Do not come to this shop. Unreasonable pricing. Unprofessional.Heres the story:I built a custom PC, which worked for a day, then stopped working the next day. The issue was the RAM, which I overclocked. The overclocked RAM actually took away the voltage the CPU needed, producing a d0 error. The PC initially worked when i overclocked the RAM, but didnt once i turned the power supply on and off.A simple solution to this was resetting the motherboards BIOS, ultimately un-doing the RAM overclock.The workers at ClickAway, however, claimed the motherboard was experiencing reverse current issues, and that I had to pay around $200 for the fix. I did, and the computer seemingly worked once they sent the PC back to me. I overclocked the PC, and the same issue the next day: d0 error.I did more research online, learning I could fix this by re-seating the battery powering the hardware storing the BIOS data. I did, and the PC booted back up normally.What was more frustrating was the fact the BIOS came reset when I got it back from ClickAway. Ultimately, they said they used special tool to undo the reverse current, when the just reset the BIOS. They lied. I could tell by the fact the components in the PC case was left JUST as I had left them. (They mentioned they would pull apart every part to test functionality, but they didnt). They never mentioned anything about RAM, BIOS, or CPU compatibility.TL;DR: ClickAway charged $300 ($100 diagnose fee, $200 fixing fee) for something I couldve fixed in 5 minutes.

I really hate dealing with computers or I should say with problems with computers. They always give you a free diagnostic to figure out what is wrong and always try to fix it instead of just selling you a new one. This time it was a new one, which they made up to meet my needs and at a fair price. With a little problem of getting everything set up on the new computer from my 15 year old piecemeal one, Im back in business.
I have mixed opinions of this place. They offer fast and reasonably priced computer repair but I would recommend going to a different facility if youre looking for expert level work. Expect to pay $100 just to have a conversation but that same cost often covers minor repairs.

Well they gave it to me straight. Did the diagnosis for free as stated. Had a corrupted OS that wouldnt boot my computer. They wanted $149 to wipe and install a new OS on ssd. For the 30-45 day guarantee wanted an extra $199 to clean and disassemble the pc.In total wanted $350. I ended up choosing not to take them up on their service but to leave a review on their cost estimate to inform others on their price. This may be standard rate but I didnt check other shops.Anthony, the manager, and Andy the technician were very nice.

I went on line 10/7/2020, and requested an estimate for a printer repair at my school site. I was given an online request number and was asked if I would like to bring my printer in or have someone come to my site and they would happily schedule an appointment. I asked for an on-site estimate. I hadnt heard anything by 10/20/2020, so I sent a follow up email to the person who had originally responded to my online request. To date, I still havent heard back from anyone at Click Away. Terrible customer service.
I had an Acer laptop with touch screen that was about 10 years old. Last week, it began to develop a problem with the mouse control. I brought it to ClickAway. In one day I got a call back from them informing me that the problem was due to a bad touch screen and a bad hard drive. They told me it was not worthy it to fix it because it would cost more than $500. Instead, they suggested that I buy a new laptop that I did. The laptop they recommended was a (non touch screen) Lenovo laptop. The person I spoke to took time to explain in great details as to what happened. He was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone highly.
Fixed PC in one day after another place took two weeks to say they could not fix it
I have used ClickAway a number of times when I have reached the point where I am not sure what the exact issue is. In all cases, they were able to find the exact issue and either solve it, or recommend a reasonably priced solution. I give them a thumbs up..

I called to see if they do free estimates. I told the gentleman I had a loose ground solder for an RCA. He said no problem bring it in. I dropped it off late on Thursday and told the lady checking me in the problem.I didnt get a call so on Saturday I called and was told someone would call me back. After several days of phone tag, someone told me they didnt open it up but it would be $495. $495 to solder a loose ground!!! I told them I would pick it up.The person that gave me my equipment apologized but that is the amount the company wanted to charge me. DO NOT USE ClickAway!

6 weeks ago i came to drop of my computer to get the screen fixed. They said it would take just 2 weeks to fix because they had to order the parts. 2 weeks passes then another and another until finally i was thru dealing with their incompetence. I decided to pick up the computer only to find it was taken apart even though no part was ordered. It was simply taken apart and i had to wait 4 days for a technician to put it back together. They do not communicate and have the work ethic of a blond sloth.
My mothers computer was severely hacked by ransomware and I was unable to recover the home screen or get to a point where I could wipe it myself. I took it to Ashor at Click Away, who was very thorough at making sure everything was wiped clean. Additionally he helped me with a couple of specialized requests. Because I did not want to reinfect my mothers computer he assured me that installing the photos and documents on the computer would not reinfect my mother’s computer but I was still hesitant on re-installing them. So to per my request I asked him to put these items on a separate external hard drive. I did not have a hard drive, so I went shopping for one on Amazon and he said that he would give me the same price as Amazon for the same hard drive Samsung 1tb. Additionally he re-installed Microsoft 365 and Norton antivirus. He sent all the software confirmations to my email so I was able to regulate the renewals of the software when the time came. He explained everything thoroughly (via -text - my request) and I felt very confident in what he was doing with my mom‘s computer every step of the way. I never felt pressured to take or add on any services that I didn’t want and he was able to offer discounts on some items like Microsoft and Norton.Why go to Ashor @ClickAway:- go for straight forward no B.S. service- real tech that know computers- hacked computers- software installation

WARNING!!!Do not go to this place, these people are either cheaters or unprofessionals (such level of unprofessionalism that they do not understand simplest things in computers). My computer suddenly stopped charging. I suspected that there is a problem either with a charger or some element where the charger is inserted (everything else was fine with my computer, it worked normally, except the fact that the battery finally died). I brought my computer to this company and after a day of investigation they said that the problem is not with the charger nor with the computer adapter, but some core modul is broken. And in order to fix it we need to order this replacement modul and the whole repairment process will cost more than a price of a new computer, around 500-800$ (!!!!). And it is not all. In order to recover the data from the broken computer we have to pay additionally 1200$. So around 2000$ all together!! However, if we buy a new computer from them, they will reduce the price of data recovering from 1200 to 900$. Fortunately, my husband understands something in computers, we did not do anything with them, just took the computer home. He just bought new adapter, tried to charge the broken computer and all of a sudden it worked! So now it is 100% charged and perfectly working. No need to restore data or repair it. If I would believe this people I would pay around 2000$. They probably get their profit such way, from people who do not understand themselves in computers and believe their words.
They are amazing! They took care of my lap top and my computer over a holiday and did an excellent job. I bought a Lenovo computer from them. Diego and Mike were wonderful and very helpful. Recently I had another problem with my Mac laptop. They diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it on the spot. I did not pay anything! They are honest and professional and I highly recommend them.
These guys are the best. When my computer recently got overtaken by a virus, I contacted them right away. Not only were they open on Saturday, they had my computer fixed up and ready to go on Sunday morning. To top it off, they connected me with their on-site Verizon colleagues and I got set up with new mobile service that will save me over $150/year while I was there. If you have a software or hardware issue, this is the place to come for a solution.

I was told that a diagnosis would be free. I show up and then Ashor tries telling me it would be $195 to diagnose it. My computer is acting like it is getting 0 power. I asked him why it would be so expensive and he tried telling me he would need to trest every component individually. He said he would need to check the video card, ram, CPU, etc.. mind you, anybody who knows anything IT would know that a bad video card or bad CPU or bad ram would still act like it has power but would just fail to get past POST. I told him I tried swapping the PSU also so I just needed him to test the mobo, my connection, and the power button wire/connections. He said he cant test those things because he doesnt have the tools to test those things. Those are literally the only things it could be. So he was going to try to rip me off $200 to test a whole bunch of things it absolutely couldnt be but not test the things it could be. Waste of time and gas. Either they KNEW they were trying to rip me off or he was sincere about what he wanted to test but has no clue what hes talking about, and either way its someone that shouldnt get any business of mine.
Just had the life of my trusty PowerBook G4 extended for another year or so, by having ClickAway Computer + Phone + Network Repair Services update the operating system. They offered great service at an affordable price.

I was blown away with the expert and professional computer repair service at Click Away in San Jose, CA. Ashor S., the technician who assisted me with my computer problems was A-mazing! My dinosaur of a computer is on its last leg, this I know, but Click Away was able to patch it up as best as possible to keep me going. (My computer is an Apple Mac Pro 2008). Ashor and the staff at Click Away are one of the very few companies that I know of that still really cares about their customers. I will highly recommend Click Away to all my family and friends. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and con-artist.I brought in my cell phone SD card for data recovery due to incompetent Verizon tech advice that deleted all the data. Rayan Faraj told me most likely they can recover the date, it is $200, and will take about 24 hours. I left the SD card with him on Saturday, he called on Sunday and said he needs more time but he is off on Monday and will have it ready on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday and Ashor told me he will call me in half an hour to let me know the status. I never got a call back so I went to the store on Wednesday Morning. Martin Gonzalez was the only one in the store and he told me he will check with Rayan and will let me know the status. I got a call from Martin within an hour and he said he is able to see the data and can recover it for $200. I told him to go ahead and do the recovery. I got a call from Martin in the afternoon telling me he recovered 3GB of data, I told him there should be between 15GB to 20GB which is missing and the 3GB is all the new data I have on the SD card already and make sure it wont get deleted. He got mad and told me that I am back pedaling and don’t want to pay the $200. I told him you will get your $200 just recover the lost data because I am sure you won’t return my SD card unless you are paid anyway. He puts me on hold and his manager Diego gets on the phone and he says they can recover 17GB worth of data, I said that sounds great and it is most of what I am looking for but that isn’t what Martin said to me. Diego said this is why he is on the phone to clarify things and will call me when they are done with data recovery. Martin called me on Thursday morning to tell me there are close to 100GB worth of data on my SD card and I need to purchase a larger SD card from them for $100 in order for them to copy the data. I asked him how could there be 100GB worth of data on a SD card which has only 32GB of storage capacity to begin with. He continued with non-sense story to how you can have 100GB of data on a 32GB of SD card and how most of them are corrupt. I told him I don’t need any corrupt file on my SD card. After 2 more phone calls I was told there is 15GB worth of pictures and videos, so I told him just to copy the 15GB worth of the pictures and videos into my 32GB SD card. When I went to pick up my SD card in the afternoon, after I inserted into my phone, I noticed the 3GB worth of existing data is missing and Martin said he had to delete it in order to copy the files. I told him there was total of 32GB capacity, 3GB was used and there was 29GB available for you to load the 15GB. He said that I told him it is ok to delete everything. Are you effin kidding me, I am here to recover data and not to delete more. At this point Rayan and Ashor got involved and started telling me that I was told to back up any existing data, which is a complete lie and Ashor tells me that they don’t do any recovery for $200. I said that is what Rayan quoted me, I didn’t bargain for that price and now you are trying to tell me you did me a favor. At this point I lost 3GB worth of existing data and the 15GB they did recover, most of it doesn’t open on my cell phone even though they were pictures and videos taken by my cell phone. Ashor tells me that they only do recovery and can’t promise if it will open or not but most likely I should be able to open it using a computer. Anyway they got their $200 and I lost additional data and I have 15GB worth of unusable data on my SD card.Watch out for these criminals.
Why would you want me to drive 40 miles round trip for you to tell me you dont repair a certain phone. This is what you get when you do not use factory certified repair technician.
