It started with a phone call where we were greeted professionally by Sandra. We had an opportunity to visit Karma for a car for my wife. I would have chosen zero stars for a rating but since you have to make a choice I put one star. first off i was very interested in an infinity that they had available was very hard to keep in touch with people. not willing to negotiate even with me being all the way across the united states. people claimed to call and never called. very poor business. then after speaking about vehicle they marked price of car down then told me it sold the day before. i believe these people are scammers. dont waste your time. id rather take my money elsewhere
