Staff was excellent! Im not used to finding and figuring out certain types of alcohol and Taylor at the cash register, helped me out - a lot. Plus they helped me download the App and sign in for membership. Highly recommend going to Bevmo they have an extensive list of spirits and beers and ciders!

There are twins working there and every time I look forward to see them. They make great customer service reps. I enjoy the humor and respect their recommendations. Good choice girls.

Found the seasonal beer I was looking for and it had just hit the shelves.

Friendly staff and wide selection. I came here looking for a specific bottle of wine and they didnt have it, they told me they would have it sometime in the future. When I called to check, they still didnt have it. After checking back a couple of times, they finally have it in stock. I told them I will come by immediately to pick it up, and upon arrival, the store manager greeted me and put the bottle on hold just for me. I was treated like royalty and when asked for another recommendation, they were happy to share what they have in stock. It helps to come later in the evening when the store is empty, and you have the entire staff helping you with your choices. Would recommend over and over.

They didnt have one of the bourbons that I was looking for, so their selection is not as big as TW, but everything else was 5 stars. Helpful and friendly employees. This store is always well organized, and clearly labeled. I always enjoy shopping here!

I am not surprised by the arrogance of this staff. Never helpful and very rude. I have experienced it from other Bevmos as well. I called in to buy some beer that my dad loves and is hard to find for his Christmas gift. The guy who answered the phone was a royal prick and reluctant to check stock. I wont be buying from any location again. I guess customer service is a hard task for them. Fantastic job management. Oh well, overpriced and they usually have quality problems with their inventory anyhow.

Bought a 12-bottle variety pack of Drake’s beers (3 IPAs and a Pilsner). Got it home only to find out all the beers were 10 months old!! This is well beyond the acceptable range for unrefrigerated beer, and especially IPAs. All 4 varieties within tasted awful and i wound up dumping the remaining beers. If you shop here, make sure to check your dates of the product. A waste of money...

Very typical BevMo with a good selection. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Heck, Ive even run into other customers who were helpful in helping me choose wines.

Their staff is always friendly and willing to point you in the right direction when youre itching to try a new brew. Bit heavy on the IPA selection, although thats par for the course. Probably not a negative for the IPA lovers out there. Grab a six pack of Lilikoi Kepolo if you like sours! You wont regret it.

Very nice store but was out of what I wanted. One employee went out of his way to help me while the check out clerk just seemed to be having a bad day.Also the moon shine lids were for the most part all damaged.

Stopped here to pick up some wine for Thanksgiving to bring to friends house. The staff was friendly and I was able to get in and out in a short period of time. Would likely stop here again.

BevMo has no f**ks to give about their customers. I mean ALL of BevMo. I’ve used a delivery service for this location and two others. BevMo will be sure to give you shelf warm beer and wine when it’s ordered thru a delivery service. They couldn’t care less about an additional revenue stream. When I complained about getting shelf warm products [that should have been cold], multiple times, they jumped right on it, and 4 months later said they’re sorry for my order being incorrect..no mention of corrective action, or a coupon, or delivery credit.Sooooo....if you want adult beverage delivery *cold*, as expected if you shopped yourself, choose almost anyone but BevMo.Sousa’s Wine & Spirits are awesome, and have always made sure my cold deliveries arrived ice cold, and liquors that are supposed to be room temperature were kept separate.BevMo will never get one more dollar from me for the remainder of my natural life.

If youve been to one BevMo youve been to them all, and this one is no different. Fortunately, BevMos seem to be universally good. Essentially this is a warehouse full of alcoholic beverages and paraphernalia. Although they rarely carry much truly exotic and hard to find stuff, they do have a massive assortment of wine, beer, and spirits to stock your bar with. Keep a look out for their famous 5-cent sales, where they sell a bottle of wine for 5 cents if you buy another bottle of the same stuff at full price -- you can explore a lot of wine this way.This particular BevMo is relatively new as of the time Im writing this, but the staff seems to have their routine down. The store is clean and well organized. They tend to run out of boxes during the 5-cent sale so I recommend bringing your own boxes or totes.

Decent selection, nice but unhelpful staff. We asked for wine recommendations and all the employee did was show us the wine section and read a couple of shelf tags, then told us they dont drink wine and wished us luck.
