Friendly and helping staff. I bought many bottles of red and white wines at the recommendation of the staff. Good selections. Price is okay, reasonable, but not as good as wearhouse club where selections are limited.

We love going here! Staff is always super friendly and selection obviously is great! Came in looking for tequila and Diego was very helpful and knowledgeable on their wide selection. Got a bottle for some family visiting from out of state and it was definitely a hit!

Wow, this place is huge! Fantastic selection at great prices. Just a tad more expensive than Costco, but definitely less expensive than Safeway and such. Layout and vibe are great and items are easy to find. Express chilling service. Definitely worth checking out!

Best selection, best price, and nice looking store, not a warehouse like those other guys. And nothing stored in the sun by the front doors/windows, thankyouverymuch. Their Winery Direct and Spirits Direct products are excellent small-production stuff for a real bargain.

Good store and selection some employees were quite helpful finding the right wine. BUT the first employee asked us and we were kidding we search a red wine he seriously asked/implied something like youre sure you want to search in Safeway this was quite offensive and we will for sure not come back to this location.Never had such a bad customer expirience in the bay area...

Compared to Bevmo the experience is much more pleasant. Store is cleaner and more inviting. Shelves are well stocked. I came here to pick up something that was limited supply according to the website. I couldnt find it but a couple employees helped me out. Always find good stuff here.

Came in wanting to find a wine that paired well with lasagna. So I asked to speak with a Sommelier. Dennis “our Sommelier” (I just like saying that lol) pointed out a few recommendations and asked if I’d like to do some wine tasting (on the house) boy was that a mistake as I ended up buying 3 of the 5 I tasted lol. Dennis was amazing and knows his Vodka and tequila as well. The store is huge and has thousands of choices, they also have a cigar area.

New location. The selection is crazily large. Many boutique craft beer to choose from, and the wine selection is great too. The staffs are alright, but I think it is more like I am spoiled by the Fremont staffs, :)Nice spot and glad total wine had opened a new location in Bay area.

Fantastic service at this location, the staff is always helpful. Today my boyfriend and I went to grab some wine and beer for Valentines day, and it was not busy, but when we went to check out a substantial line had built up. They were very proactive and quickly opened up three more registers to handle to line so we only ended up waiting for like a minute.

This location got tons of variety! I like the way they have organized the isles. Representatives here try to help in the best way possible.Please include Mascadine wine variety from Carolina regions if possible.

Once you walk in this place you notice its massive size and selection. The workers here are attentive and very helpful. The young man pointed us to the right direction and even educated us on the difference between the tonic waters. Its also great how they have beers and alcohol from around the world. In the back area they have a room for wine tasting.

Total Wine and More is good. They offer a dazzling array of adult beverages and delights at pretty good prices. Staff are friendly, helpful and quite knowledgeable. That being said, my favorite place to shop is still BevMo but I had a gift card that needed to be spent thus I shopped there today.

I have never been here before and so my friend and I wanted to check it out. From the moment we walked in the doors, all the employees there were on high alert. It made shopping experience very uncomfortable for the both of us. I feel like because we were young hispanics with tattoos, they felt the need to stalk us throughout the whole store.I will never come back to this store after this experience.

So went into this store to purchase alcohol with my 21 year old daughter, walked around for 30 min and had several employees ask if I needed help, but when I walked up to pay they asked for my ID, which I gave, then they asked for my daughters, she didn’t bring her purse since I was paying... we were refused service!!! I’m 46 years old!! They refused to sell me my alcohol!! There’s no sign stating all customers must be 21!! Manager was called and he also said no! Are you kidding me?? I can go to Walmart and buy alcohol with my 13 year old, but you won’t sell me alcohol with my 21 year old without an ID?!? Don’t shop here!!! Give your hard earned money to someone wise... ridiculous!! I will ever step foot in this place again.

I have to say that from the beginning to the end, everybody in this wine shop has been an absolute joy to work with, and I would definitely recommend you to everyone who wants to drink a wonderful wine!

Great wine collection. Sign up for their apps and you will get periodic promotion and coupons. They will help you save some bucks on your purchase. Customer service is always great here. Billing queue wait is never more than couple of minutes.

Lots of fun to visit! Theres a ton of other alcohol in addition to wine. I stock up on whisky here as well.But wine is the main draw here. The selection represents wines from all over the world, giving customers plenty of choice. Its easy to find something for everyday drinking, as well as the splurge-worthy bottle for a special event.

I don’t have to rate this, you all know you get all kinds of alcohols here and I never get bored to try something new.

In a matter of 10 mins, I was asked if I needed help 5 times. At the end of it there was one guy from security who was asking if I needed help. Like, can I not do my own research across different liquors that I want to buy? I wasnt doing anything out of the ordinary but to talk to my parents while in there. Horrible experience.
