This is the worst and most dishonest dealership in the WORLD. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! We bought a used 2017 Maserati Gabelli from them last month (The owner owns both Benz and Maserati).1. There is a missing part in the trunk when we purchase it. In the contract, they said they would order the missing part in the trunk. They said the part should arrive in a few days after we paid. But it has been a month now, whenever we asked, they just said they ordered and should get in a few days. They cannot provide any info about the order and tracking of that part. it turned out they never ordered it but just kept lying.2. I only drove 5 times since I bought the car, even below 150 miles. Already found 3 issues.1. We test drove it and purchase it one week later. The car could not start the first day we bought the car. We literally just stuck on the road side of the dealership. That is the way they did 120 checks and took care of the used car. They promised it was just a battery issue and everything else is fine. We trusted them so we did not return the car. So ironic that they said they did over 100 checks before selling the car but not even make sure the car can start or not. They explained that the car just needs to replace the battery and everything else is fine. We trusted them so we let them fix the car the first day we bought it.2. We found the head rest on passenger side won’t go up, but since this is a small issue, we did not complain it.3. it is just within a month, we only drove 5 times and not even 150 miles. We found another serious problem: The heater did not work! We never tested it because it was hot when we bought the car. They did not check, or they did check but not even tell us! It was made in 2017, not that old, and we paid 40k so not a cheap one. If you did not check the car before selling, please don’t say you did over 100 checks before selling the car. We relied on the information you provided to make the purchase. But It turned out False advertisement & misrepresentation is an auto dealer fraud!
Susan did a great job. Got me in to service in 1 day with a loaner. Also provided an option to get a 2-year service agreement, saving me money. I can trust her and Mercedes, because OF HER.

Very poor customer relations after car sale. I live out of state and purchased the car online. For a CPO car, some things on the vehicle should have been addressed.One of the issues i thought that was suppose to be. Turned out it wasnt done at all when i received the car. The salesman even sent a picture showing it had been replaced, but it wasnt a picture of the car i purchased.3 rims had curb rash that was repaired. I assumed it to be professionally done. Curb rashes were just ground down smooth and polished. Looking at the rims surface, you can tell where the work was done.The car was missing the privacy cover in the back trunk. Salesman said he has one and would send it to me. Took almost 4 weeks. In between this time i kept asking for a tracking number. Each time it was, i am busy, i have to do it on my own personal time, its my day off, i am on vacation, the receptionist has sent it. The last and final, its going to cost 200 dollars to ship it and for me to buy it and they will reimburse me. Then later that day i get picture text of a created shipping label. I finally received it 9/4.I was told a manager would contact me to address all my concerns. It has been 2 weeks since i emailed him.Car has been sitting in my driveway for 2 months. Cause i still do not have the title! Car is paid in full.During this time i have left multiple mesages to various people and not a single return call.
Worst dealership I’ve ever been to! When buying a $50k car you expect great customer service and an attentive sales person but nope mine kept getting pulled away from me while trying to buy a car…then when you need help after you bought the car they don’t answer there phone… also the finance guy Dominick is horrible doesn’t answer calls or replay to emails I have a long story but don’t want to type it all…I would never go back to this dealership or recommend it to anyone
I towed my car to the dealer, after 30 hours, nobody ever called me. I called 3 times and asked for a confirmation if the car has been arrived, someone put me on hold and never get back to me.Sooooo bad customer experience. And this was not the first time. Last time (2 months ago) I have to wait for 15 hours. Next time I’ll just go to a farther dealer.Dealer management team, please do something here to improve
I leased a C300 last weekend and was very happy with my salesperson, Tony Chiem. He was personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was responsive and had a great sense of humor. He took the time to review the various features, setup presets on the radio for me, and made sure the detailing was completed.As with any dealership, the whole financing process takes way too long. Not sure why this process cant be expedited. Hence the 4 stars.
First time customer and very last time customer. I had my appointment on 8/11 and my car was returned to me on 8/13 with damage to my car. I have called multiple times and left voicemails and nobody is giving me a call back. I have a CLA 250 2019 and took it to Stevens creek service for the first time and spent 1,229 for damage to my car. My advisor was Giselle who happens to be an assistant manager who hasnt gotten back to me. I left my car in good condition and it came back with damage to the window shield driver side. I noticed it right away when I went to pick up my car and the guy from the podium for loaner cars came out and just said make an appointment and call Giselle. This incident has happened on 8/13 when I picked up my car and nobody has reached out yet. Contacted my insurance company and will file a complaint. I need to reach out to the business bureau or need to talk to a manager.
My E300 broke down but Jake, my service advisor, was incredibly helpful. My car was fixed fairly quickly. In fact, I thought it would take longer. The loaner car I had while my car in the shop was fun to drive (E350) Im very grateful for the people who work at this dealership. Theyre doing a fantastic job.
I purchased a non Mercedes car at this dealership. I didn’t expect to get a lot of information regarding the car, yet, I found the sale representative very caring and attentive. I worked with Jim and I’m so grateful for his help throughout the process.

I brought the car in due to a tire pressure issue. They found a nail in one of the tires, which they were able to fix for free. The only issue was that I had to keep the car overnight because they were very busy. I was happy that it was done the next morning and the car was washed and cleaned inside and out.
BE AWARE! If I could 0 stars, I would have done that. The dealership agreed for making a deal on New 2021 MB GLE 350, They did a Hard Inquiry on my credit and then they said they need approval from their GM for out of state transaction. After two days of pause, They later told me that their GM rejected the deal and the car has been SOLD to someone else. If they do not have intentions of selling the car to me, why did they do the credit check? Its a hard inquiry as well. I tried reaching out to the Sales manager, but no one is available to speak. I filed a report on State Attorney General and Consumer bureau as well. Worst management and Worst people! Be aware! Total Rip-off.
Had a bad customer service experience here. I wanted to buyout my leased car. I was provided with no loaner car even though they took 10 days for the car inspection. Also the person helping me repeatedly just told that i needed to come in person and talk to the managers and get my issues solved.
I tried so hard to give Asad the benefit of the doubt that he tried but after meeting his manager that hope was gone. The manager was very unpleasant to meet.Flying me up, talking up the car, pointing your finger at me and telling me the car is underpriced (in this market we know nothing is) and walking out is just not necessary.I know I would never go back because I live 400 miles away, but for anyone who’s looking to travel a distance to this dealership, please do your homework, don’t trust them, and be ready for the worst.
I have bought pre-owned Mercedes from other dealers, and I have always received a fully functional vehicle with everything working. However this dealership did not deliver! I received my car with a rear seat belt not working, broken air vents, and a broken center console. None of this was disclosed and they will not stand behind what they sold. Truly the worst dealership I have bought from. And they have made me question the quality of Mercedes. Their service and the fact they sent me a broken vehicle makes me question if they even inspected the car at all, otherwise they would have repaired the vehicle before selling it. I would recommend buying from a different Mercedes dealer if you are in the market. This group has proven they cannot meet the standard Mercedes is known for.Follow up: talked with the GM at the dealership. They took the time to correct the issues. It was nice to see that they stand behind what they sell. I have moved them from 1 star to 3.
My house keys and key chain were not returned when I received my car. They offered to refund me for my key chain, but I still (2-3 weeks later) have not received a check or heard that one has been sent.I understand that my part was delayed and that their is a global shipping issue. My car was in the shop for 6 weeks. They did provide loaner cars and do their best to communicate the status of the part.
Terrific car buying experience at Mercedes of Stevens Creek - Auto Nation on 8/15/21.It started with Val Erazo greeting us online with in minutes of inquiring about 2 used GLE 350s. When we arrived at the building, there was no waiting around and Val took us on a test drive. It was the right car for us and Val was very helpful and professional.To finalize the deal, Nick Kith in the the finance department worked with us. I had a leak near the front end of the car. I thought it was coolant related. The service folks at MB of Stevens Creek took my car in right away. They found a leak in the WS washer reservoir. They fixed it quickly and I was able to pick up my car a day later. Thanks to Danny Ho A#1 Service Rep!

The attention was really great and fast. Very organized. Troy was very courteous and attentive. The only complaint I have is the delay when I pick up the car. It took a good 20 mins to get it. But it isn’t a big deal. Everyone was super nice.

Excellent service from A to Z. It started with us finally deciding to go for it and get my lovely wife her dream car. Sometimes in February 2021 we stopped by and were given an opportunity to look at and test-drive a New 2021 G550. The dealership did not have the color choice we wanted and the sales professional (Slava Aprelenko) we bought multiple cars from for decades sat with us and helped us navigate and execute a custom order for our car. Once done, he kept us informed on every step, built start, built completion, transport to the port, departure of the boat from Germany, arrival of the boat in Southern California, transport timelines to the dealership, and finally arrival to the dealership. With the objective being to ideally buy the car on my wifes birthday, the dealership did everything humanly possible to make it happen.The purchase experience was easy as usual. The folks at Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek know what they are doing and everything went great.I have been using the services of this dealership for decades and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car, excellent experience in buying one and servicing it afterwords.
Went to see an RS5 for a good price -- lady on the phone knew I was travelling an hour to see the car, and we did a credit check before I arrived.The car had clearly been in an undisclosed front accident. Passenger side of the hood dipped much lower and you could see the height difference clearly. Next to the poor fit from a head on collision was condensation from the passenger headlight, also from the undisclosed front end collision. The poor hood fit was also happening on the right side, but not as bad. Probably was hit on the passenger left side. Look closely around the headlight pic I took and you can see the passenger fender panel also mis-aligned, it is sticking over the headlight in a funky way. I included photos, unfortunately I didnt take photos of the hood mis-alignment, was in a rush and not planning to buy the car.I started the car and it had a Differential fault. Engine bay had non-factory welds in it, plastic trim that was falling out, missing screws, absolutely embarrassing overall that Mercedes offered this car to the public in this condition. There was also a very old clear bra on the car, which youd have to pay to remove, and it looked awful. None of this mentioned or viewable in the ad.Basically they are counting on a buyer who is really clueless about cars or someone so overwhelmed with the idea of an RS5 that they overlook the front end issues -- some days the condensation I saw wouldnt be there.Poorly repaired front accident cars have hidden expenses that will go on and on, and the front end can never really be fixed perfectly. Its basically buying a salvaged car that doesnt have the title. Someone hid this accident, probably was owned by someone affiliated by the dealership, then dumped on the public.Summary: Car was advertised as having no accidents, none on the carfax, however visual inspection showed a clear, undisclosed front-end accident. 100% unmistakable that this car was in an accident and Mercedes is lying about it. If they cant spot the accident on this car, they should not be in business -- theres no way they dont know.Scammers who wasted my day off, 2 hours in a car, and the cost of 2 Lyfts because I expected to buy the car -- It was a reputable dealership after all!

But this time was different. Erica, she was not trying to being pushy or salesy. She respected and made me feel comfortable on my decision. She even gave me her best recommendation. I booked this appointment 2 months out because it was a recall and that was the wait time to get my Sprinter in. Came in 15 minutes early that morning and they had no clue who I was and couldnt find my appointment on their books yet I showed them the email they sent to me with my appointment confirmation for that Friday morning. My van was put at the back of the list of repairs and was not worked on until the following Tuesday, the same day I got it back. No loaner! No car wash! I thought this was Mercedes.
Got the car I wanted, but sat there for over 3 hrs even after doing everything short of contract signing online. Car was not ready, had damage I have to return to have fixed.Biggest issue was the nitpicking on my trade in. Reduced their trade in number by $800 for thing as of yet not pointed out to me. By itself I understood the $800 adjustment, but then expected that sort of detail to apply to the quality of detail on the one I was buying. After looking longer at it after bringing it home found that was not the case. Car wasnt even cleaned well and had things like lipstick still on the visor. Center console was just plain dirty. My trade was 3 yrs older but it was obvious that it had been better cared for and was in overall better condition. I understand that a pre-owned car will have some issues, but if the one being traded is in better condition than the three year newer car its being traded for, reducing of the trade value shouldnt happen unless you intend to give a reduction of the price of the purchased car for the same issues.Im considering returning it.
Sad state of affairs at this dealership. They’re almost always never available to help (saying they’re fully booked for the month). You have to scramble to get someone to take a look at your vehicle.
The Service Adviser, Phuong Tran, is outstanding in that he is very thorough, detail and on time. He even personally washed the car for me when the service was done. The service quality is also world class and the report is very complete

I recentely scheduled the first service on my car at Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek and it was outstanding. They were very professional and I felt they know what they are doing.They performed all the needed items and even more. The whole process of checking in the car and checking out was fast and smooth too.
Purchased a used vehicle. Due to an error they made in the paperwork, 6 months later I still do not have a title. No one will help, no one will return calls. It’s rare that anyone even answers the main phone line. Errors happen in life, I understand. The horrible post-purchase customer service is inexcusable.
This dealership is always on time, communicative, and accommodating. I have really enjoyed doing business with this location of the Mercedes family.

We went car shopping a few weeks ago at some car dealers then landed at Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek to just look at some cars with no intension to actually buy one on that day. Then we met Tony Chiem who is a really good salesman. He told us all the reasons why we should buy a Mercedes-Benz. He was able to persuade us to actually buy one. Overall, we had a good experience at this place and Tony is a great salesman.

I am a disabled veteran who was discriminated against and treated like a thief when I wrote a check to buy a car flat out. I showed the dealership my bank account and at one point a salesperson even took my wholeCheckbook.Two weeks later the car was finally mine. Here’s the catch. They.still.have. My trade in and have not done the paperwork on it. I have WEEKS of text messages and emails from a salesperson saying he’s so sorry that THIS is the day he will take care of it. I’ve driven an hour round trip for nothing to get done no less than three times. They STILL have my car and STILL haven’t finished paperwork.This place is so dishonest, would give zero stars if I could. Have reported to the BBB and WILL be going to the media.
If you really want to experience worst customer experience this is the place. You will have to do zillions of follow ups to get back your car. Unprofessional staff wont even return your calls because they dont have any fixed time to give back your car. Even one day work will take at least 30-40 days. Wont ever go to this place again.

The review is for service and not for car. Every-time you come for service they will tell you your alignment is out and bill you $400 extra. I had that issue last year too So this time I asked the service person (Ethan) to call me first before doing any extra service not covered with my service plan. First of all he didnt inform and second when asked told me that we discussed if needed we will perform the service. I was planning to upgrade the car so was planning not to do any extra service unless needed.
Susan S. is the best in handling all aspects of my MBZ service, since my purchase of the car. I drive to dealer about 25 miles instead of just 3 miles (Autobahn Belmont) because of Susan’s great service. From dropping of the car, service, loaner car and return drop off / pick up has been smooth so far. So far, so good. 👏 👍

My service advisor Danny Ho did a great job. Had a puncture at my rear left tire and had to change tires. The communication was very open and transparent on other service items needed. While they performed the job at the shop, he tried all he could to get a loaner for me on short notice. It was a very good experience.
Tony Chiem is really a man of his word. I remember meeting him only three months ago and I remember him saying that he would help me and my family find us our perfect GLS450. He’s more than a charismstic and great salesman, but an overall genuine man who is willing to help others out. Great job, Tony!

Second bad experience with this dealer. My Mercedes battery keeps dying. So unfortunately I had to bring my car in again. The service advisor told me the car started up fine for him???? (OK, its not like I like wasting my time bringing my car there). When he investigated further he said he needed to change the battery, but because of COVID it was going to take a week or more. So I left my car there. When they called to tell me the car was fixed, I went and put a full tank of gas in their loaner and it was spotless!!! This is how they returned my car to me.
The salesperson did a good job makes buying fast and easy, but the process of paying is very unpleasant, almost killed the joy of purchasing a car. The GLB is missing the floor mat, and the sale promised to sent them out when available, and one key fob is not working, but I sent her three emails and phone call to track the status, no reply. I guess the deal is done as soon as I drove off the lot.

We bought our first Mercedes-Benz car in 2014. That time the behavior of sales person was great. So we went today to buy a car. We waited for a while. Most of the sales person just ignored us and treated us badly. Then one person came and talked to us. Then we went for a test drive. But the person wasn’t interested to show anything or to sell that car. We asked some questions about the car. But he didn’t reply so much. Seriously today we felt so much disappointed. We didn’t expect this type of behavior from Mercedes-Benz….
Had a problem with connecting my car to the Mercedes App. Came in to ask for help and was not assisted in any way. I walked in and spoke to the first person behind a desk. This guy was unresponsive and rude. Would not answer me when I was talking to him/kept talking to coworkers. I began to speak to other workers around and none of them seemed willing to assist and were just as rude. I stood around for almost 30 minutes trying to get answers from these people and still left with nothing. Everyone I spoke to seemed disrespectful and had terrible customer service. Bums.

While my advisor is great the overall service and value are not. The car wasnt done in time to pick it up and the technician notes were useless to help the advisor tell me if more work was warranted or not or how severe the findings were. There were no staff readily available on Sat to pay and get the car back. The advisor said the car had been washed but clearly had not as the evidence of when I ran the wipers before drop off was exactly the same. I am done using this site now that my pre-paid services are completed.
I recommend finding another place to get your service done. While getting work done, exhaust system recall, the service department broke the cooling system and wanted me to pay for them to fix it. No accountability here. Dropped my car off for maintenance was returned with check engine light on.
Its always a wonderful experience to get my car serviced at Stevens Creek Mercedes Benz. I want to give a special shout-out to our service rep Troy. In addition to the regular maintenance, he also took care of a recall and a small dent that was bugging me, without additional cost.
Ive purchased four Mercedes from this dealership. I have had a relationship with them for over 35 years. Although they become corporate with the Autonation acquisition, they ended up improving! Their commitment to building a long term relationship is apparent. I am very pleased.

I have been coming here for the past 9 years now. Troy Schalk at MBSC has always given me sincere advice and taken good care of my cars during service visits. I appreciate the fact that he never upsells you services and gets back to you for any inquiries.
First of all my wife was given the wrong information on cost of her service, from what was to be approx $300 ended up costing her $1500 advisor obviously provided what service it was supposed to be. After picking up her car the tire light came on as she got close to home so now she has to go back and have it checked. We attempted to fix by putting air in the tire that showed low but the light didnt go off. Service has definitely declined. Will look for independent shop for next services.
Took my GLK 350 in for an oil change, oil and air filter. $536.33 is the most expensive oil change I have ever paid for. Was I happy about it? No
Ethan was the best service person I have ever worked with. He was never pushy, always kept me informed on the status of my car via text and found ways to get great service at the best price! I arrived and he was there quickly, no waiting. And when I returned to pickup my car, there was also no wait! Excellent service all around. Thank you.

Everyone was incredibly helpful when I checked in, but it was a little confusing figuring out where to go when I went to pick up in the early morning. The gentleman who brought my car out mentioned it had not been washed to which I replied it wasnt a problem...until I got inside my car and realized how dirty the work area was. So, overall, okay.
Mercedes Benz at Stevens Creek is by far the best place to buy, lease, service your Mercedes Benz. Ive had great experience working with Jim duffer, Mark Arnold and others in the service and lease renewal teams.The service is often prompt, the supervisors keep you posted on the progress and the place also has a good waiting area in case one needs to spend a few hours working from there while the car gets done.
This is great place to get my GLE serviced. The staff were great. The process to get me a loaner and pick up my car was so seamless. The advisor kept me updated regularly regarding the status of my vehicle. It was a great experience. Thanks.
My car buying journey was very unique. Many unanticipated steps and challenges along the way. At the end of the day, I came here with one car in mind. Bought an AMG from this dealership. Initial contact/pricing discussion was smooth and effortless with Ellen. There was a bit of confusion from the dealerships financing office with my financing options but ultimately Ellen was able to work out the deal and deliver the car to my doorstep!She was communicative and easy to reach during the entire process. Would recommend!

I had an A service of my Mbenz E350 on June 21. Charlie Fish was my service advisor. As always, his service was excellent. But through no fault of his, I had to wait about 2 hours to get a promised loaner car. Somewhat poor planning on the part of the loaner car dept. Also, my car was washed after the service. But there were more water spots on the car when I picked it up than I would have liked.
Bought my first GLE AMG 63s there but have to send it back for repairing within a week due to crazy rattling noise when driving. They should NEVER deliver a defected NEW car to any customer. Only positive thing is that they are fixing the issue for us (replacing a whole supporting part inside the car). But still, it is quite disappointing experience for us. Its not Mercedes-Benz quality.
This is not the first time to bring in my Mercedes for service and usually everything works great. The greeting is professionally and an adviser goes around the car and makes suggestions and provides feedback on the status of the car. I trust his opinion and suggestions. Afterwards I can pick up the loaner I requested and usually within a day or so the service is done. Not this time. Everything was so chaotic. The line to drop off my car was extremely long and then they also ran out of loaner vehicles. If someone would at least contact me and provide guidance, then I could have avoided coming to the dealership and cancel or postpone. Communication, or the lack of, was the biggest part of my negative experience. I hope they will fix the problem and get back to their great service.
My husband and I experienced horrible service in this dealership. This dealership has the worst employees and worst technicians. We spent $1,200 to repair our windshield that was hit by a small rock. First, we have been told we have to wait for this magical windshield, which was shipped from Europe, for almost 2 months (I can understand the covid thing makes everything harder than usual). Second, the advisor never makes a phone call or email to contact us. We need to follow up EVERYTHING by ourselves. Of course, its hard to find someone to answer our questions every time. Our advisor always busy, never show up, and lazy.Unfortunately, we had the same accident after two months. We decided to go to a local glass repair shop this time. Surprisingly, we found out that the windshield replaced at THIS MERCEDES DEALERSHIP IS FAKE ONE!!! Each windshield has a unique number; the official system shows that this does not match any number in the auto glass system. Moreover, this windshield is lighter, thinner and fragile than usual. Again, we waited for this magical windshield, which was shipped from Europe, for almost 2 months!!! This is what we got!!! BE CAREFUL!!!p.s. We just bought our car for about a year, which means finding a NORMAL material to fix it. Its not that hard. But, in this dealership, everything is hard and fake!!!
All are courteous and helpful but my issue is with the management and with Mercedes Benz in general.Warranty ran out in the month of March on my vehicle and the glovebox cover completely came unglued in the month of June.It is worthy to mention that I have 3,500 miles on a 2017 SLC model. The management refused to pass the issue to MB company to see if they are willing to pick up the tab or even a portion of the $1,300 price tag for fixing the glovebox.I will not be visiting them for my next purchase nor for service.
