My order was suppose to be delivered by 3:30pm today, it arrived at 1:55pm! Awesome service! Staples is the ONLY store that will deliver to me in the mountains! We cant even get a pizza delivered! I was working when my printer ran out of ink but I was back in business to in less than 2 1/2 hours! Thank you Staples!

I am a teacher for 210 students and came in to purchase a folder for each kid and name tag labels. Brisa was so courteous and helpful to make sure I had the right amount and the right colors for my class. Hafsa helped me check out and get my teacher rewards, so friendly and caring in conversation. There was an issue with my purchase so I returned the next day and Robert helped me out so fast. These people all go above and beyond. I was blown away by their incredible customer service. This is the best experience Ive ever had at any store. All of this goes towards helping students learn and grow and achieve their dreams. Thank you all so much. You all deserve a raise!

Came in looking for a quality paper shredder, I was greeted by the store manager who went out of his way to help me choose one that I needed. He pulled 2 of the models that I was interested in off the floor and ran paper through them so I could see the options as well as noise level and how fast they actually shred. I ended up purchasing a 20 sheet industrial model that I have put through its pacesMy only complaint is the warranty is only for 15 days or for $100 or so I can get a 3 year warranty. I passed on the pay for warranty deal over all I was very happy with the service and product.

Clean well light. A pleasure to shop their. A great selection of goods. Fair prices. I use it on a regular base. I am happy with the store.

I went in today to purchase a printer and Robert was very nice explaining and showing me a printer that had all the features I wanted, additionally, he helped me out explaining the configuration of my new HP printer.Robert, thank you very much, you are the best! One of the staff was extremely rude. I was picking up a barracuda 2TB HDD there and basically he just called me 20 minutes ago said it’s ready. I got there with email confirmation, text confirmation and my credit card (the one made the order). But he didn’t let me pick up my stuff because I don’t have my drivers liscence with me.I was not happy but it’s OK because you are doing your job. But then this guy became my middle school teacher and questioned me “THEN HOW DO YOU COME HERE? SO DO YOU DRIVE HERE WITHOUT LICENSE?” Thank you staples for appreciating your customers business. I called Staples, canceled the order, and will never comeback again.

Horrible Staples. They do not allow chip cards to be processed as a credit card & blame it on you. This is illegal and goes against CC processing agreements.

Worst Staples print center Ive ever been to. Twice I ordered laminated prints online for work and both times when I came to get them they werent laminated. How does nobody notice that what I was charged online is WAY more than regular prints? I had to wait an extra hour both times to get them corrected. Ruined my work flow for the day both times. Theyre nice there, just not good at their jobs.Today was the last straw when I came in to print something in the self print section. The print center girl overslept and wasnt there yet. Surprise surprise! And the managers didnt even bother to fire up the computers or printers for customers. I had to print 1 thing and after waiting for 15 to 20 minutes for the manager to warm up everything I just left and went to the Campbell location.This was the most convenient Staples for me but I will no longer come back. Always a problem!

I went to Stables buy a adjustable office chair. Usually they have a good selection of executive chairs. The manager, a lovely woman, waited on me, and allowed me the on-line price ( a discount). I received email confirmation of my purchase and tracking info. The chair arrived when promised.

Came here yesterday for copy paper and left with a whole lot more than that. Great customer service, about four employees asked me if I needed help which was awesome! All the employees here were very friendly as well, I will be back for sure!

Basically, they are nothing but printer sales.I went in for a new office chair and selected one from their demo models that was nice.I was told that its out of stock and mostly they just have them for demo so people can buy them online and have them shipped to the store for free.So I ask if he can order it for me to the store? Of course he cannot.Oh well, if I need a new printer I will seriously consider Staples.. but will probably end up at Frys.

The service was fantastic and the lady at the printing center was very attentive and helpful. She answered all of my questions, was patient, and got me exactly what I needed. She was polite and worked diligently even with several other people coming for pickups while she was helping me. The store is also very clean and theres lots of pairing here in the shopping center.

I havent been at this particular Staples enough times to make a definitive review. But being that this Staples is one of chain of corporate stores, Ill assume that my limited experience of this location is typical of what Ive had in most other Staples. That is, it has fairly good office supply selection at decent price points. The one drawback to this particular Staples is that it is located adjacent to Avaya stadium where professional soccer games are played. If there is an event taking place at the stadium, there can be traffic issues getting to this Staples.

They told me they didnt have time to make a copy for me. What is your job??? Ive never had this at a staples. Never again. The copy shop near my house has better prices anyway.

Horrible customer service.Nobody wants to help you.I asked for someone to help get an item off the top shelf, nobody showed up. I saw a step stool & got it myself. Then, I was lied to and was told the radios didnt work.Really, really unprofessional.

Purchased a NEW task chair on the staples website and went to go pick it up the same day. Got home to realized theyd given me a used chair and felt cheated. Asked Frank the manager if he would give me some sort of discount and exchange for the same item for the time and trouble it took to return to the store with the heavy item but was refused besides the exchange. Decided to get a refund instead and take my business elsewhere.

Staff was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the 2 printers I purchased and found a number of discounts for me. I signed up for a MORE account. No interest.

They were most helpful, I came in 10 min before closing. And the employee still helped me find what I was looking for. A+++

Guys, this is the most unprofessional staples I have ever been to. I went for getting the photo print, and waited for 2 hours to confirm that the pictures are of good quality and everything is fine.the associate confirms all is good, and confirms the order. Next Morning, I get a call from staples, that we do not have these paper, and also the image is not scalable stating we can go ahead, but image will not be good.After an argument, they never even felt its something wrong from there side, rather, just kept on saying we can move ahead but image quality is low.I have been a loyal customer of staples, but i think, walgreens, costco, office depot have surpassed it.

Accidentally but gratefully discovered this gem! I placed an order online for business cards with uploaded designs. Very pleasantly surprised when Joaquin called to inform me that he thought the printout was a bit fuzzy.So I hopped over to the store and indeed, under his guidance, I saw what he meant. So glad he took the initiative to check and avoided 500 fuzzy cards. Joaquin also took it upon himself to pick a design on Staples site and re-created the whole card for me. And finally, he offered save the new design in my thumb drive for future use. Thank you Joaquin so much! You have a return customer for sure.

Called staples yesterday. talked to a nice lady on the phone, and asked them if they took competitor coupons, explained that there was a tablet I wanted to buy, and that the 20% coupon said tablets were included in the sale.she said, we take all competitor coupons for b&m stores in the area. there wont be any problems for the officemax 20% coupon.I reserve the nexus 7 2nd gen online, and it tells me its ready for pickup.i go to pick it up today, they tell me that sure they do take competitors coupons again. and then the tablet comes out of the gate, and the manager comes out. says, we take competitors coupons for everything EXCEPT THIS TABLET...me: what?manager: you can even buy the older generation tablet with this coupon.me: why cant i get it with the new one?manager: because i said so.me: is that even a valid reason?manager: its up to the store whether or not we take coupons. and i say no.me: but your employee yesterday guaranteed that it wouldnt be a problem even for this tablet.manager: you were misinformed.me: i drove 30 minutes to get here, called in, and was told there would be no problems, and then you bring it out and you tell me that you can take competitor coupons for EVERYTHING except this ONE THING, just because you said so?manager: nothing i can do.i call bullsh*t on this. screw staples, at least be up front with me and tell me that the coupon wont work so i dont waste my freaking time, but to lure me into the store so you can pawn off another tablet on me is just f***ing ridiculous. at least say something like it wont work on any electronics or something so i dont feel like youre deliberately screwing with me.note to staples: stick with your policies. its no wonder people are moving away from b&m stores when the customers get treated like crap. treat your customers right and theyll come back to you. but i just cant trust a store that tells me one thing and then slaps me with the other. that just aint nice.the reviewer before is absolutely right. they will change the terms of anything just to sneak out of something. no sense in going somewhere where the customer gets treated like trash
