Gorgeous store. Two employees talking. Neither acknowledged me. No one else was in the store. I continued walking around, found some product I liked, still no acknowledgement. It actually was awkward. Did they not feel it was awkward?! I finally turned to leave and one employee was putting something in a shelf while the other employee was putting on lipstick in the mirror. I went there to buy two products. I walked out in silence and didn’t purchase a thing. 1:25pm on Sun Jan 19.

I’ve always had great service in this store. Mario is very attentive and knowledgeable about the product offerings.

Wouldnt even provide a star if that is possible.I came in to purchase a product that Id previously gotten as a sample at this same location a month ago. Walked into an empty store with two sales people, neither of whom even said hello.After I had gone through the merchandise and didnt find what I was looking for, I asked for help. Neither were familiar with the brand and kept looking at the shelves as if it might magically appear. Clearly unfamiliar with their own merchandise and didnt know this was handed out by them just a few weeks prior or that I could order it on line on their site. No apologies, nothing to make me want to spend money there. I wont be back and already miss the beauty products store that they replaced.
