I have a commercial account and they always, ALWAYS do what they can to find me the right parts and get them to me as fast as possible. They sell good quality parts and all the guys know their stuff! Jeff, Rich, Don (please forgive me for not naming everyone) and the drivers at this store are very polite. They all make my work day run smoothly. I can’t thank them all enough! Rude sales person, I called on friday and ordered a Pacific brand of brake rotors they said they would have them on saturday about 4pm. I went to their store on saturday at 10 am to make sure parts were ordered. They said the parts were in,I said ok lets see them.they brought out napa parts not the parts I wanted.then the rude sales kid said in a rude tone we cant the power stop rotors, well if thats true why do they have sale flyers up in the store. I said and ment I will never go back their again . Over inflated prices for junk parts and rude people.

I am pretty sure that the guys here are mechanics on the side. The best thing is I often dont know the terms for what I need and if I describe what I am looking for they know immediately what I am talking about. Most auto stores will just say that if I dont know what I need they cant help me. They even explained what I needed to do to fix my problem step by step. Great place, great people, great prices.

I have shopped here for 18 years. (Originally at another location a mile away.) They have never steered me wrong. They are helpful and knowledgeable and dont try to take advantage of a woman. They will even come out into the parking lot and install your new wipers!

Friendly neighborhood auto shop. Been coming here for 20 years. They have many different types of items that you can find there over other monopolized auto shops. You receive a very personable experience as well as informative knowledge that applies to the task you are working on.Ex. I had a pair of dashboard lights I was trying to replace. I couldnt find them anywhere in stores except online. However, when I went in to WInchester auto, John was able to work with me and to see what I had. He had an extra pair of replacement lights on stand by that I could substitute for the burnt out ones. We made it work rather than me search or guess for products online.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff! They have usually been able to find parts for my oddball cars quickly and at reasonable prices. So glad they are in my neighborhood!

Had great customer service, called regarding Windshield wiper blades for 2002 Ford/Thunderbird. They had Rainex to fit my car, spoke with Jose, on the phone, when I went to the store on White Rd, a very nice young man sold them to me and installed them for me also! Big fan of the winchester chain. I usually go to the campbell site, but i was closet to this store, and it feels a bit unorganized on the shelves. Ultimately had great customer service and the parts i needed were readily available!

Amazing staff, ultra friendly, and can help you find all sorts of unusual parts.

They sold me the wrong part then argued with me for twenty minutes about it instead of helping.then I went to the Winchester on capital and I was helped and found my part. The wrong part they first sold me also cost me almost 1000$ in other parts. dont go to the Winchester on white!!!!!!!!! Also the e36 transmission mount bushings that first appear on there computer are incorrect and cause a lot of damage they had to get the correct ones for me from another oem source. I hope this helps someone

Workers know what they are talking about. If they dont have what you are looking for they always offer to get it delivered within 2 hours to the store or you can go to there warehouse to pick up yourself. About a 15 to 20 min drive.
