We bought sweets for Diwali festival this year for ourselves and to distribute it to friends and family!! The sweets were spoiled!!!!! π£πWho sells spoiled sweets!!!!?Not only did we spent our money on spoilt sweets, it completely spoilt our Diwali this year!!!ππ
Best store for Indian grocery. All variety of Indian spices are available here.Pooja utensils and samahgri also available here. You can buy fresh vegetables, fruits, frozen items, dairy items from here.Huge variety of Indian sweets, snacks can be bought from here.Must visit for Indian food items here..
Samosas over fried, mostly broken and tasted bad! Threw them all way!! I dont think they know how to make them right.
Iβve shopped in this outlet 99% of the time barring a visit or two to other Indian grocers. I visited their outlet on El Camino recently for the first time and now feel that the De Anza one is so much cleaner and far better organized. The veggie assortment looks fresher than the one in their El Camino store. Staff is generally nice barring a couple of grumpy or crass ones in the check out counter.
Very bad customer service on online orders..staff openly passing rude comments and shows restlessness. Only got half of my order and they never bothered to check on alternate items from different sellers, and these are common items which definitely is expected to be in store. End of the day we dont get most of products and pay online Fee for delivery.
Here, the vegetables are fresh and the prices are quite competitive, but they need to pay more attention to the rotten fruits and vegetables and remove whatβs gone bad from the bin. The vegetable with visible fungus (which is quite repulsive in my opinion) next to the other vegetables forces the customer to rethink buying the other vegetables or not. Thereβs a huge risk of contamination or that those other vegetables wonβt keep well. In terms of prices for other items, Indian grains, pulses, and teas are a little pricier than other Indian grocery stores- but they do have a huge collection of these items and offer tons of different options and varieties. You can also find unique things from India. Finally, their samosas are best, and I often buy take out food from them as well. This store could be a great Indian grocery store if they simply improved some basic strategies. What I see is that the staffs need to improve basic courtesies and that the people at the cash registers need to greet their customers in a friendly manner. This is not to say that the staff and cashiers arenβt friendly or helpful, but sometimes they can brush you off or be short with you, and I think the shopping experience would be greatly improved with some politeness on their part.
Food tastes good - but service and availability of products/food is very unreliable, even if you preordered them.
I ordered some stuff online and some things were missing and I wasnβt given any information about it nor I have gotten any refund yet. All and all VERY POOR SERVICE.
So where to start unorganized most workers are disrespectful they will speak in there language thinking ppl canβt understand them this denza store sucks but I will give the other location a try
Horrible customer service..staff openly passing rude comments about customers (maybe they assume we dont know punjabi/hindi). People behind the food counter couldnt be less bothered about taking your order..only got half of my order. Never again.
To save money they are not following covid-19 regulations properly..Diluting sanitizer at the entrance shows how serious they are taking covid-19 guidelines..
Good place for Indian groceries. Most Asian products available at reasonable price. I buy fresh vegetables, Indian snacks, all kinds of grains and pulses from here. Well stocked and maintained.
Great food. Really great. But they do not even try to help distance people for COVID. Seem to not care at all if there are bug groups of people, etc, standing around.
Their haldiram product was defective. I told them it was defective. For that the owner told me she will give me a dollar.I told her keep the product and her dollarWorst service. Thinks for dollar people will do anything. Their is no ethics like customer service
I had an $100 order which was never got delivered but I was charged. It was during the pandemic so staff was busy. I contacted recently after few months and even though its a long time they still helped me to get the amount refunded which is really nice and I really appreciate it.
The prepared food here at the rasoi (kitchen) uses ENORMOUS amounts of oil.Think of this place as Arteriosclerosis Central -- fantastic way to get to know your cardiologist. If you store the food in their containers for a day, youll see oil collect in the bottom HALF of the container.Next time you visit, ask them to use less oil. Also, their kitchen manager doesnt seem very concerned about COVID.Their most recent County Food Facility Inspection Report states:Inspector Observations: ALL EMPLOYEES WEARING FACIAL COVERING EXCEPT THE KITCHEN AREA MANAGER [CA] ALL EMPLOYEES ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR FACIAL COVERINGS AS PER THE COVID-19GUIDELINES.Ive personally seen him wandering around in the kitchen without a mask. He sometimes leaves his nose out. Sometimes doesnt even bother with a mask.
The value of products sold here are amazing, especially the onions but the real concern here is the lack of attention towards general cleanliness in my opinion. If I see improvement, I shall edit my review.
Terrible customer service. Running Indian store if they are running it in India with 0 customer satisfaction.
Placed a grocery order. Delivery estimate was between 4pm and 7pm. It is now 9:00pm and no delivery. Called store multiple times but no one answers.Order delivered around 9:30pm. All items fine.
I just ordered groceries from here and they delivered it. They packed frozen packages with all my cookies and pantry spices and everything is now wet and ruined soggy. Irresponsible and inconsiderate to take all that extra money for delivery and not even bothering to separate out frozen vs pantry items. I will not shop here again. Customers deserve better. Donβt rip off naive Indian customers please!
I received all my veggies fresh and in a very good condition. The shopper checked with me on phone everytime he substituted a product with another. The home delivery was smooth and hassle free! Would definitely recommend
Very popular indian grocery store in Cupertino. Generally very busy and long lines at check out. Very well stocked. Good customer service. You can take out food from here. Samosas are pretty good and also like the channa masala. They also carry several indian sweets and snacks. Highly recommend this place.
Pros: Grocery items variety, quantityCons:1. Item expiry dates (e.g. expired wheat flour was being sold, worms found and returned...shop owner unapologetic and blaming suppliers)2. Faulty and erroneous weighing scales (it may be sometime more than 4 times more weight shown for small items, noticed large bill and came back abd returned. They weighed it again abd more than 30% price reduced). I wouldnβt go to this shop again unless they change their management and itβs practices.).
One stop shop, you can find every thing here.
PLEASE turn on the air conditioning!! It is 90 degrees plus and employees and customers are dying of heat! What kind of service and employment is this??
Lots of spices, great samosa, fresh veggies.
Went again twice in last two weeks. First time charged for curry leaves and didnt receive in bag. Realized when I got home. Ordered and charged for 2 bhaturas for lunch but when opened package at home got two small puris. Second time again didnt include curry leaves after charging. I checked, complained and they realized it was missing. No apology. This time they also kept a large Cadbury chocolate that I was charged for and didnt realize until home. Seems odd that both times now the cashier is keeping items Im charged for. all times cashiers are rude and frowning.
A great Indian store in bay area. Great price. Variety of stuff available. Youll get all kind of vegetables and spices that go in Indian cooking. Also, youll get very specific items (e.g. parachute coconut oil) that will remind you of India, if you were a fan of those products. You can also buy freshly made, vegetarian meal and hot tea. We have bought the meal couple of times. Meals were nicely packed, hot and tasty.
Good veg food with quick service. Lots of India sweets and eggless cakes. Over the period samosa quality has degraded.
ICC as we local indians call it is a staple and this location is no exception - specifically is the catering unit which delivers top notch home cooked delicacies for all occasions. I got two events catered from here and everyone loved the food and ended up going for seconds and thirds - great job!
I ordered online delivery from this DeAnza one and the vegetables were in bad state. Tindora, Bhindi and beans. They missed items but charged me and they donβt pick up the phone they gave to call for issues.
It seems rudeness is the prerequisite for working at India Cash and Carry. Horrible customer service, extremely rude cashiers, ill mannered .
India Cash And Carry has been one of my go-to markets for years. The cheese selection is fantastic and the staff is very knowledgeable if you are looking for something specific. The prices are a little high but I think its worth it for the quality.
Big store with lots of ethnic grocery options. The food corner is excellent! Tried their chaat. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. They have a dedicated organic aisle which is rare for Indian Pakistani grocery stores.
I like to drop by here for their samosas when I dont have time to make them myself for parties. Great prices and lots of vegetarian options on their hot food section.
Great little shop with every cooking thing you need. Many food, vegetables, and a lot of things.
Good variety and great location, cooked meals taste great, vegetables are usually not fresh and service not that great!
Shame on you ! You increased the prices so much in this hard times. We are already in crisis and everyone is not earning good . Shame on you . Please stop exploiting us and one day you will see the same .
Wide variety, competitive price, fresh food available too... I was looking for Indian millets and I am very happy to find them in very competitive price and bigger package. This is one of the best groceriesβ store in this area
Great place for the Indian spices and groceries, they also have kitchen for the freshly cooked rotis and vegetables.. cashiers are very friendly and helpful.. love to shop here.
This store is very convenient since they have food you can take out and the quality is decent, BUT the service and standards are terrible. They say the food and samosas will be ready in 5 minutes and regularly make people wait for 20-30 minutes. Today, I waited for 30 minutes for samosas they said would take 5 minutes. It was frustrating that the manager also could not do anything about the situation. They desperately need to pay attention to their standards and customer service. I wouldnt go here unless I am desperate.
Very good Indian store providing great quality groceries and also freshly prepared food .. very convenient especially for working people .. their chaat is really good .. they do catering as well for parties .. overall a great store .. ππ»
Always crowded with people !! Prefer going during non peak hours.. the food is fresh and the prices are decent. Cleanliness needs to be improved
Awesome food, even better than Indian restaurants outside. Pretty much get everything in groceries.
It has a good selection but the cashiers (ladies) are super rude. They treat you like you are a huge inconvenience to them. They dont realize that they have a job thanks to the customers. Never going back there.
Queue for the cash counter is inconveniently situated. People tend to miss it and end up breaking line which does not enable a good customer experience. Please fix it.
Its always stocked with all kinds of Indian groceries & the staff is also very helpful.
Great place for some of the British foods you miss, e.g. Heinz baked beans and hobnobs. Always friendly and happy to help.
Worst Puranpoli I have ever eaten from the food. If you donβt know how to make it, take it off the menu.
This is my favorite indian store coz they have a good variety and decent prices, but after their expansion, it takes more time to checkout than normal. Coz for the food counter, you have to stand in a huge line even when you have to just pick up rotis. They make you open the wallet and pay there and then for the normal groceries you have to again stand in another line and pay again. These guys are completely out of their mind in managing a Store with a food counter!!! They should rather print price tags at the food counter and stick it on the roti packets/chaat boxes/food containers. That will save everyone time and the customer has to finally open their wallet only once saving a whole lot of people plenty of TIME, which somehow at this store no one seems to care about. Whats the point of expansion when I have picked up same ingredients what I used to previously but have wasted double the time checking out twice??!!!
Really nice place. Its easy to get sabji roti ready for lunch or any meal with many different varieties. In kitchen there are many items that everyone could find something they like.Samosa and aloo tikkies are best snackHave all the indian veggie taht we could not find at other stores. Since now we can sit there n eat is even better no mess in car
CASH and CURRY is my go-to spot for A+ curry currys.
Decent selection of fresh vegetables. Not very crowded.
A customer was screaming at another customer and I was impressed how calm the clerks behaved. Great spice values too.
No ZERO star option, so have to go with 1. Dont trust the site, as its only taking Credit card and finally showing DELIVERY NOT POSSIBLE. Hopeless store :(
Worst item over price and spoiled item, which they will not back.
Not organized not good place to but India grocery

The cashier is questioning me for not knowing Hindi(visited the store on Nov 8th, around 2 PM) Tell them not to bring language issues into the store. That is a rude behavior.
