I was not supported as a customer!

I really like their skin care products and nail products. Their makeup is good too. The lady there is really nice and helpful. I would recommend their nail polish there, even though it can be quite expensive. Their face masks are also really good too, I really like their aloe face masks. Their makeup is good, my mother bought a BB cream there that hydrates your skin and makes it soft while you wear it. I would recommend coming here.

I love the cute brands and i love the make up there. I bought a blush and an eye shadow color and the lady was super sweet.

Few days ago I purchased more than 300 dollars of skin care product at Face shop located at Story Rd, as the Face shop policy I can return item with the receipt in 7 days of purchase. Today, I returned only 1 item that caused my skin turned red, stinging and itching, but the old lady refused for exchange or return this item. She did not give me the good reason why I can’t return the item even though it cost only 25 dollars.

Great skincare, but always low on stock and takes a long time to order things.

I honestly I like their lip tints simply because its cheaper than all the other ones you find usually like in sephora. Although Im shocked by the other prices of the other makeup, its better to give this a try.
