I recently purchased new glasses from the Walmart Vision Center. I had specifics in mind but when my glasses were delivered, I found that they did not meet my expectations. I wore them for a few days then returned to the store to explore my options. A vision specialist by the name of Noura listened to my concerns then offered to replace them under Walmarts return policy. This lady was so kind to me. She understood that I was upset and concerned with my purchase then worked toward a resolution. Her courteous professionalism was absolutely outstanding! Noura gets Five Stars and I would recommend this particular Vision Center to anyone.

Very poor service.my glasses were supposed to be ready last Friday but didnt pass inspections. So was told they will be there This Fri.but still not there. Wth?
