Between 30% and 40% less money than any other mechanic around.Lately they get right on it. Two or 3 years ago there were always cars in all the parking spots. Now there are multiple open spots when you roll up. Maybe theres another mechanic now whos competitive so customers are going elsewhere?Example for a power steering pump at Tungs is $350, while at the Midas on Monterey Road near Senter Road its over $500At Tungs youll want to take cash, pay in cash, save another $20 to $50. Let them know over the phone while youre getting the quote that youre paying in cash. Not a debit card, go to an ATM.

I would give them 0 stars if possible or even negative because after years with working with them, they gave me bad cheap oil instead of using the one I gave them at Costco. They would take your premium oil and resell it and give you cheap bad oil. BE CAREFUL, they would even take advantage of Vietnamese people. Our family has been working with them for 10 years and they decided to pull this on us. Everyone please check your services when working with this business.

Awesome fast oil change. They fixed my AC compressor by replacing a good one for me $750 parts and labor with 1 year warranty while dealer asked for more than $2k. Im happy with my car AC.

A good place to get oil changes as they have the best prices around. They normally finish faster than the time given. They need to work on calling customers of completion as it affects our time as well as their time and car space. Other than that, you will get good service.

I’m a regular customer for more than 10 years now and I haven’t experience any problem with Tungs Auto Body Shop. They accommodate customers accordingly depending on vehicle issues. Easy to deal with so far. It’s a policy of First Come- First Serve.

Wish he was more clear with me. Took my car in for a diagnostic and had them fix it once they knew the problem. It turned out to be a bad distributor. The old man told me $400. Got here and total came out to $420. The part was $270 and labor was $50. Got in little disagreement with him but I paid him. I wont be going back here if I can avoid it.

If I could put 0 star, I would. This store cheat people to fix stuff in your car that was nothing wrong with it. Charge very pricey and customer service is horrible. I brought cat there one for fixing the timing belt. After a week left the car at the shop and get it back. The belt was torn second day. It towed to other store and the mechanic told me it was never changed. Came back to Tung Auto Repair. They refused to refund and fix. I also heard argument for another customer there. Never bring it back there. Just glad I didn’t got myself into any accident because of their lie and pool service 😡🤬😡

Ive taken all of my cars to this shop with no regrets for over a decade! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and set expectations well in terms of timing and pricing. I dont feel Ive ever been overcharged, in fact, Im happy with the savings when compared to prices some dealers try to get away with. Thank you Tung Auto!

Tungs is one of the few honest mechanics Ive used. A large circle of my friends are mechanics so I know the games they play, however in the few times Ive taken my car to them they have always been surprisingly reasonable, so much so that I will be taking my car there for all future work there.

This Auto Shop does a Half Job and rips people off. Brought my car in for transmission fluid change but they didnt even change the filter. later the car filter was clog and the car didnt work. Brought it back the next day they said that the Transmission was broken and need to be fix. Didnt believe them brought it home and change the transmission filter and it works fine now. Wasted money and time on this shop. Which lies and does a half job. Would not go to this shop ever. Waste your money and time. Dishonest Auto Shop.

My cars water pump needs to be fixed. So I called in to have estimate, the lady at the front desk told me itll be $275. Ok $275 its pretty pricey however, I just want it to be done. So the next (Monday) want in to get it checked just to make sure thats the problem. Its was water pump and I asked again for the price, she said $275 (grand total) I said ok. Its was busy and something came up, so I told can I comeback to get its done. She said ok. Went back on Wednesday, drop off my car, and she remembered me and my cars model and year. About five hours later I went back to pick it up. She told gave me the grand total for everything $295.... I told her that you told me $275. She said No its $295 and that theyll never charge $275 to fix water pump. Now tell me now why she changed me more for no additional problems/parts and with same labor cost. Cant do much because they fix it already. NOT coming back false estimation.

My family has been coming here for years and I have nothing but good things to say about this Auto Shop. We have never had a bad experience with them. Their staff has never tried to get us to have work done that was not needed and they have never done a bad job.
