The person that helped us out was nice and extremely helpful. She was up front about the prices and the expectations of the various mattresses. She didnt push a specific model or brand and was just as happy to let us buy a good, low cost mattress as the higher end ones. She explained which were popular and why, which was very useful information in making our decision. This is the second mattress I have purchased at this store and Ill keep coming back for my next one.

I just had a great buying experience at Mattress Firm on Bascom Square. About five years ago, I bought a Bed in a Box online, and it was already sagging and causing me back trouble. I decided to go old school, get a spring mattress and actually lay down on it before buying. They were very negotiable about price. My sales person, Luce, was extremely helpful, and the floor manager, Isaac, was great when I called with a follow-up question.

Isaac was awesome! Made it so easy to find our perfect mattress. It was the first place we went and felt no need to go anywhere else. Go see Isaac. He’s the best!

Had the best service experience from Thomas at this location. He listened to what we were were looking for and helped us to get the best price in town. I would recommend giving Thomas a chance at filling your family’s mattress needs.

Sales person was great! He showed me a few mattresses in my price range and let me lay on them. He had me in and out of the store in 15 mins. Mattress was delivered the next day. Quick and easy.

It was really time for me to purchase a new bed. I wanted something lasting and when I went to Mattress Firm I heavily relied on their knowledge to point me in the right direction of what to buy. The process was so quick and easy and within 45 minutes I was walking out with a bed I knew I loved and was great for the way I sleep. Great service!!! We tried 3 mattresses in a box all were returned. So we went to mattress Firm on Bascom and found the right mattress for us with the incredible help from Chellie! It was the best experience and we get out new bed in 2 days!

I bought a twin mattress here. It was for a temporary sleeping arrangement and the mattress was inexpensive. However, I slept so well on it for the last seven months that when it came to buy a queen mattress, I bought the exact same brand. It also was very inexpensive—only about $230 with tax. The store is clean. The salespeople are helpful.

I had to rush in quickly and buy a mattress for my babies nursery. I needed to find a cheap twin mattress that could be delivered within a few days. The one I found was back ordered for 3 weeks but they went above and beyond and found me a different mattress that could be delivered the next day. They even honored the price of the mattress I originally wanted. I saved so much money and they had it delivered the next day and even picked up my old mattress. Such an easy process. We worked with the Manager, Jamie. She was very helpful, asked a lot of questions and was very patient. We didn’t buy the first visit but returned 2 weeks later, she remembered us and was just as helpful as the first time! The rest of the staff was very friendly as well. The best customer service experience Ive ever had I originally purchased my mattress in the Almaden location everyone there was great it was my mistake as a first time buyer going in an saying give me what I want without allowing them to really help me find what I needed. When I came into the Bascom location with complaints about the mattress I purchased being to firm (it was the firmest mattress they offered, not sure if firmest is a word) the store manager Jaime took her time walking me through all the different level of mattresses they offered turns out what I really needed was a more plush mattress with support do to my lower back problems. Jaime was the absolute best if anyone is looking for a new mattress or just need legit information about the best mattress for you dont hesitate to go in an speak with someone there youll be glad you did.

They follow all safety protocols of the pandemic so that you feel safe shopping there. The salesperson asked me my budget and gave me suggestions within that range. I was in and out within about 20 min start to finish.

Great experience at this location with Micah and Tran. On my first visit, Micah, who was training, walked me through various models of beds to compare based on my needs regarding pressure relief for my back and hips and discussed the adjustable base with me. He was knowledgeable and very nice my daughter said. Brought my wife back a couple of days later to try out the beds and make the final call on what would work for her as well. This time, Tran walked us through my top choices and benefits of the adjustable bases in more detail with my wife. We tried all the beds Micah walked me through the first time as well and then made our choice. Overall, it was a great experience working with Tran and Micah. Had a great experience at the Campbell location of Mattress Firm. The employee Tommy was very accommodating and knowledgeable of the many products and my needs as I shared them with him. He showed me several possibilities until I was truly comfortable with my selection. His manager Tran complimented his good service and training and I left feeling very good about my purchase. Tommy had suggested I try the base which helps adjust the bed in many positions and I was sold! I didnt plan on anything more that a new mattress and box spring but found this option much more inclined to my needs. Im so glad he suggested it as I really excited to have this in my home. Great teamwork with Tommy and Tran. I highly recommend a visit. Absolutely no pressure was imposed on me and that made all the difference in the world.

I ordered mattresses over Labor Day weekend online, they failed to deliver my order 3 times, not only that but I was never contacted ahead of time to tell me they weren’t coming. So after multiple attempts trying to get answers and solutions I called mattress firm on bascom and spoke to an awesome associate Tran. She fixed my issue immediately and now I am set to have my order on Monday! Thank you so much Tran for turning a horrible experience into a great one! I highly recommend staying away from online orders and just go in to the bascom store! If you can ask for Tran!

I had a wonderful experience with MIchelle today. I was able to walk in, explain exactly what I needed and after a few questions, she was able to show me a variety of mattresses to try. Each mattress was sanitized before and after I tried them. She explained the difference between standard and adjustable frames and just like that! My roommate and I needed to quickly find an affordable mattress for the spare bedroom in our condo and after searching every large store in San Jose came to Mattress Firm on Sunday. We knew this would be our second to last hope and quickly found what we were looking. We went to a Ramos Furniture as well but unfortunately were not helped and only found mattresses that cost twice as much, immediately returning to Mattress Firm to complete our purchase.The staff was very kind and helpful and maintained social distancing rules. The store also had a sanitation log up front that was clearly visible to all customers, hand sanitizer, and signs indicating the mattresses had been cleaned. I also saw one of the staff members cleaning a mattress that had been sat on while we were there, which all added up to great piece of mind.

My boyfriend and I recently purchase the purple 3” mattress from the purple website. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good fit for us and we will be returning it. We came to Mattress Firm in search of a replacement. We were helped by Tracey who did a great job. She was patient, kind, and went through our order with us to ensure that it was correct. She also called others for assistance when it appeared that the SKU code did not match up with the pillows we were wanting to order. We found out together than unfortunately the pillows were unavailable in a king size and only came in a standard size. She allowed us the time to try other alternatives before we settled on getting the pillows we originally wanted, but in the standard size. We greatly appreciate Tracey’s kindness and her patience. Avoid getting help from Chelle (Karlessia). This location really needs to train their employees on products they sell. I purchased a mattress and mattress cover. Chelle was our associate who helped us. We bought a mattress that reclines up and down. Chelle advised us to get a foundation for the bed otherwise the mattress will slope and void the warranty.I spent two days going to numerous stores looking for a foundation in store since the mattress was going to be delivered in two days. Mattress comes in the delivery guy tells us the foundation we spent two days looking for is not needed because the bed already comes with it. Why didn’t Chelle mention that our bed comes with a foundation already? Instead of telling us to buy one. This employee needs some serious training with products she is selling.We also had another problem with our mattress cover. I thought it was going to have a zipper to put the whole mattress in not just protect the top for $179.00. It was just a fitted sheet that was waterproof. Chelle also mention it was the best one you could get. The delivery guy opened it for us and offered to put it on. I immediately told him that this isn’t what I wanted.I called the store and talked to Chelle telling her this isn’t what I wanted. She said there is nothing they can do because it’s been open. There is a no return on accessories. The delivery guy was so kind to call his boss and his boss said to bring it to the store. The store can’t take it back since it’s new still and was never even touched by us. Chelle was super rude and even laughed about it on the phone.She put me on the phone with her boss (didn’t catch his name) he said that we can bring it back for a discount on a different cover. I could hear Chelle yelling in the background not to take the cover back. The boss offered me a discount on a new cover. As if I wanted to spend more money after dealing with their non knowledgeable employee Chelle. To have her sale me more things and end up with the same problem and more money wasted.The way the mattress covers are displayed a on a square foam piece looking like they come with a zipper and will protect the whole mattress. After arguing back and forth they finally let the delivery guy bring the cover back. Still waiting for the refund to show. I will definitely not recommend my family and friends to come to this location.

They have a very good selection of beds and all the sales staff I have dealt with have been excellent. Delivery was very quick and professional. It is nice to see the store open again after the lockdown. (Everything is cleaned and sanitized regularly. Staff wear masks and maintain proper distance.)

Quick easy and even got a discount. Only minor thing was I wish there was a mattress protector already on a mattress so I can lay on and feel it versus and little pad as a floor sample. When I brought it home to put on my mattress, it wasn’t as soft as I thought. Nonetheless a good experience.

This review is for the purchasing experience. This is my first time buying the Tulo mattress and I can’t speak to its comfort just yet. But I had a great buying experience with Destiny. She was patient and answered all my questions. She called the other store to see what they had in stock. She even answered questions my husband had on the phone. She was able to work with my budget and gave me a price I was happy with. I also had a great chat with the store manager about my home state of Vermont. I recommend this store if you are in the market for a new mattress.

Recently filed a warranty claim through mattress firm for a mattress we purchased back in 2017. Although, Serta didn’t accept the warranty because i didn’t have a serta box spring, I managed to get some credit back. (When I made the original purchase back then, nobody informed me, at the Tully store, that I had to get a Serta certified box spring). When I arrived, Tracey was extremely helpful and went above and beyond when it came to helping me and my family get a new mattress. I’m beyond satisfied and feel relieved that she was able to get me a good deal, including the warranty credit I received, for a new mattress. I would definitively recommend this store, 5/5 and nothing less. Now I can sleep comfortably knowing that we won’t have to deal with an hourglass shaped mattress!
