Great customer service! I was able to shop online and have Omar helped price match American Tire Co. I was in and out with new wheels and tires in an hour and a half. Smooth and easy transaction without the pressure of buying too much. I will definitely recommend this place. Also beware that there is no large curb sign for the shop. Go slow on Capitol and you cant miss it.

Called on a Friday and spoke to Omar. He took my tire measurements and said they were in stock. Waited for Saturday to go in and immediately left my car. He had two sets of tires but was never push to buy more expensive. Love the service and how fast they are. So far ive been driving with them since May and have not had any issues. I met Omar totally by chance on offerup. I asked a couple questions, to feel him out, and his responses were fast and helpful. He had a tire in a size I found ideal and the price was the same if not cheaper than if I bought the tires online plus installation was free! You can not ask for better, if you buy online at a minimum you can expect to pay $100 or more for installation plus having to wait for them to arrive...it becomes a hassle. I am old school when I pay for something I expect to get that something right then and there.So long story short very satisfied more than satisfied actually. There is a golden rule in bodyshops you can get it cheap fast or good, pick two but never get the third. I got all three and that is really saying something. Also the tires are tough to get on I have 265 35 18s on 18x8 rims. The fitment is a dream come true. I wasnt sure it was possible but in my mind I had an idea of the perfect look and Omars magician tech in the back brought it to life. Five stars! Shop here confidently.

Planet motor sport is a great place to go. Went to get get a quote for tires. The manager was extremely helpful showed me different options on the tires that they had and could get. My tire size was not a regular tire size so they had to ship the tires to their store. It came fairly quickly. Also needed alignment for my vehicle and they where very accommodating. Fast foward 4 days when the tires got to the shop they called me and said the tires where there and I asked them could I come now since my tires where pretty much down to the belts so I couldnt wait any longer. They said yes thats fine. Went down waited for a couple of minutes handed them my keys. Watched them take it to the garage. They put it on the alignment rack changed the tires and did the alignment. Very friendly and honest people. Got my keys back drove the car fairly sporty on a back road and got more grip than before. A+++ shop definitely will recommend.

Came to get new tires and lift kit for my Tundra. I came on scheduled date and store wasnt opened till10:40am giving me excuse of traffic. Started working on my truck and got done at 7:30pm. I can clearly see these guys are struggling to put the lift kit. And tells me his taking time to do it correctly. After they got done, the steering wheel was off about 20 degrees. So I came back to correct it. Spend 2hrs and when I left the truck started to away left. So I come back again and owner gives me BS about how expensive the equipment was and this was expected. I lost complete competence and disgust how the owner treats his client. Before I raced my voice all I asked was to get the job done right. Very very disappointed.

We came in and ordered tires, rims, and leveling kit. The man here was very honest when working with financing through Snap which we appreciated after another company down the street tried to swindle my husband and I out of $400 for taxes, which we knew was wrong and dishonest. We asked him if he was sure he was suppose to charge us the $400 thinking maybe his company was new working Snap & he said yes we do it on every sell. We had just closed out an account with Snap so we knew thats not how it works. So we left. Coming to this tire shop the man was straight forward, professional, and honest & thats exactly the type of people we like to work with. I would highly recommend this place.

Got 2 of my tires replaced at Planet Motorsport and my car has been shaking ever since at highway speed, making it unsafe. Theyre not even willing to do anything to get it right. Now i am just stuck with 2 brand new garbage tires we paid for and they wont take back. Do yourself a favor and go to a place like Americas tires that stand by their customer satisfaction. You wont be sorry like I am. Oh, and they also managed to scratch my rims while swapping the tires too. Wish i could give them negative stars. Ugh!

Horrible service.. even my first time here.. certainly my last as well. Came in to scheduled to install a lift kit.. told me the guy who does the lifts wasn’t in and to return the next day for installment.. next thing you know he’s still wasn’t in.. got my refund back. get your schedules right.. lmfao

Make sure to confirm total price before going here, he quotes one thing over phone and another when you go there. Which is kind of deceiving. When someone asks you a price for tires installed, you should give them out the door price not half as price and then start adding disposal fee and taxes.——-Reply - say that over the phone before hand not when people drive all the way to you and then you tell them a different price..... ! That’s annoying and deceiving ! You did the same thing to the other guy in there as well. Quoted him $1300 then $1500 20 mins later then $1600. Rookie behaviour !

Cheap good quality tries and fast service

They charge me for an alignment they never did on my car and they told me one price on the phone and when got there they raise the price on me. Never again. Scandalous.

The owner is not a loyal deal man and had the nerve to show zero respect after scammed me. My contract was at $1970.00 and shot up $500 after 5 months of payments of $360. He uses WestCreek Financial and claims he knows nothing. Purchasing my tires and rims from his shop was the biggest mistake.

I tried buying tires from Sana via the Facebook marketplace. The ad was obviously a gimmick and when I asked him for prices on other tires, he just argued with me and said I was wasting his time. I wont do business here for sure.
