Well stocked, friendly staffs ... super clean

First and last time I placed an order. It shows that used books are available online for a much lower price but once I purchased, they sent me a new book for both my orders and charged an additional $130. I think the website should be updated, (btw it shows even now, a few weeks after placed my order, the cheap version even though its not available). Books are much cheaper available on amazon or elsewhere, you can buy a new one for the same price you can rent a new book here. I wont purchase anything again.

The store is currently only open for pick up order until the Fall 21. Staffs are nice, super friendly and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic bookstore. Upstairs youll find all the books you want, despite the small size of the room. Great place to browse with an independent bookstore feel. Downstairs, the used book cellar can gobble you up for hours. They also get plenty of talented authors to stop by for a signing or chat.

I rent a book over the summer for a political science class and not longer need it. I want to get a refund back by returning the book within 20 hours. The policy said I have two weeks to return. However they don’t accept my return. This is absolutely suck. Get your book elsewhere is a better option.

I had fast and helpful service. My books where cross references with two other 3 classes. The older gentleman was very helpful. Even though my class shelve was empty. I still walked out with all my books.

Great bookstore ordering textbooks online super easy, simple, and convenient.

If you are sjsu student, faculty or Alumni, you should definitely visit this store. You everything from books to clothes and home decorations. You can buy clothes ranging from regular wear to hoodies and sportswear. Wear them with Spartan Pride. Alumni accessories like car address plate frames etc are available too

Not only are book prices inflated, but be careful when you order online. In a attempt to save money, I ordered used books through the bookstore because I couldnt find my books anywhere else. Well the bookstore didnt have the books that were advertised online, so the they took the liberty of filling my order with two brand new books. Changing the final cost of my books by 200 dollars. Thanks SJSU!

This library pretty much have everything from test forms and apparel. Staff are very helpful.

Disgusting return policy on textbooks. Dont buy anything until youre 100% sure youll need it or you will have a $100 paperweight.

They were very friendly and attentive with helping me find what I needed.

Online it says that it’s open on Sundays from 12pm-6pm. Today I went just to find out it’s closed. It’s the start of the semester and they decide to close on Sundays?! SMH

I visited to buy a notepad. It has a basement and the first floor, and you can buy college books, writing instruments, clothes, souvenirs, etc. It is neat and well displayed.
