I ordered online for pick up at the curbside last friday 10/15/2021.On the way to get there, I received an email said: Thanks for picking up your order. What was wrong? I havent picked it yet.I called customer service 4 days later to request money back. They sent me thru 5 different customer agents... no one helped solve this issue. I finally got answered by Rick. He said he could not refund me. He said only refund with cash. How come? I paid with my debit card. Now he said I have to get to the store to get refund. It is very ridiculous. Do not recommend you order online from Walgreen. Very disorganized.
Great place to shop at and products over there too are reasonable. The employees there are also nice, friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely horrible and incompetent beyond imagination. Customer service is atrocious. Do NOT take a covid-19 PCR test here. Walgreens and their affiliate laboratory will take over 5 days for a test that is advertised as taking 1-2 days. This location specifically violates policy by slowalking the shipping. It took over 3 days for my test to arrive in the lab and will now take over 2 days for the lab to process the sample. This store is full of idiots—avoid Walgreens at all cost for covid-19 testing. They don’t know what they are doing.

I LOVE Walgreens. Their stores are ALWAYS convenient and well stocked. Associates are ALWAYS friendly and accessible. I highly recommend any of the Walgreens location.
Way understaffed. There was a line of 15 people there with only a single person working. I ended up leaving without getting anything.
I was worried yesterday that the prescriptions I needed would be too expensive. Fortunately, this drug shop had a good selection of drugs. The pharmacist deserves a big thank you.

Extremely slow pharmacy service!
On March 30th I placed and order with Walgreens and their contracted delivery service Postmates. The order was delievered and the receipt was $52.22 which was fine, but my bank was charged $83.46 plus a $12.52 tip for the driver. I have waited 7 day for the correction to my bank account which has so for not happened. I have contacted Postmates with this problem and as I told them I will not be using either one of you again and I will make sure that I tell everyone I know about this. I believe that 7 days should have been long enough to wait for my credit, the bank has already processed the amount $83.46. What kind of company did your company get involved with, during these time every penny counts I am a senior on disability and only get paid once a month. If I would have know that this was going to take this long I would have never used Walgreens or Postmates. Im very unhappy with what is going on.
Staff is usually helpful and efficient but can be aloof. Lots of parking. Convenient hours. Well stocked. Usually everything you want. So much better than CVS.
5 Star Pharmacy, 5 Star store staff. All are genuine, friendly and help because they care not because they have to. The store has evolved over time to be well managed and frequently restocked with fresh items.
Need more staff, wait times are around 10-15 mins. Prescriptions always delayed. Never answer phone.

Its fairly good. Large store. Pharmacy can take a while, but theyre usually helpful.
They have Halo top ice cream here. There is a photo center and a pharmacy with couches. Its never been that busy when I come in.
Some of the staff of general store are not very friendly. They look bored and disinterested. Pharmacy staff more helpful.
I frequently go here because I live in the beautiful neighborhood, sad I cant get decent service in this store ! When I am at the make up counter trying to buy over 50 worth of make up, Im ignored . Someone went to photo counter and someone was called right away. Still Im standing there waiting. Im looking like is someone going to attend to this customer? Disappointing! I just ended up leaving my merchandise at the counter and walking off! Its funny that they organize and find everything else to do while im in line, but if Im walking around the store looking to things, they are following me and watching me . I am not satisfied with their choosey, customer service.
I just spent over $100 to have our vacation pics printed. The order was a mess. They gave me 3 enlargements I didnt order. Many pictures were off center (not off center on my phone or on the screen when I downloaded them). On several pictures it looked like the printer went out of alignment and the operator didnt pay any attention to what was happening. There were duplicates (not ordered) and pics missing. I had to show the clerk where the pics were when he couldnt find them - they were just lying on a machine, not filed. This was the last time I will use this Walgreens for my pictures. Hopefully, the one at Meridian and Hamilton can do a better job.
The cashiers are always friendly & helpful. Short lines. Store is always cleaned and well-stocked.
Pharmacy continually hung up on me do to being too busy in the store. Spent over 30 minutes trying to get a prescription over the phone. Manager had to connect me 4 different times.
This place is very inefficient. It processes things slowly. Often times, there is only one person at the counter, if at all.
They should be open at 7am like the other Walgreens in my area
Zero stars I saw a male employee get under a womans skirt with his cell phone amd take a picture when she bent down to pick something up I called it out and the manager didnt seem to interested the lady was traumatized and there was no management to apologize for the employee
