good luck Napa auto parts.
