Was looking for ESD steel toe shoes. They had a reasonable selection in stock. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended !

Need more big boy sizes! Not everyone is an XL or smaller

It was pricey but you find everything you need so it’s very convenient.

Went to buy some work shirts. They charged $9.00 more per shirt then the other store. When I let the manager know he said “ all stores are different “Well the other stores will get my business!

I WISH I could put ZERO STARS..... this place sold us boots and promised us they had warranty. On the first day of use the boot ripped and we went back to get a refund/exchange and they would not replace them. Instead they blamed us saying that we ripped them on purpose.. Like REALLY why do we want to be making trips just because. Avoid this place... or if you risk DONT EXPECT THEM to keep their word.

The customer service is amazing. I had the nicest young lady help me. I wish I would of gotten her name. She has Strawberry blond hair I think. I went for work pants but they were out of my size, but I did get a work shirt. Thank the nice young lady for me.

The place is smaller than I expected. They seem to sell designer brand products; Levi’s, dickies and so forth. It’s more more of a high end heavy duty clothing store than a harbor freight tool for the job type store.As always, if you found this review useful please remember to like it. This place had a fair price on good work boots. They also have a good selection of different work attire (F.R. gear, high visibility, scrubs, etc.) They staff is also very friendly.

It was my second time in the store. I’ve been patronizing Costco there for over 25 years and only a short time ago noticed Work World. I went in today to see if I could find a shirt to my liking and did. The young lady who greeted me was very kind and professional. I tried on an xxl and it seemed a bit too large. Now I want to be kind because I have a daughter and 4 granddaughters who I would defend to my death. Parents and grandparents usually think daughters and especially granddaughters can do no wrong.When I exited the fitting room there was a different young lady (Emma) who had a quite different attitude. I ask if I could try the xl which she retrieved for and I bought it. Just as I walked out the door I noticed, after remembering the first question my wife would ask when I got home. “It is 100% cotton, did you ask if it is preshrunk? I went back in and Emma said it might shrink but seemed unsure so I ask her if I could switch it for the xxl. She said I could but seemed somewhat annoyed. When I got home I noticed that the only receipt in the bag was for the return and Emma must still have the original. Not wanting to return to the store I called Emma and ask if she could email it to me. “No!” she said “We don’t do email!” If you want it you will have to come back to the store to get it.” I ask if she could you take a picture of it and text or email it to my phone to save me a trip. Same answer “No”. I sort of understand but Emma certainly wasn’t included to make me feel warm and fuzzy about your store. I am surprised that a retail business today does not have access to email. I’ll be driving back to the store now.

Buy a pair of jeans on sale same size as the ones I had on. Try them on two days later, they dont fit. Go to get them exchanged for a more appropriate size, they dont do refunds or exchanges for items on sale. No refunds, I can understand that.... but a simple exchange... Nope. Not shopping here for my work wear.

Staff was very helpful picking some new work shoes. They also stock the good stuff like Carhartt.

High quality workwear at decent prices would definitely recommend and they even have some casual stuff a lot of Carhartt and Dickies of course and a few other brands Im not real familiar with but this is the ultimate place for men like rugged clothing

The selection and prices are okay. It was a little uncomfortable they seemed very concerned about stealing when I wanted to try on some hats.

Went in and bought what was supposed to be a new pair of the boots, they were already dirty like some one either returned them, the sales person pointed it out to me so the manager Don king said to give me a five dollar discount BUT THE SALE WOULD BE FINAL .so i turned down the discount and keep my return policey right.....bad business on the manager Don king part. i will be taking this up with corporate.

Terrible employees!!! My father and I walked into the store he hit his head on the door and an employee turned around yelling at my father. Just disgraceful I couldn’t believe that he hit his head on the door and was scrutinized for it. Unbelievable I will never visit this work world again!

Dont have my size in fat guy clothing but their carhartt beanie and clothing selection is good.

Is being my second time at this store. To buy a birthday presents for my Son both expericnce are being great went it comes to marchandise great selection and pricesare afordable . But unfortunately they have 2 young girls working here at night shift with poor custumer services . We actually have to interrump there comversation for us to be able to get the correct size of boots that we need . I try to ask few questions and one of them just roll her eyes on me.. I know custumer services is not a easy job went it comes to a difficult customers but It was not the case with Me. Thats the reason I only give 2 stars..

I bought some KEEN brand work shoes for 120usd which turned out to be very very very uncomfortable. I wanted to return them they told me they were already used and I said yes! Sure I used them once! If not, how am I going to tell them how uncomfortable they are? Very bad service ... they are 129usd thrown away I would never return to this store. WhatCould it be that to return it has to be unworn? How would you test them? Very bad very bad
