They did an Awesome job fixed my A/C. I call them up if they are accepting walk in service and spoke to Raul and ask me what’s wrong with my expeditions and told him the problems and He told me to bring it in and right on the spot when I arrived at their location and he started checking on it right away and gives me an update what’s he going to do and tell me to get it done the same day. Wow! Bravo Zulu to you guys! I Highly recommend this place to everyone doing an awesome job.

Beware of the shady practices! They showed me my cabin air filter and recommended they replace it. The thing is, in order to reach the cabin filter, you need to remove the glove box to take it out. So, he went out of his way to remove my glove box, take the filter out and showed it to me just to try to get me to spend more money with them. If I had said no, he wouldve just put it all back and wasted labor. I couldve done it myself in 10 minutes and saved 60 bucks! Not to mention I waited almost 2 hours during that time. If youre thinking of going here, go to oil changers instead!

Brought in my 2010 Hyundai Genesis coupe 3.8 and Raul took good care of me. He actually dug into the engine to see what was really the issue and provided me with a good price of labor and using OEM parts. A cam phaser had to be replaced and the OCV as well. I recently took my car here to get the oil changed and had a concern about something wrong with my car that was causing it to shake. Martin assisted me and was really friendly. I appreciated the fact he looked into what I had asked him to check out regards to my car’s shaking and it ended up being nothing. As a young person who doesn’t know a lot about cars, I really appreciated Martin’s honesty about not needing to repair my car yet as I feel I’ve been taken advantage by mechanics before because of my age and not having enough knowledge about cars. This review has been a long time coming. I originally went to Robbies because I suspected my original dealership mechanics were overcharging me for work I didnt believe ever took place. While searching for a replacement we looked at a ton of places but Robbies really stuck out to us because of the amazing reviews and they are a family run company.I began by bringing my wifes vehicle to them and they were able to confirm that the dealer did indeed neglect items I paid for to be done.I decided then that while I was in the bay area that these gentlemen would be the only people I trusted with my vehicles. Not only due to price but also honesty and integrity.Fast forward to about October of 2020 after about a year of them conducting services for us, I visited for an oil change. To be brief it seemed as though there was faulty work. This was my initial faulty thinking because my vehicle was leaking oil profusely.I was upset even more so because it was a Sunday and most places were closed. After coordinating a rental and a tow truck, Robbies got back to me and offered to receive my vehicle even on a weekend!!After expressing their sympathy for my situation I was able to coordinate to have my vehicle dropped off at their shop from San Mateo.They immediately began work on my vehicle and within hours found that the issue was not with the work but rather with a mismade oil filter. Robbies took great care to apologize for the inconveniences.But these great professionals went a step further and reimbursed me for my rental vehicle and tow truck fees. Not only that but both my vehicles have been running smoothly due to their work and I was not charged for this corrective work to take place.I felt like a valued customer and knew I was in good hands.After this amazing display of professionalism I am more determined to maintain my commitment to only utilize them for my vehicle needs. I gave him 5 stars because he is a good mechanic. He usually gives good prices for repair work. When a tire went flat and destroyed the right side of the car, he repaired all the electronics and windshield wiper tank. This to me would have been the most difficult task to repair. The bumper was also repaired with a standard clip for attaching bumpers but that came loose and I didnt have time to have him fix it.

These guys are very good. They have been taking care of my Nissan Pathfinder for over 10 years. They pricing is fair, their approach is good - they will tell you what you could/should fix now, what you might be thinking about but dont have to fix quite yet. The only bummer is that they moved locations and arent as close to my house, but I expect their success will continue at their new location too.

They were able to get my radiator replaced the same day so that my road trip wasnt cancelled!Im really impressed with their online vehicle report and their great customer service. The pictures really helped communicate what was wrong with my car. They are the only auto repair place that seems to realize that in the 21st century I can get my car fixed almost anywhere but Id prefer to do someplace that cares about customer service.The next time my car breaks I plan on calling them first.

Robbies might not look very good even downright seedy but they are honest, hardworking and straightforward mechanics. Yool is a great guy and the owner. Ive been working with him for years and he wont try to upsell you or swindle you. they are flexible w/ drop off and pick up and are pretty timely for the most part.
