Nobody wore masks, couldve gotten covid.Theres no space to socially distant in their shop. Everything is close to each other and there is nothing stopping infectious diseases.Rooms are mess. Parts strewn across the place and people work on cars in the backyard.While I wore a mask none of the shop people did. Unacceptable, should be shut down.

Its a good place to have your car fixed. The price isnt expensive.

Honest. Trustworthy. Reliable. Fast. Car done on 12/07/17.Brought my Subaru @ Stevens Creek Subaru and the technician said to get the alternator done elsewhere because of the age of my car (2001) and cost ($800). I checked online and found Hung Auto Repair (near where I live.) Direct from the dealership, I went to Hung and he took my car in, fixed the issued that same afternoon with 1/3 of the cost. WHAT A SAVINGS! Tom was super sweet, speaks great English and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use him for future maintenance! Thanks Tom and Crew!!!!

They tested my car for free for a minor issue. I had a wheel issue and they were kind enough to even help me test it on the freeway during rush hour. What kind, amazing knowledgeable service. I think I worked with Tim or Hung.

Very cheap prices. I was quoted $80 for a full synthetic oil change at another shop. Called Hung and they only charged $45. Great work too.

They work on my Volvo a Transmission oil change and flush. When I got it backeverything looked ok but two days later the line at radiator came lose and fell off I lost 4 quarts of oil. Transmission has now started leaking there was no leaks before they worked on it. Ive taken the car back twice to have these problems corrected. I have had no luck getting them to fix their mistake.Update:They replaced my transmission the labor was on them. I paid for the transmission. The transmission was old so I am very happy that they took responsibility for the oil leak that damage the transmission and shortened its life.

Straight up honest people running Hung Auto. They only tell you what really needs to be done instead of adding on a bunch of extras, and their prices for parts and labor are as good as youre going to get. I highly recommend this place.

I had Tom and crew at Hung tackle my 2001 Audi forward O2 sensors (2 of them), that other shops wouldnt touch, only Audi and Renwerks gave estimates of $475 and up, and Hung did great work, below their original estimate ($250), seriously these guys are champs!
