Clean shop and nice owners. I cant believe some of these other reviewers think the owners are rude, I get the sense these are all self entitled snobs that think the world revolves around them. This is a store to buy water, its simple - you walk in, pay at the register, fill up your containers, then leave. How you can have any sort of confrontation in this process is mind boggling.

Among the best and cleanest water and Im pretty picky about my water. They have two kinds of water for sale, steamed and distilled. Steamed costs 50 cents more per gallon. 5 gallon bottles cost around 25 bucks. The old Asian guy who works there is very polite. Cash only for purchases under 5 dollars. Theres no atm but you can get cash back at the Smart and Final market next door.

Nasty place with nasty owners. Rude and they do not pay their taxes = they brag about it!! Mostly distilled water - huge waste of energy, and only one spigot for regular purified water.Owner shoved me physically while I was filling my jugs - said I was taking too long.

Dedicated parking spaces with 15 minutes time limit. Clean establishment with standard pricing. Service is nowhere near the service of Water Spring on homestead Rd in Santa Clara, which I routinely drive the extra 5 miles for. This is decent when I need something faster.

The owners of Best Purified Water are very nice people. Always smiling, 100% willing to help. They see to it that the distilled water is 99.9% pure and the reverse osmosis water is 80% pure. The price per gallon is very affordable. They have other things for sale: different sizes water bottles, distillers and repairs too.We always get our water from their store even though we come all the way from Palo Alto.

THE MOST RUDE SHOP OWNER IN TOWNThe shop owner remains very rude,nasty and cold manner towards the customers. I have never seems him with better mood face in the past whole year! The shop is always dirty.It remains old China town kind of feeling every time you walk in which perfectly matches the shop owner’s personality. But don’t expect getting cheaper water or any service here except behave yourself by not spilling your water.(He looks like he’s about to eat you kind of eye contact. You know...) One time, I got some water spilled from a broken cap unexpectedly. Everybody seems unforgiving and rude. who knows and it can happen to everybody. It’s our neighborhood water shop and we go get water there very often. Being friendly will make everybody feel better about our community.

I have been coming to this San Jose water store for over 18 years. Before moving into the area, I had been drinking reverse osmosis water from another water store in San Jose. But, Best Purified Water sells distilled drinking water. So, I tried it. And, it tastes even better than RO water. To me, distilled water turns an ordinary cup of coffee into a great cup of coffee. Same for tea and anything else using water. Try it out for yourself and take advantage of their bulk purchase discount card. The owners (Aurelio and Lydia Tandoc) are quite pleasant, and they greet me every time I arrive. I found out recently that Best Purified Water is the only water store in the South Bay Area to offer steam distilled water on tap. Highly recommended!
