I took my 2020 CX5 in for scheduled maintenance today and the entire process was so easy. Cell phone check-in, polite people and comfortable accommodations in the waiting area. Someone even checked in with me after half hour or so to see if I needed anything. The job was done on time and the service was explained at check-out. Again, so easy!

I purchased a maintenance plan for my Mazda 3 and it has made maintenance over the last 5 years a breeze. The staff at this particular location are always really friendly and helpful, and its part of the reason why I tend to just wait for my car during service. In all my time going, they never tried to upsell me and get me to pay for something outside of what my plan covered -- in fact, they did their best on several occasions to help me make the most of what my plan covered.Plus, theres a great coffee place down the street, Voyager Coffee, in case you want to drop off the car and wait for it while doing work near by.I definitely recommend Oak Tree Mazda!
Place was getting renovated when I visited to purchase a certified used Mazda. It was nice to sit outdoors than cramped in the interior offices while waiting for paperwork to get done. Seth, our salesman was a nice young man who took care of us.
I had a maintenance plan with Oaktree Mazda. Their staff in the service department are friendly, professional, and very competent. Besides my normal routine maintenance, I had my windshield replaced (my windshield was broken by a random rocks trajectory while on the freeway) there and they had to recalibrate my car. Awesome job on the windshield replacement - no issues. High quality of work on the routine maintenance as well. Overall, I am very happy with them. My car is in good shape after each service, and I always felt like a valued customer every time I visited them.

Neff Castro @Oak Tree Mazda was exceptional. I had an 8:00 AM appointment for the 30,000 mile maintenance and was seen at 8:00 AM...five minutes later I was driving off the lot with my complimentary loaner...a 2021 CX-5 Grand Touring Turbo. Nice car. When I picked up my car at the end of the day, I was promptly greeted by a tech who brought my car around...I literally tossed the loaner key back to Neff and was on my way in no time. This is what service should look like!!!!!
They are under construction so they have done their best to create an outdoor area for people to wait. The service was fast but they definitely try to upsell you. I had a dent on my car when I got it back, which isnt great. I wish they would have told me about it rather than me find it later. Go to another place if you can.
Just got my CX-5 serviced here. Pretty smooth transaction. I scheduled it online 2-3 days in advance. They text you links and you can do the check in and payment online.Smooth interaction and the service was done within an hour and a half.Id come here again.

Been servicing my CX-5 at Oak Tree Mazda for 6 years now.Recently, the service department have been sending me multiple email coupons to bring my vehicle in for service. Brought my vehicle in but they refused to honor the discount because apparently it has to be serviced within 10 days of coupon receipt, regardless of how early you schedule your appointment (and IF you manage to find a slot within the time frame). What bugs me is the coupon even shows up and was applied in their appointment system. Rather they quoted me 3x more for the same service that was advertised over email.Typical bait-and-switch. Might seem like a minor issue, but to me it indicates lack of transparency and poor management of customer trust. Ill be looking elsewhere for my service/purchase needs.

Wow the service here is really great. Ive had two positive experiences. I came with my little brother to test some drive cars and Seth was our sales rep. He was super attentive and communicative. He listened to what we were looking for and wasnt pushy at all. Very much enjoyed working with him and we walked out with the perfect 2018 cx-5. The financing department also wasnt pushy which i appreciated because ive heard that part of the car buying process can be stressful.Second experience was I had to come in to get my key reprogrammed. From the moment I drove up to when I drove away, the customer service exceeded expectations. Someone came out to greet me and talk about what i needed done. They were up front about the costs and it even came out less than what they had originally thought. They called me right when they were done and I was able to pick up my car right before they closed. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. 5/5 would recommend!

It was very easy and straightforward:- made an appointment- brought my car on time exactly the time which was taken to the service immediately - service advisor John Downey was very knowledgeable and friendly- received a text message when the car was ready exactly at the time that John D. promised.Good service, good people.

I recently purchased a new car at Oak Tree Mazda and had a great experience. I inquired about a certain Miata in Machine Gray which just arrived in the dealers lot so was not prepared for test drive. The salesperson (Alex Semikhat) worked with the service team (Neff Castro) and they had the car prepared for a test drive in less than 2 hours. I had the opportunity to test drive the car the same day. I purchased the car and scheduled to pick up the car a few days later. Alex and Neff had the car prepped w/ the wheel locks I requested on the day of pick up. I highly recommend Oak Tree for their professionalism and promptness in delivering great customer service.

The service staff were really great! Everyone was friendly and helpful and got my new car taken care of for its first oil change (and a recall service). I also really appreciate that they do a multi-point inspection with each service.I would like to pass along the message to Oak Tree Mazda that the online check in process is a little confusing. The instructions contradict itself within the series of messages (park here/park there, leave the keys/give the keys to someone, go in the lobby/wait with your car, etc.) and being a first time service customer there I was a little lost. Once the service advisor came out it was all fine, but I was unsure of where to go, and with COVID I didnt want to be breaking any rules.

I have been taking my vehicle for maintenance (oil change, tire rotation). The crew is super friendly, professional, and helpful. Some times they gave me free vehicle wash coupons just for doing maintenance. They provide shuttle services for vehicle drop off. I leased my vehicle at same location, and the sales team was nice too.

I took my car into be looked at because the A/C wasnt working and the check engine light was on. I was under the impression that the $370 that was quoted was an estimate of repairs if repairs were done. I did not know it was for checking the car. I went ahead and paid but have learned a good lesson. I have brought my car there before for work, maybe because I had work done those times, they waived the fee. I just thought $370 was quite excessive for nothing being fixed. I have been a customer since I bought my Mazda CX-7 new back in 2008. Doubt I will go back, now I need to decide should I buy a new car of have this one fixed. I did appreciate that they felt that it would be better not to put any money into a 2009 car-the total bid was for $11000+. Ana was very nice and professional and got me a loaner. I just wish I had been informed that $370 would be charged for looking at the car.

I bought a 2019 Mazda 3 from Capitol Mazda that ended up being deemed a Lemon. Being closer to Oak Tree Mazda, I decided to have them service my vehicle. Oak Tree gave me a loaner car on and off for about a year while the mitigation department worked through the process of buyback. Despite experiencing such a terrible problem with my vehicle, the professionalism of service at Oak Tree Mazda offset virtually all of the stress associated with my issue. John and Ana in particular in the service department never once made me feel pressured or made me feel like I had done something wrong. I dealt with them on probably twenty different occasions so I know their service and honesty is consistent and this business can be trusted 100%.

Ive used Oak Tree Mazda some three or four times now for my 2017 MX-5. Theyve been very professional, courteous and the service was always performed within the provided ETAs. Once I had a minor complaint that was immediately resolved to my complete satisfaction.This contrasts well with another Mazda dealer in the Bay Area I used before -and from whom I bought the car- whose service record left much to be desired.Theyre also adapting well to providing a good service under Covid constraints.
I was satisfied. John is very polite and personable and offered me a loaner vehicle and provided me with his personal contact info in case I needed to contact him. As far as employees go hes a keeper. Now for Oak Tree Mazda I have always had good customer service here and the staff are very professional and courteous.Although all that said, I was disappointed the last time I came into the showroom and spoke to a manager or supervisor about my key which I was only given one when I purchased my vehicle in 2012. I came in because it would not open and lock the doors any more and I explained that this had been going for a while over a month and he insisted on doing a diagnostic for $200. If I was going pay $200 I may as well have purchased a new key and had it programed. Buy the way I am still using the key manually and have been for over 18 months now. I just felt that the gentleman could have offered to replace my key. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Mazda 3 from Oak Tree Mazda and 1 from Mazda Capital Expy. Other than the key situation😐 I am very satisfied with Oak Tree Mazda. 🤗 and I would keep John around awhile... Lol😊
25% increase in service charge but lesser value to the customer. Without shuttle service there is only one way Lyft provided. Did not get a car wash coupon and the battery in the key fob was not replaced even though the message is getting displayed on the console.
Since Sunnyvale Nissan shutdown I was needing to find another DGDG location to service my car since I have an agreement with them. The great folks at DGDG service recommended Oak Tree Mazda since it was the closest location to me and they did a great job handling everything. If you end up getting a DGDG car you can know that any of their dealership service centers can take care of your for general maintenance. Thanks Neff!

I had to have the headlight cover replaced on my brand new car due to scratches. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. I drove up and was greeted by a representative. There was a little bit of paperwork for me to receive a car to use that day while they fixed my car.I came a little late to pick it up later that day, but they had given my keys to the sales department which was open later than the service center.Everyone was very kind and efficient and swift.Thank you for the experience.

My MX-5 got the 60K mile service yesterday at Oaktree. The team has adapted well to the tighter restrictions with Covid-19 spread. It is a challenge they meet with smiles and attention to all the details of customer service.

I know a lot of car dealerships have moved away from loaner vehicles but luckily Oak Tree Mazda has not. It is very convenient when my car needs to stay in the shop for a few days. I love this place. I always come here to get my vehicle serviced.The staff are courteous efficient and friendly. They go out of the way to make sure the job is well done and explain carefully to you what was done on your car.There is a nice sitting lounge where you can get coffee for free and snacks out of the vending machine to light screen TVs to watch sports Or just bring your laptop so you can work while you wait.I even bought my next Mazda from here because I felt no pressure from the sales people.Even the one I know live 20 minutes away I will come here to get my car serviced even though there are several other options closeby.

Ive been a customer of this dealer for a long time. 12 years and two vehicles. Ive found Mazda to be a very economical brand. The service is reasonable and this dealer has always done a solid job. I like their shuttle. On the rare occasion something was not to my satisfaction, they fixed it without a lot of grief.
I asked them to do a normal maintenance program and also a battery replacing. They had a good service and did necessary notification timely.

Overall great experience, especially during shelter in place time. Scheduled maintenance with pick up and drop offs is awesome, very convenient and safe(they guy who picked and dropped my car was wearing the mask, gloves and keeping the distance).

I am a loyal Mazda customer, and recently bought a Mazda certified preowned Mazda6. I brought the car in for regular service, and was told that I needed new tires after driving the car less than 6,000. When I complained, I got standard line from everyone I talked to at the dealer that we can legally sell the tires if they over 50%.50+% to 3% in less than 6,000 miles?Be very careful if you are buying anything other than a new car from the dealership. Oak Tree Mazda is no better than any used car lot on Stevens Creek.Oak tree Mazda should adopt the slogan We do whats legal, not whats right.

Made first oil change appointment at this location and the guy who helped me over the phone did not mention that they dont provide shuttle service on weekends. I had to uber myself to/from work. The service guy was not clear on pricing and was going to charge me ~$140 bucks for 5K oil change! I had to show him their online pricing and get the price adjusted.

Had an appointment (verified on the phone)for a safety recall, was there on time only to find they didnt have the part on hand. I now have to return in 8 days to try again. Friendly staff early in the morning but you have to have the service to back it up.
