I went there to buy a office chair. I really wanted to sit in them and thats what this place was great for. They had a lot of chairs of different kind out there to test. Each one had good description next to them.I noticed that I liked few and finally selected one. I love it as I have it at home now.I could find staff to help me quickly and they pointed out that they have the same chair available at the front with a great discount. It was assembled for customer who never came to pick it up.I was happy to have the chair assembled and not have all the cardboard trash to deal with.The cashier was nice and quick.

I am very late to mention this but the service there was amazing. Brian at the print station worked very hard to make a gift for my friends look good. It was very high quality and he even showed me what multiple versions of the images would look like.

I love this location. I use Office Depot for most of my corporate purchases. Their printing service is really great as well. Ive been printing professional marketing material for almost 3 years now and theyve yet to disappoint. I recommend this location.

Check on line for a ink cartridge said in stock . went there and a sign posted said order on line. Easy access. Clean store. If A STORE WANTS YOUR business then stock it. Just not post a sign saying order on line. If that is what you want then close the store and put a sign out front and say order online its easier.

I went to the FedEx counter with 2 fat envelopes and mailing labels which I had printed at home. The scanner couldnt read the barcode so I was stuck. But Nobu, the employee in the copy center, suggested I send the email with the labels to the store and he would print them!! Thats what I call problem solving and really good customer service.Thank you Nobu!

This place does it all: duplicating keys, packing, shipping, printing, scanning, office rentals, gift wraps, birthday cards. I like coming here because of the owner, OfficeMax knows what he is doing and he is extremely nice! Definitely better than going to OfficeMax, or other carrier. Tom spends time to ensure that everything is right, he is very detailed. Very professional. You can compare rates between carriers too.

I use this location frequently for all my work projects. Everyone at the printing center is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. All my projects are ready on time. A special shout out to Val. She has helped me so many times with projects that would have taken me hours to do that she can put together in minutes.

Poor service, especially the copy center. Staff not very helpfull. Under staff, the place smells, carpets are dirty, I wouldnt recommend this place for copy services. I had almost over $500 worth of copying and binding and they werent able to answer simple question as type of bindings available and thickness tolerances.

Ask for coupons and discounts! Love the service and location.

I have a tax business and my printer was telling me I would be out of toner soon. So I made a dash to office max and picked up extra toner for my HP printer. It was buy one and get the second one for 30% off. I love a good bargain.

Logan was very very helpful. The rest of the staff are like robots, but if you go to this location and need help, ask if Logan is there. If he is not, then good luck.2 stars less because of robotic staff. 3 stars are for Logan. The manager would be smart to hire more people like Logan. Also, I overheard the manager berating an employee for not speaking clearly enough. I understood every word he said.

I was trying to buy an office chair to match the one I already had, but was no longer available. They have such a great selection that I was able to find a similar one to purchase. The employee helping me seemed distracted and at one point asked me to repeat the last 3 or 4 sentences I had spoken because someone was talking to him in his earphone. At least I got what I needed.

I dont frequent office supply stores much for a long time. This store seemed pretty decent. They had most of what we were looking for at reasonable prices. One exception was the price on a month-at-a-glance datebook, near the end of January, for over $25. Going with a similar one from an online retailer for less than $5, including shipping. Staff was helpful in finding things, because the layout of merchandise didnt make much sense to me.Tip: Hurry through the entryway while holding your breath, to avoid the pungent odor there.

Lots of school and office supplies. Prices are usually steep meaning double what stores like target will price them at. If your looking for help finding something the staff mill around like zombies usually so be aggressive and just grab one and keep some spare brain matter for attractant and feeding. I finally was greeted by a nice young man 4 the 1st time ever. His name tag said Ramon. Ask for price match and show on your smart phone. Good luck

I bought an item that was on sale, but didnt notice until I had already paid that I had been charged full price. I asked to have it corrected and get some money back, but instead they gave me a $2 merchandise card. When I requested to get cash instead, I was told that they couldnt do that because I had partially paid with rebate money, even though I had paid more than $5 with credit card. I insisted that it had been their mistake and I shouldnt be punished for it, but couldnt get them to agree. Lack of common sense and bad customer service!

Easy to purchase my new home office chair on sale today.

Spent $755. Last weekend. Two of the chair mats did not flatten out f rte on the tight roll they were in. Refused to give me an exchsnge.

Friendly staff who researched the label makers for us. Plus a good deal on an Acer Chromebook. Got some file folders and mechanical pencils for the kid. Nice quiet, clean store next door to a coffee shop. Parking is a little tight, but the store is well stocked.

Ships only FedEx?! And who delivers that last mile for FedEx but the USPS? Would appreciate if this, like other OfficeMax locations, still accepted parcels for USPS, or update your signage and stop saying you do. Wasted a trip.

Its an OfficeMax. Its huge. They have a lot of stuff. Only one person is on duty, and the rest of the employees are on break. The carpet is always dirty.Update: Seriously, the floor is filthy. Always.

A lot of stuff is pricy. But, they have a deal of $2 store credit per used ink cartridges which is good.

OK place to find office supplies. Ever since the merge of Office Depot and Office Max, this is the only option in the area. Theres a surprising number of staff idling around the store and ready to help you (which is surprising.)

Low level of customer service and overpriced paper goods. Give the dollar store a try first then go there if you cant find it. The service is the same and the price is 1/10 on many goods
