Honestly you guys give some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Every person I talk to is extremely rude and I keep getting the run around about a bed frame replacement Ive waited 5 weeks to receive. Theres seems to be no consistency or communication among the team members because you talk to one person and then they never get back to you and when you call again you have to deal with an entirely new set of people that seem to not only have a problem doing their job but give you attitude right off the bat. Ive never been rude or disrespectful to the employees there so its wild that they treat their customers this way. At this point Im ready to take the issue with the customer service here to corporate. Id take my business elsewhere if I hadnt already paid so much on my bedroom set.

Why is the slobbering afternoon manager so slow and passively aggressive with customers and vendors? Its like we inconvenience him with our presence in his cute little palace of bad furniture and cheaply made appliances.

If you pay on time they will never bug you ... Great customer servise what i love about it is that wile you are paying if it fails they fix it ... The products are great ... If you want to own it or just have it for a bit RAC is the place to go all risk free ...

Be careful when with these drivers that work for rent a center they cant drive an thry are always speeding an cutting drivers off.
