First off, let me say just how satisfied I am with the service here. Everyone was incredibly nice, polite and very informative. I was immediately helped by Charlie and I was able to get approved for their 90 day payment plan which allowed me to walk out with MacBook. Theyre very flexible with the payment plan and if you get approved they explain everything to you. This place may be small, but dont underestimate them they have A BUNCH of great products.

First time into new spot on SClara St. Vsited this place over the weekend & charger did not function for the laptop I took into the store. Charlie was helpful. I returned on Monday to get a refund so that I could buy an original Dell charger instead of going back& forth w/issues. Kevin was kind & really wanted to look for another charger but I didnt want to be having issues. I needed closure to complete tasks online. Thanks for all your help guys.

I was a little nervous because of the prices advertised, however dealing with Kevin, Charlie and Biq they made sure I had the best MacBook Air. Pricing was good and they took very good care of me. They have good payment plans and whatever price range you are in, they will work with you. Definitely will let everyone I know to come here.

This place is the best. Computers and Comics upstairs and new and old game systems with all the trimmings downstairs. All you older gamers will step into a time tunnel and rejoice. Mark my words, YOU WILL LOVE IT HERE. There are also many valuable collectibles both upstairs and down with a very knowledgeable staff to assist. My sister-in-laws brother works here I bought a used HP laptop, I didnt get any discount but did get warranty for it. They also gave me a nice bag to carry it. If you are looking for a cheap used laptop you should definitely check them out 👍

This place is a treasure trove. Theres a whole 2nd floor below the street level one and I swear theyve every wall-wart, game controller, etc made ever. Ive sold them laptops over the years, its nice to come into a little extra cash. Last time the laptops I brought were too old to be worth anything though so I said I could pick out something from the display case and I got a flashlight with a built in laser pointer.

Went here to buy a USB webcam for my Chromebook. The owner, Kevin, told me that the one he was selling me worked with Chrome OS. I should have done my research before buying, but I was stupid and bought it anyway for $20.00. I tried it that night and found (SHOCKER) it did not work with Chrome OS. I went back the next day and he bellyached to me that it works, and told me to come back to see some other low-life at the store to set it up for me. I then just said to take the camera back and give me my money back (they do not normally allow refunds or exchanges, but I was POed), and he did give me store credit. Another guy working in the store said that he would bring some baseball cards the next day for me to get $20.00 worth of them as an exchange. I handed in the camera and walked out. Upon my arrival the next day, the baseball card guy barked at me to wait while he heckled for thirty minutes with another customer. He then told me afterwards--AFTER THIRTY MINUTES OF WAITING-- that he did not bring the cards with him that he was supposed to bring, which was my ONLY reason for waiting. I cursed and walked out, throwing the store credit slip at Kevin the owner. This place will NEVER get my business again, for every trip in there was just problems on top of problems for me. STEER CLEAR of these bums. They are dirty crooks.If you value your time and money, go to The Cheap Squad about a block away Northwest. The guy in there got me set up with a working webcam to self-order via Amazon free of charge.
