Stopped by here for the first time in search for a sourdough bagel, but seems like no one makes them anymore :( Not their fault. After going to one place and leaving I decided to place an order here. The gentleman working the register was really nice. I like the egg options for the breakfast sandwiches. I got a fried egg. While waiting for my food I noticed they have some good bag coffee options as well as some great looking salads. If Im ever in the area again ill definitely stop by. I believe I noticed a fresh OJ juice machine too! I liked the vibe overall. Great find

An everything bagel with avacado is the best way to start a day. Fresh squeezed oranje juice. Man I think I am heading there after I finish this review. Staff are always great too.

Not much seating outside or inside can get pretty busy on a Sunday or Saturday.If you can get a seat outside it’s not badA bagel with egg and cheese it’s kinda expensive at 7.50But quality looks good and they seem to have good selection of healthy stuff

My usual morning coffee stop is closed due to the Covid19 shelter in place, and I am very happy the Bagel guys are still open. The coffee is very good, the bagels and pastries are delicious, it’s very clean inside, everyone there is always makes sure the customers are happy.There are always door dash and grub hub drivers grabbing food while I’m there. For those stuck at home I highly suggest this place.

Visiting from out of town for the holidays. Stopped by Starbucks & saw Bagel Guys was also open. Very clean inside, good prices & very friendly customer service! The bagels were SOGOOD! Next time I’m in town I’ll be stopping by again.

I love this place! Ive been coming here since they opened and they never disappoint. Ive had their ready made salads, fresh bagel sandwiches and tried their cream cheese. Its all amazing and delicious. Their customer service is always on point and the place is always clean and welcoming. Five stars.

Its a little too pricey $9 for a basic bagel breakfast sandwich egg, bacon and cheese. Was a little shocked when she rang me up. It was good but I dont think its worth the price. At House of Bagels you can get the same thing and includes other toppings like tomato, spinach and cream cheese. Its less expensive and I think both are even in quality.

Who knew you can make a restaurant all about Bagels and then also do it right. Building your own bagel sandwich is a great idea. Might I suggest the cinnamon toast bagel, sausage patty, egg, and cheddar. 👌

After moving to the area not too long ago, I’m happy to have finally found my go-to bagel. The make your own breakfast sandwich is great and I’m glad they have options for fried egg unlike other places that only have microwaved scrambled egg.

You have got to be kidding me! These guys have a french toast bagel and it is delicious. This is one of my top 3 favorite bagel places in San Jose. I also tried the Cragel here, I personally rather just have a croissant, but it is not because this place did not do it well, it is just a personal preference.

Great bagels and sandwiches. The sandwiches are very reasonably priced for this area and are high quality. Excellent lox! There should be a line out the door. Much better than Izzys and in the area. Yeah!

Fantastic! Imagine an egg that taste... like... egg! The theme here seems to be real, high quality, fresh food.The coffee is unusually high quality. I dont normally mix my coffee, but I suggest two pumps (thermos) of house and 1 French roast (I like mine medium dark roast).The staff is friendly and dont have the typical I hate my life, so you must suffer too attitudeClean and bright.Outdoor seats available (though not much).

Pretty good local bagel shop. The staff is friendly. Sometimes the bagels come with a lot of cream cheese to the point where each bite I have, the cream cheese is dripping. I highly recommend you try one if their cragels. I wish they had salt bagels here.

Finally a great bagel place near by. Bagel sandwich was delicious. It would have been better if there were more shaded seats. It was pretty hot outside, and only a couple of outdoor tables had umbrellas.

Ordered 3 doz. Bagels for work w/ assortment of cream cheese. Feedback I received from co-workers: bagels a little on the heavy side, could be a little more airy, compared to Noahs. Though very nice freshly baked. Cream cheese was a big winner though, many compliments on the consistency and amount of flavor of the different types. Jalapeno ccheese had just enough jalapeno and heat, like they actually put thought into it. Ive also had their BEC Bagel and its great.

I like to get the bagels to go here because theyre pretty good. I tried the bagel sandwich last week and the ones I make it home are better.

Went here because House of Bagels had a fire and is temporarily closed. Bagel Guys service fast but not friendly. Bought half a dozen and small side. Bagels dont compare to House of Bagels, my curiosity is satisfied but I wont be returning here.

Update: I’ve found some of the staff to be inconsistent about wearing masks that cover their nose. This makes me uncomfortable continuing business here until Covid-19 is over. Please consider better adherence and safety practices for both your employees and customers!Great bagels and a good variety of sandwiches that are consistently well made and tasty.

The quality has slipped throughout the years. There have been several occasions where they got the order wrong, overcooked the cragel/bagel, or missed items. Just today I ordered a breakfast sandwich for my sister, who asked for avocado and was charged $1 for it. We grabbed the sandwich and took it home - only to find that there was no avocado.
