Loved my experience here. Staff were kind and cordial especially Chris. Very helpful and patient with choices.Just remember you do have a 14 day period return/exchange policy. I took a star away because they have run out of boxes for the handbags, for me the box is part of the experience, so was sad to hear this, but the sales associate said he would text me once they had a restock in November.
I attempted to return a wallet that was a gift. It was still untouched and in original packaging. I had the receipt and they still sold the wallet. They refused to process as a return or even provide credit. It was past 14 days from purchase date. This not the place to shop for customer experience/service. I’ll stick with Nordstrom’s. Horrible.
Went to return a defective wallet and felt super rushed as we werent there to buy. (Wont purchase again) Sales guy did not even explain all the return/repairs check boxes until I saw receipt with detailed info and signature, which I wasnt even asked to sign or acknowledge on his iPad. Poor quality material, will not buy again

My husband and I walked inside just to check out purses. We were greeted by Dan. I usually shop online because its pretty intimidating shopping in-store and most of the time, luxury store sales associate are snobby and rude but here we felt so welcomed. Dan showed me the bags that Ive been eyeing on and he was very nice. He patiently answered my questions and gave his honest feedbacks for each purses. Then hubby surprised me and bought me the purse I really loved! Thanks to Dan for making our experience extra nice and memorable.
I purchased 2 scarves on a whim. It was my fault for not trying it on. When I got home I realized it was too short. The sales clerk assured me I have 7 days to return it. The following Saturday I came to return the scarves. The store manager said sorry no returns...never again will I shop at this over price place.

Made a purchase over the phone they charged my card then tried to call me and say card was declined. really weird!!!! The whole staff was unprofessional..... And now due to my recent experience I don’t think I will purchase anything further in the future....

Very disappointed by services from them. Specially Manager at the store didn’t even care if they loosing customer. They treat you good when you spend money but returning a product means you are the one at the fault. I understand policy was 14days but their sales person told me 30days. I was misguided by them with the return policy. So, I agree not to return but than they start blaming on scratches and all. Now, I was so disappointed that this bag never been used and now they blaming me to out scratches and they are the one ended up selling me damaged product. What a horrible services. Not just at store but their call centers are extremely rude as well. I returned my online purschase because the purse was extremely small when I got it. So went to store to return and get bigger purse. Believe me or not they are still have not returned my money and it’s 3rd week going. When I called their customer services, everyone has different answers why they are holding money. This is such a pain! Things were going back and forth. At this point I definitely don’t want to have Prada purse at all, so decided to return the one the bought from the store. So talked to the manager about the situation but she seemed not even care about customers at all. They should hire a good manager who know how to handle disappointed customers specially when they are not happy with the product and when they sell damaged products to customer. Money comes and go but I’ll never forget how horrible was store manager “Tina Miller”, poor skills with everything. Not even a one apology for inconvenience at the store. I wish I could rate them Zero. I wish for better services specially when you are spending some high amount on products. Wake up Prada... provide your people some customer services skills.

I purchased a small Panier Saffiano bag in June. My experience purchasing was good. The gentleman helping me and my daughter did a nice job at adding value to my experience. I was going to think about purchasing the bag, but I was told that it came with a warranty and I could have it repaired in case of defects, plus I loved the petite shape of the bag.After a few months the leather at the top of the bag started to separate. At first it was minimal then after a couple months the whole top part of the bag was defected.I went into the same store after calling a week prior to explain my concerns with the fairly new bag. When I arrived I had to wait for the manager for over 30 minutes. The manager was polite though her only method of conflict resolution was to accuse me of getting the bag wet repeatedly. I take very good care of my designer bags and have never experienced any bag, luxury brands or not, become damaged in such a short time span.I was told after waiting for the response that they could send the bag to the only repair shop in North America and that it will take up to 3 months to find out if they can repair it or not.My concerns werent addressed and I will no longer purchase any designer bags from Prada. Ive had impeccable service at other brands like Gucci and LV both in which I have never had any issue with their leather bags becoming damaged, no matter how long I have had them. Im writing this review in hopes of saving someone else the same trouble I experience with the quality of this bag and poor client service.

The staff is resourceful. They are very good at matching/pairing me with products that complement my style. For instance, a wallet for my credit cards that I wear around my neck...or a pullover nylon black jacket. Sometimes, they may send/text a photo of a certain item that I might like to consider.The atmosphere in the store is professional/ attentive due to the spectrum of clientle.I especially like the silk and nylon sports jacketsThe one suggestion I would make is when charging a customer ( with credit card), either use a tablet or register, so everything is on full view of the customer. When abroad, I get a lotof compliments about my Prada dresswear.Of special interest, are the travel accessories for the savvy traveler: The Prada Lunch Box and Water Bottle. As a frequent traveler, I had to purchase those right away. And I suspect, they will become a collectors item since Prada is ahead of the curve.

Very poor customer service I purchase shoes in Prada store, they put in the box the wrong shoes and now they will not refund me and give me only a store credit unheard of.It was almost impossible to reach a supervisor or manager to explain my issues and it also took them a while to call me back and of course they also ignoring my request and agree only to a store credit.STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

A real architectural success for this Prada shop in the mall. Behind the heavy leather door, never closed but not open to anyone, luxury seems to spread in a spirit of French chic. Not easy to establish both the feeling of exclusivity and at the same time to discover a new collection, invite to the discovery. Here you have to invite yourself if you want to enter. And the air of anything is not easy because the heavy leather door is not an invitation to discover, but a selection at the entrance.
