Offering a new service to deep clean/disinfect your vehicle. Worth looking in to and doing your due diligence, but its nice that they are thinking about the needs of the community and adjusting their services to support our health and safety in this time. Service desk has sneeze guards installed to help protect workers at the desk as is becoming more common at many businesses.

There is never a time that I go in and get sub-par service. We actually made one of our biggest mistakes going to the Kia in Fremont to get tires, alignment and oil change. That dealership messed up my car...but Capitol came to the rescue. Devan is awesome as well as every other attendant. The manager is super professional and takes pride in having the best staff. The service techs were professional and very careful. Their staff is fast and courteous- all of them.I would highly recommend Capitol Kia! Love this place!

The ONLY reason why they got 2 starts is because I have previously had a good experience here, but not today. I stayed and waited for my car to get an oil change and tire rotation. The time I was quoted my car would be done was approaching so I texted the number that I was given as a point of contact. There was no response for almost an hour. I WAS WAITING IN THE WAITING AREA AND SAW THE TECHNICIAN THAT HELPED US WALKING AROUND WITH HIS PHONE IN HIS HAND. When I went into the service center to ask him directly and he told me that it would be at least an additional hour wait. In addition, they did not have a technician available to execute some of the things needed for my SCHEDULED service. What?!?! Why could this not have been communicated when I reached out??? COMPLETE disregard for my time! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Terrible. The service was awful. I had a recall done here last year and the service advisor emailed me to take a survey. If I gave them 5 stars theyd give me a complimentary oil change. So I did. Went to get that oil change and THE SAME advisor told my husband that they dont do that. So I forwarded him his own email stating it was added to my customer account expressing my disappointment - no response. Ill take my business elsewhere.

All the guys in the service center are great. Love coming to this spot because of their consistency. Oh and the service is just as amazing. On my second car now from Kia. Thanks guys!

Even though its farther from me, I bring both my Kias to Capitol Kia for service. Both Anthony and Devon always provide great service as well as the EV technician. Ive had regular maintenance, warranty work, and even optional accessory installs and its always done right. Thanks to all the hard working staff.

We has a minor problem with the drivers seat belt latch. They fixed it within minutes and we were back on the road.

Great experience overall. They were ready for me on time and my car was done almost exactly when they said it would be. I dealt with a couple of different staff members at the service counter and they were all polite and friendly. Furthermore they were accommodating over the phone when I was setting up the appointment and I had a few questions. Perhaps one of the best dealership service departments I’ve ever dealt with. 👍

These guys bait & switch. If you are pre-approved for financing, do not fill out a credit application. They are committing fraud.

Amazing service team. How do they only have two reviews? We have two locations closer than this one but drive out for them. On our last trip they saved us 60$ because the default service package we selected online was more than our car actually needed. Awesome! Fast, polite, and no complaints about the actual work they did. Threw in an exterior wash for free.

Unfortunately I am having bad experience with this service right now.I have a check engine light on and made an appointment for diagnostics on Wednesday 8/7. When I came in I was told that they have lack of technicians and it could take up to two days to finish the diagnostics and they will call me max on Friday.They took me over to Enterprise rental and I rented a car there.I didnt received any call at all and on Monday 8/12 I decided to call them myself, and it had appeared they didnt even look at the car and technician did not come today so we cannot do it today and will take a look at your car tomorrow. Very suspicious.So I called them on Tuesday 8/13 at 5 pm again and they told me they will follow up till the end of that day, but they didnt.Today is Wednesday 8/14 2 pm and I still did not get any call from them. I told them few times that I have to rent a car and waste my money on that while they do not even take a look at my car. Why? What is that service?I admit that when you have a simple maintenance they do it well and quite timely. But when I appeared to have an issue, they do not even look at it for a week!

I cant get the finance department to return my calls, and Its been more than a month. **Update **I called back a week later, and was connected immediately, and my issue was worked out.

They are not serious about the business. Most likely you will waste time and if your intention is to make a deal right away, the car may not be ready neither for viewing, neither for driving. Waste of time.
