Eric was awesome. I had a problem with my stereo in my 2008 Toyota Tundra Crew Cab, I called Eric after work but he was closed already but still answer my phone call right away he told me that he was willing to meet me at his shop to take a look. He suggested a new stereo which he ordered and install the very next day it only took him about an hour I can’t wait to upgrade my stereo system, I totally recommend Eric he walked me through all my options and also suggested and explain to me everything in detail. 💯👌👍

Stopped by this place after being put through a sales spin cycle with California audio off Stevens creek (stay away!) After spending some time with Eric at Custom Car Audio I was sold through his diagnostic process! Come to find out water had leaked through a broken seal and drowned my amp. Had I listened to the sales guys at California Audio I wouldve ruined a brand new amp and speaker system...which they listed at 10k. Now Im getting my leak fixed, new window and sound system and will have my problems totally solved! Thanks Custom Car Audio!

Brought my car back because when they installed the camera the plug was damaged somehow while the cord was fished through the car. I had gotten a replacement from the manufacturer under warranty and Custom Car Audio had no issues replacing the cord even though it was installed over 1 year ago. I couldnt make it back for 9 months due to Covid-19. Only problem was the manufacturer sent me the wrong cord. Instead of leaving me with a non-functional dashcam he installed the cord I was sent so it runs only when the engine is on now, but let me decide how I wanted to proceed at a later date.

Erik did an awesome job. He found out the problem in my audio system 8n my truck, broke down the problem to me. Discussed the solution. Fixed it quick. Great price and excellent work.

Eric is honest, trustworthy and he will do good, clean work on your car. Trust him for alarm installs and any stereo/speaker/amp installation needs you may have. He knows how to wire properly, does clean work and wont leave your car a mess like other shops. Hes done alarm installation, power cable installation and made custom speaker mounts for me, all at excellent prices. Hes a one man shop and hes low-key, hes not the kind of guy who wants to sell you on stuff. Great guy, great shop. He only works by appointment, which is awesome, because youre getting personal service, every time.

Eric did a great job, and was also helpful during a follow-up appointment to resolve issues (not his fault) with the stereo unit I had installed. His prices were very fair, especially relative to the quality of his work. I can tell that his expertise is in really high-end installs - the kind of sound systems that will loosen your tooth fillings - but he never treated me like I wasnt worth his time because Im an older guy that just wanted a simple aftermarket replacement unit.

Just like others have said, Eric is an honest no nonsense guy. He helped me basically get 90% of the work done before I even showed up, so that when I did show up we only needed to crimp a few wires and test it.No doubt I’ll come here for the rest of my car audio needs.

This guy really knows what he is doing. Gets the job done fast, neat and right, He installed an antenna mount on the top of my Tacoma Toyota, checking with me at every step to make sure it was the way I wanted it. I recommend him highly.

Okay. I dont think Ive ever written a Google or Yelp review before, but Eric deserves this. Eric is a one man operation. I came to him to install a Kenwood sound system in a 2012 Ford F-150. He made it look easy. Even when it turned out the Kenwood unit was defective and had to be replaced. He is knowledgeable on virtually any type of system. He was flexible with his schedule and charged a fair price for his work. I would highly recommend Eric to install after-market audio or other auto electronics.

Eric was terrific! I wanted him to install a custom blue kit to allow me to connect my phone to my Acura stereo with the awful radio transmitter that I had. We talked on the phone a couple of times. He quoted me a good price and we set up an appointment. He was ready for me right on time when I arrived and installed the kit perfectly. I was in need of music in my tow truck and was looking for a fast solution for cheap. The guy stopped what he was doing and solved my problem faster and easier than I expected.

Back in 2014 I bought a Honda Ridgeline pickup truck and had Eric install an alarm system and third party tailgate actuator to enable my tailgate to be locked. (Ridgelines dont lock by default).A couple of days ago, I noticed that my tailgate was not locking even when the truck alarm was armed.I took it into Eric and he expertly diagnosed the problem, showed me why it failed (not his fault) and came up with a great modification to fix the actuator. All in about 30 minutes with me watching and for a low price!Thanks Eric! I highly recommend Custom Car Audio for all audio, alarm and custom electrical work and would go there next time for sure!
