I wish I knew about this place sooner! First of all, the staff was so knowledgeable and helpful, they answered every question (thanks Makenzie!) and were so easy to work with! Yes, they have the Schluter bullnose selection, but they also have a gorgeous selection of tiles! Highly recommend. A+.
Love most of their staff, very knowledgable & helpful. Great pricing which was a shocker since there are not many shops that have such great displays & competitive pricing. They spend time to actually suggest tiles & everything that go with it, even give suggestions on co-ordinating tiles. And they have nice coffee machine, which works almost always.

They have so many options for tile! The great thing is they also have little sample displays that are great to build inspiration from. I did feel like prices were a little higher than other places Ive seen, but the quality is there.

Their exquisite tile collection and beautiful showroom will surely bring many bathroom renovation ideas. We appreciate their outstanding customer service during our visit, as well. Parking space is not an issue as they have an ample parking lot behind their building. Pricing is on the expensive side.
Good selection of tile trims. I came twice with tiles from other shops and was able to find matching tile trims and turned out to be great. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful, despite they are usually very busy.

My to go place for all our tile needs. Prices are reasonable. But what distinguishes this place from every other tile place is the customer service. Everyone we have met there has been always friendly, patient and helpful. No matter how big or small is your order. They will help you find what you need. They are very accommodating too, if you have special needs or requests. Most of the things they have in stock and you might be able to pick up the same day. You can also return your unused boxes within 45 days without penalty. So you can order a bit extra tiles just in case.Going back to customer service, my favorite staff there is Pat, very patient, always smiling, and goes extra mile to help you. Thank you Pat for helping us closer or tiles. Our bathroom looks gorgeous now.An example of how a business should be run. Congratulations to the owners and managers.

I cant sing enough praises of Bullnose Tile. They have amazing customer service, Patty was extremely helpful as we were narrowing things down, but overall, all of them are great and knowledgeable about everything from installation process, to materials to match our specifications (like trying to avoid stain in the grout lines). They looked at our photos to see what they thought would match and what pieces could accent the room. They have a clearance section for final sale, if you happen to find your tile there, its a great deal! Prices for Schulter border pieces cant be beat either! The hard part is you do need to pay for your samples (but it minimizes waste on their part)

Always a good place for tile needs. Great family and truly well versed employees with great ideas. The newer bath/shower area is great. Lots to see! A great way to get ideas of color and patterns and to see larger formations of panels put together.

This place is amazing. Their customer service is exceptional. All of the employees are knowledgeable and great at what they do. I worked closely with Fernando and Paty, but I interacted with 3 more employees whose names I don’t remember and they were all fantastic. They were never pushy, always gave me their honest opinion, and made my experience seamless. Their show room is very well organized and well-stocked. It seems they are always updating their inventory. You will find beautiful tiles. From basic and affordable to top of the line. Place is clean and they have a coffee machine with great coffee and drinks for grabs. I always felt they were there to help me. You can tell they all love their job. I loved it! Highly recommendable.

Great place to shop. I have been taking my clients to this place since 2008 to help them shop for their bathrooms and kitchens, and almost everyone love this place for the selection of what they have in stock. The staff are fantastically helpful and I love the return policy. If there is extra materials in not open box, my client could take it back with in 60 days with no fees. ( HJ Construction )

They have a very nice selection of tile, related products and good customer service. They used to carry discontinued tile and had lower prices. Now they sell newer tile styles and prices are higher.

We wanted to return some tiles and asked the front desk. The people told us if we continue to purchase some new then they won’t charge us the restocking fee. So we returned the item and purchased something else. BUT they still charged us the $75 restocking fee. VERY disappointed

They always have a great selection of tiles and are really good at bringing in types of tiles that are popular or trending in the design world.It is hard to find places that offer good customer service these days so it is nice knowing Bullnose keeps that trait top of mind,

I never knew how many Schluter Strips were available - and in stock! I would have saved a lot of trouble and time finding tile with matching bullnose. They have every profile, color and texture of edging strips you can imagine in addition to just about every Schluter product out there.They have an exceptional selection of tile, pricing is a little higher than you find elsewhere in the Brokaw/Junction area.Staff is friendly, patient and helpful. Worth a visit if you are planning a tile job.
