Loads of supplies for offices and restaurants (and homes) in a very large facility. Have items not carried in a regular Costco store. Our first trip there provided 90 minutes of entertainment! As always, staff were very helpful in locating items. We made mental notes of supplies we will get there for future needs. A great resource.

Great store. Good resource for all kinds of stuff. A long way to drive for is but totally worth it. Wonderful produce and fabulous meat department. Easy parking. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The only thing missing at the biz center is a food court. Lots of restaurants supply-type stuff, cool little appliances, and snacks and drinks for days. Plus, the largest meat refrigerator you’ve ever seen; this walk-in fridge is bigger than many supermarkets by itself.Most regular Costco products are available, plus more. Prices are sometimes better than the regular warehouses too.

Awesome costco business center in San Jose. I like this new store. You can find most business related stuff here. Unfortunately, they dont have food services neither they have gas station. Prices are very low compared to other stores. You can find halal products too. Fresh fruits and vegetables at very reasonable prices. The store is very cleaned and organized. Enough parking space.

Very nice place. Bigger selection than regular Costco, but no alcohol. Also more office furniture. And also tools and equipment needed for a restaurant. Has many of the normal sized things you find at a normal Costco (maybe theyre expecting normal shoppers) but also very large bulk for businesses.

They deserve a 100star rating.The most HUGE Costco wholesale warehouse in the south bay area! It looks clean and new inside, with big stuffs inside so you won’t bump into someone else while shopping. Understandably this is business center.Nice to see the seasoned staff training the young newbies on site.Its clean and very organized everywhere even though therere lots of lots of customers.One thing for sure everywhere in Costco, you never need to worry about the quality, and unbeatable price.Crowded parking lot since big part of it is still under construction.Their service is great than ever in any Costco, they really eager to help to anyone. Quality meats at great prices and quantities. I usually pass on costco meats because they are too pricey. Not here. Boneless skinless chicken thighs are $1 per pound. Yet quality is not compromised.

Typical Costco, but better in terms of snack selection. All the packaged stuff is right in the middle and theres a bunch of it. New format and I quite like it. The freezer is massive and has all the fresh food (produce and meat and dairy etc) in it. Quite cold though so bring a jacket even in summer. Around 30-40 fahrenheit it feels

Just a couple miles away from the regular Costco is a much quieter and less busy version. If you buy mostly in bulk, check this location out first, then shop the regular Costco for all the stuff they dont carry here. Theres a handful of restaurant style packaged items clearly telling you, youre not in a regular Costco, but otherwise, pricing is all the same. Dont expect there to be a food court or gas station/automotive service either, this is shopping only. Youll find a better selection of bulk staple snacks and business oriented furniture and accessories. Fewer TVs, stereos, more monitors, computers, laptops, and printers. Basically no home appliances, but everything youd need to fill your home office, or set up a small office space. Much larger bulk soda selection as well.

Candy aisle is a sight to behold!The store is similar to a restaurant supply warehouse. Not really stocked for home shopping, but if you need a commercial mop bucket or a professional refrigerator this is the place....and of course you can get single serve ketchup and honey packs here. Theres an aisle with a huge assortment of shrink wrapped baked goods, if you have family coming over you could stock your kitchen with all kinds of gas station baked goods. If you are hosting a bunch of kids, they have boxes of pre-made sandwiches that might come in handy. If you want to live out your childhood fantasy of running a food truck, this store is for you. 😃

Very clean, ample parking, and uncrowded location. It would be an enjoyable experience if employees were trained in basic customer service skills, such as greeting customers with a hello, thank you have a nice day, and greeting the customer with a smile. Simple courtesy, respect, and kindness to the customer should be a basic requirement of anyone working in customer service. At this Evergreen Costco location, I am sorry to say that this is sorely lacking.

If youd like to pick up some halal meat, you will not be disappointed coming here. Theres quite a selection to choose from, including the coveted beef bacon.Other than that, this place has a massive assortment of snacks (if youre into that) and such in bulk, with quite good prices.All in all, in terms of food, this is the Costco to go to for the essentials, be it for businesses or for large families.

Its a brand new warehouse here in San Jose. No clothes nor food court, but aisles and aisles of everything else. I got in 20 minutes of walking. I did learn that whats in their coupon book may not be what youll find at this business center. I picked up their coupon book at the service counter.Oh and I wanted to get gas, but thats something else they dont have. Guess Ill have to wait til next year to fill up.

This place is amazing. Mountain View location better step up their game! They sell whole lambs from New Zealand. Kinda wild to see them just hanging there. Tons of drinks, but the one thing I had on my list was 40-pk Crystal Geyser 500mL bottled water... They had 3 other sizes, but not that one. 😩

I dont always go to Costco Business Centers because they were far from my home and this new business center in San Jose have changed my shopping habit a little bit.Compared to regular Costco locations, the business center have some items that are more suitable for restaurants; the packages are sometimes larger, and the prices may be a little bit different too.Personally I go here for old trapper beef jerky and some Itoen tea drinks as they are not usually seen in regular Costco locations.They dont have a food court like regular Costco location; rumors says they would have a gas station installed here soon.

Interesting experience. Some items are same as regular Costco stores, but mostly items businesses, restaurants etc would use. No butchers, bakery, food court, tires, pharmacy, gasoline, optical, liquor.

Surprisingly not crowded and huge store. Amazing quantity with things you wont find in normal Costco.

The new Costco Business Center is a welcome addition to the South East Bay area. The other Business Centers were located in the North Bay area. This Costco brings the best of Business Centers; including the wide variety of business items available to SMBs. The new shiny floors and new staff members with plenty of parking is just a cherry on top!

Was the BEST costco by far. Even without the food service, this Costco was best by far. Every isle was clean and neatly organized. This Costco was packed and filled. Wasnt even crowded with customers. Employees were nice as well. Check lanes were fast as well. Defiantly the only Costco I will go to.

Costco Business Center sells whole Lamb, Pig and Goat. Fyi, see added photo of a whole Lamb.

Just love the large number of products in this Business Center! The price ranges seem decent and affordable. Totally worth the trip. Check out this place and bring kids along and theyll enjoy the shopping experience also!

Im a loyal Costco member and visit Costco at least 3 times a month. And this one is way different than any other Costco Ive been to.Size: it is massive and items here are usually bulkier.Organic products: As a father, I usually go for organic stuff, but here doesnt offer that much of organic groceries.Meat, chicken and fish: packages are designed for restaurants, so unless you have a big family, it is not your normal Costco. Usually fancy packs of meat are not available, like prime grade steaks and fancy fish.Walk-in refrigerator: holy mother of Neo, it is huge. All the meat stuff and groceries combined in a massive place. They have huge packages. Usually the streaks are not cut.Surprises: they offer tobacco products, but not any alcoholic beverages. They are not open on saturdays and on weekdays they close at 6:00.Diapers: it is one important own for myself. Normally Huggies diapers go on sale two times a year in other Costcos, and there is a limitation of two packs. I went here two times and both times diapers were on sale with the limitation of 6 packs. I loved it.I absolutely recommend this place to visit once in a while, but not for your weekly household shopping. Do not forgot this place doesnt have the gas station.

I would have loved to shop here every single time. But now I have to go to another Costco just because this Costco doesnt have anything that I need.

The most reliable chain of stores/warehouse. They adapt so fast with the changing times and demand, its simply amazing. Their quality and price of fresh produce and other products is the best. I feel so safe and confident in shopping at Costco even in these covid times. Would encourage people to shop at Costco.

So much more stuff than regular costco

Obviously its a buisness Costco so you find meats in bigger amounts and theres items you wont find at a regular Costco. They dont have it all but you will find some Goodies..snack galore!!!!😋 Ive actually found things that I didnt think Costco would even sell. One of the Great things is you can literally be in and out.The customer service is pretty dead though.!! Doesnt seem like a few(not all) workers like working there.

Great for getting bulk items that I needed. Parking is easy and the store was not at all crowded around 10am on Wednesday. Quick check-out and helpful staff when I tried to find things.

Its great to have a business center in the south bay, versus going to South San Francisco or Hayward. If you need meat in sections larger than available at the normal Costco, this is the place to go. Your standard Costco membership works here but expect mainly food service equipment including commercial equipment, cleaning supplies and the like.

In and out! Not something you normally hear or do when you visit Costco but this business center location has been easy to go in and grab my items for my small business. Not only business items but lots of food, snacks and other household needs. Not your typical Costco that your used to but it serves the community well! Store is brand new, clean, open space and plenty of parking.

I think business costco is open to all costco customers. Not too crowded.if you buying house hold items you can do it fast. Almost every thing they carry too.

I am a member and have been for a long time. I recently went to buy an industrial refrigerator they had. I spoke with an employee on the phone that said they do sell industrial refrigerators, as long as I have a membership. I went and they had a floor model the lady at customer service refused selling it to me as I dont have a business license. After I had been told by an employee on the phone that I could buy one. Poor communication and terrible customer service!

Still a bit of a secret. Not crowded at all. They dont carry everything a standard Costco does. Produce is lacking, but meats and seafood sections are good. Emphasis on snacks. ...and of course restaurant supplies and equipment.

Go get the young coconut. It’s only $9 a bag.This place is not packed with the people and that’s why I love it. This is not normal Costco, they are selling stuffs for business, but you can find just about anything here. They have no gas service and no tires service here.

Unlike regular Costco Wearhouse, this Costco Business Center offers different shopping experience whereas you will find verities of huge merchandise related to Restaurant and Retail Business. They also carry many of household items available in their regular stores. Recently opened, clean and great store. The store closed on Sunday.

Excellent new Business Center location. You can use regular Costco membership card to get in. Floor plan is very open, so it doesn’t feel crowded. Also usually isn’t crowded. I’ve been on different days of the week and at different times of day, and the traffic flow is always low. They carry a wide variety of items for restaurants (equipment and packaging) as well as small businesses who ship. You could also easily do office space shopping here - paper, ink, writing utensils, etc. WIDE variety of snacks and beverages, including hard to find and specialty items. They’re also a good location if you need paper items (tp, paper towels, etc). Some fresh foods and large refrigerated section for all meats and diary. No fresh/on-site bakery or meat items like you’d find at a regular warehouse location.

Costco Business Center San Jose - always great place to shop esp. early Sat morning before the big rush. Better have pre-set budget to minimize impulse purchases (do as I say, not .....;~})

We go there to get Basil, Cilantro, Kirkland Org whole Milk and Chocolates (many items are found only here). Easy parking but reaching from 101 is messy.

Pretty good costco, they mostly sell stuff in bulk for offices, restaurants, stores and more so clothing is nowhere to be found. Wouldve been nice if they had thee food court still good though.

Not giving 5 stars is not a knock on its capabilities as a biz center: it is a matter of characterizing what Costco meant for biz centers to serve: business/commerical customers such as food industry, hospitality industry etc in a comprehensive way, especially SME. Some of my expectations, such as appliances like HVAC, waterheater, oven-mwave combos etc that are not entirely covered directly or indirectly, therefore, are obviously not here either. Good to know, in some ways, these are deferred to other vendors; though, in times of need one feels such class of consumer items could be covered some ways cost-effectively and reliably by the persuasive power of Costco.

The business center has just about all the items needed for a retail, catering or party business. The freezer section is really 🥶 cold, best to run in then out. Very limited fruit and vegetables, so you need to get those somewhere else.

This is no regular costco they have best chip selection snack! Cheese is even cheaper then regular costco...which is 5 lbs almost 16$ dollars vs business center 10.49? Yes dont get me wrong costco is great .. But business center costco way better! Check it out for yourself! Worth the trip! Just plan it out and hours are different for business center 7-7 m-f .sat 7 to 4. closed Sun!

Essentially a Costco without the middle section (no clothes, electronics, jewelry, books, toys) as well as no gas station. It serves as a good go to location to pick up groceries, but some come in larger packs than we normally see at our usual Costco’s. Had no issues with parking on a weekday.

This is probably the covid conditions talking, but this costco was really not busy at all when I went during the week around 1pm. They have a huge selection of produce and any meat you can think of, but I am subtracting 1 star due to the onions I purchased having this weird mold or something and most of the onion was inedible.

This was the daddy of all Costcos!! It is Costco Business .. they have most of regular Costco as well as bigger sized varieties and newer items that are catering towards businesses and restaurants in particular!Very big, aisles are broad.. but the crowd was too much, no crowd control measures in place. Parking lot was very full, waited few minutes to park, there were no shopping carts.. there was a few minutes wait for that too!!Some items that are regular at other Costcos were not here!

They dont carry the turkey ham as other regular Costco do.

Having been to the South San Francisco and Hayward Business Centers, I was happy to have one in San Jose, 20 minutes closer to me. I was not disappointed by the layout or the selection, as it was pretty standard to what Business Centers sell, but the crowd! Oh my. I think everyone showed up. Masks half off their face a good quarter of them. At least Costco is cleaning carts here, though they ran out of carts and there was a line. First day open, I am sure the crowd will die down to business owners and curious locals. Glad you are here Costco.

Costco business centre is very close to my home and have variety of food and restaurant supplies options. They also have frozen Goat Meat, cut in cubes sizes, very easy to cook

Brand new Costco that has things Costco Wholesale does not have.This Business Center does not carry a lot of fruits, doesnt have a bakery, a chicken oven, freezers for seafood, and doesnt have a place where you can buy food such as pizza.You have instead a place to buy a lot of things a business office generally needs. Also things needed to run a restaurant business can be found here as well.

Less crowded comparing to regular Costco stores. It has more merchandises for business. Hence, much less items for household users but many more items for business (more toward restaurants bases). Though, there has non alcohol items here

Disappointed experience today. We were trying to purchase an item that was listed on sale, item 36725 Beef Trim, but the Cashier was holding up the line for quite some time, and then peeled off the price sticker in front of all of the customers in line, just to verify the price. This is embarrassing.The price was correct as per sales price effective date.There should be a better way to handle this situation.

So glad Costco Business Center is now open to serve the greater San Jose area restauranteurs and residents. This Costco has different operating hours and days than other regular Costcos, so please double check your calendars before going. This Costco is designed to serve customers in the restaurant and hospitality sectors, so the goods offered as well as portion sizes are different from other Costcos. Nonetheless, you can still enter with the regular Costco Membership cards and shop.Bring a coat; their massive walk-in fridge section is amazing and you definitely want to spend time in there before turning into human popsicles.
