Pretty disappointed, I decided going to this Shell randomly because I was a regular customer there a few years back...and well I cannot believe the customer service I received. Instead of hiring people who are US citizens that can communicate with customers, what did they do? Seems as if they snuck so and sos relative from Cambodia...Ive seen it done at the nail salon and Im pretty sure they train them to say the basics and not even understand. Might as well of just hired a robot. Sorry dude!

The owner is nice the employees except one are horrible rude. Theres one ee at night that is extremely prejudice.
