First visit to the store plus never had heard of such store 4 we are visiting from Washington. Overall, the selection in sizes is great but prices are average.... now if it was a Clearance Center the prices would have been cheaper but this was not the case today.... I guess it depended on what shoe you purchase and I didnt want to pay 65 or $70 for a pair of shoes today. Thank you for a good visit though. Quiet atmosphere considering it was the 4th of July and everybody is out camping or preparing BBQs at home. Customer Service could have been better because I kept having to ask for assistance instead of the young employees offering assistance plus walking by.... coaching and a bit more training should be considered....duh

The girls working are great and friendly but the guy that was at the register is rude and wasnt helpful at all. I was trying to exchange two pairs of boots for different sizes and ended up just getting my money back they just lost a sale and customer.

They are thieves. They show prices and when they arrive at the checkout they charge another! Additionally, they have a terrible customer service. The manager was very rude to attend and did not give a solution

It was hot and stuffy. They always have good sales, selection and customer service.

The staff was VERY helpful. I ended up in here with only minutes to spare before closing and they were very patient with me and even helped me order the shoes I needed that they didnt have on the floor. I hate shoe shopping and they made it as painless as possible for me while still getting a great price. I will definitely be returning whenever I need new shoes!

Surprisingly they have a good-sized variety of selection here from Nikes to Adidas to Reebok to Fila. They even have a lot of stuff for women from handbags to sandals to dress up shoes, high heels, flats. The staff wasnt very helpful or friendly the place is a bit crowded and big. The prices were amazingly outstanding.

If youre in a bit of a rush and need a quick pair of shoes then this is the place to go. Just straight to the point,SHOES!

Terrible false advertising on clearance items manager was evasive regarding situation Brenda (cashier) and Angela (other worker) both gave different excuses one of which insinuated that myself or another customer must have moved shoes to the clearance section all 3 pairs that I found ???? The manager Rey came only after I waited 15 mins NEVER made eye contact nor tried to come to a solution... Nor could he find a pair of clearance shoes for the 70% off as displayed he then said honestly very few if any ever get marked down that low?? Really so I ask WHY DO THEY ADVERTISE OTHERWISE?? I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANY OF THESE STORES THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME AND LAST

Always check everything in this shop! The price on the box today was wrong, I had to pay more. And cashier mistaken on $7, she didnt want to give corrent amount of the change. Only her manager told her that she has to give me my 7$. The cashier was rude, she even didnt say Sorry.
