Wow! I was very surprised. The last time I was at this location was about 2 years ago This Walmart was not in the best of shape then. Today, I came in to try it out. I was impressed on how organized, well stocked and clean this store was. I was all over the store and I found everything I needed. Both sides of the store was easy to get around and in and out with plenty of room to move the cart. I really hope they keep it this way.Thanks Walmart for caring on how the store looks! 😊 I will come more often and recommend it to others to shop here!

Lots of traffic. Rough area clutch yo purse might get took kind of rough roll yo windows up, LOCK THE DOORS not sure you locked them... Stop what youre doing and go out, make sure them doors are locked. That rough i went cause i had to. Nevermind make that a 2 star not 3

Love them or hate um.... they have the goods at a fair price.... or they can give what you want were others fail. You need what want an they have it. Usually at a decent price. What more could you ask for. Gas is over $4.00 a gallon if you are not careful. Your time is worth something. An even then you are pumping it yourself... at the higher prices. Life is never fair...

The customer service goes really well! They dont pose much trouble when we needed to make a return. Thats why we feel comfortable coming back and do some more purchases.

We come here every weekend for the curbside grocery pickup. Its so fast & convenient. The walmart employees are always friendly and courteous.

Huge parking lot, huge store with everything you could need in everyday life. I was able to pickup few items.. with the help of a very friendly and helpful employee. She was amazing (sorry, I should remember her name!!) - and in & out in few minutes 👌

Who doesnt like Wal-Mart Ive worked at Wal-Mart for about 2 years.

There are so many people shopping at this particular Walmart that it is kind of a hassle to shop there. Employees on the floor wear a Dont bother me expression on their face constantly.Cashiers are bit more friendly.

So many people. Quality of meat was not one I could see. Beauty department was all but locked. Had to wait awhile for an associate to unlock razors. No shopping carts in the designated area, had to go out and locate one and bring it in to wipe down myself. Associates were too busy flirting with each other to be concerned with customer needs. Then got stopped and went thru all my purchases items. Wasnt very happy but I will probably go back because location is convenient.

Its a Walmart. Its got underwear and socks behind locked cabinets, you know the type.

Good of you can get what you want. Friday night they were low on stock. If you need contact solution, liquor, or anything behind a clear window, youre on your own

Only thing here is that no matter what time you go the lines are pretty busy, including the self check out. But Ive received recent customer service from staff that are always willing to help.

I go there at least 1-2 times a week there always friendly helpful store clean on occasion theres little waiting in line but when they get to you they do apologize and try to make your day better I just tell them not to worry its okay that I used to be a cashier for over 25 years and I know how the horror of being a cashier the people how they get so I just smile and laugh a little bit and just tell them I wish thered able to get it. Better than had been and what it was and Ill see you next time

Clean and lots of things to grab your attention

This a good place to shop, It has managed to keep prices down.that is a good thing I use to work for them and were very good to work with ithank them vere much.

Had very little Halloween items but thank goodness all I needed. Love the Halloween nails polish.

Ive never been to this Walmart before. It as very clean and well stocked. I had an online order to pickup and didnt know where to go once I was inside. A very friendly staff member answered my questions, directed me where to go and was very nice! I got my order quickly and was on my way home in no time at all.

Walmart was Walmart, but thats comforting in a way. Very familiar, routine, no real surprises. As always, the prices are the best to be found around. The only drawback is that it seems to be hard to find some help when you really need it. Sometimes thats kind of nice because you dont want to be bothered, but when you need help you need help. They have the formula down to a science, though you got to love it.

Great, quick, pick-up of groceries. Very well organized. I like that the pick up area is way in the back, behind the store, so there is no interference with regular shoppers. It creates a comfortable pick up experience.

This Walmart is fine, an average selection of items with a decent grocery department. However, Taj, who was working in the home improvement/automotive department was beyond unhelpful. Upon being asked to help find an item, they pointed in a vague direction, then without further word, resumed what they had been doing. We searched the area, and found no such product after combing the aisles. We decided that it must be in a different area, then went there (in opposite direction of which they pointed), and to no surprise, it was there, and behind locked glass. So, I went to the next aisle to find someone, since the button on the call box was broken, and alas, it was once again Taj. I asked them for assistance to unlock the door, to which they replied I cant help, the keyholders have gone home for the night. I didnt believe this, so I stepped out of the aisle, and bam, there was another associate. I then proceeded to ask them for assistance, and they happily unlocked the glass without hesitation, and were friendly. It wasnt the fact that Taj didnt know where the product was, it was their unwillingness to assist in any way, and disregard of my request. To quote a review I once saw as useless as an ashtray on a motorcycle.Oh, and Amos(?), at checkout was great and friendly👍

Its my first visit to another supercentre of Walmart located in San Jose. It is much much better than the one located in milipitas in order of store size and variety of different items. Store was neat and clean. Rest of things are as same as in other supercentres of walmart like availability of Halal chicken, bakery, fresh produce and deli. The thing which may bother you little is that the enterence, exit and car parking lot and is not well lit.

2 or 3 cashiers only. Long lines, full carts. Self check-out busy but running smoothly. Missing shelf tags, who knows how much stuff costs?

Really suprised at the prices being so low in San Jose but the employees are the worst out of any Walmart Ive been too before. They have people literally lined up down the isles trying to check out, everything you can imagine is locked up behind glass so you have to wait for an assistant to find the time to get what you need. Mold on the vegetables was mind blowing along with the flies. But everyday low prices haha

Im a regular Wal-Mart shopper. We call this one Mexican Wal-Mart, due to its selection of items, which is limited, in comparison to Walmarts in more Affluent areas. They do stock some items, that may not be available, or sought, in other areas?

There was only one clerk in the beauty products corral. It took forever to get toiletries. Ruined the shopping experience.

In all the 30 years, I absolutely still can not stand this supercenter. I cant decide between the crowds or the slow cashiers. Management takes forever to get a hold of. So, if you dont mind standing in line for three hours, I salute this location!

Crowded and somewhat efficient. At this point the biggest hindrance are the paid shoppers. They are all over the store and their cars are rather large. Im guessing in the long run this will actually reduce the foot traffic in the store.

Good place but they need to really enforce their rules for online pick-up. Horrible to see people getting out their car and with no mask to talk to the employees instead of checking in and end up getting their order before the people waiting that have been there a while checked in. Why have rules posted if youre not going to enforce it with the customers. You need to keep your employees safe. Especially if theyre standing next to the employee while loading the groceries. Might as well load it themselves and stay away from the employee.

Service is good, there were few red flags as fews customers were not wearing masks but checkout was smooth, purchased product is good and sections are stocked with stuff.

Rather crowded, lots of unmasked people. Customer service was very friendly with a return. Great prices as always. Selections are ok, they had most of the things I needed but seem to often be low on stock.

I love the convenience of shopping online for groceries and just picking them up by going to the back of the store, pull in a pickup parking lot and having the groceries laded in the back of my SUV. I probably appreciate it more than most because it is so painful to walk around any store t shop. But I believe it is one of the best options for anyone with or without any disabilities. Try it youre bound to appreciate the time savings. Thank you very much Walmart!

Use to shop often, till they accuse me when I was trying to return some jury of bringing some jewelry that was stolen or bought somewhere else and returning it to Walmart . I do not steal and that was a very very awful experience I go here now every blue moon as like the last resort type option . I have not just seen bad service and experience it for myself either . Its extended . Awful experience long lines, unprofessional service. Great products, awful service!! Fair warning

Though It’s always crowded! It’s the Walmart most complete talking about any products, you can find there anything. They have a variety selection of Mexican and Latin products. Normally I don’t go on weekends, never on a Sunday!

Milpitas Walmart is clean and stocked with wide variety of products. Availability of a product, however, is a hit or miss. Check on the app first before going to the store.

Its amazing that they are open so late, but they keep changing the location of items and its annoying to have to find things.1. Great fruit and veggie assortment2. I like the arts n crafts area3. They have a nice selection of seasonal stuff!

Walmart has everything you need and more! I go shopping for 3-4 items and end up with a lot more than I went for...but I like to take my time and look around...and their prices are good, not too expensive. And the store is clean.

I took away one star because it was a little messy they need to clean that place up a bit! I dont know why but Im a bit partial to Wally World, I think I may have been a little easy on them! Ill be the tough critic next time.

I like the store. when I go shopping less than half time they dont have what im looking for. yea,yea I know it a big store. dont get me wrong the store is a life saver where else can you go and pick up milk and some socks at the same time. LOL

Literally everything is in cases, and good luck finding someone to open it for you. I felt like I was stuck in a bad game of Tombraider...trying to get clues to find a key to open a door to the next level. And when I turned the handle, it was all for nothing because I didnt complete the tasks in the correct order. Couldnt checkout because I could not purchase a 6-pack of beer in self checkout, even with the level boss looking over me.

It was nice really big there many options to pick from was my first time there as well

Typical Walmart super center… there are too many shoppers and very few staff to assist. It is almost impossible to find anything in this store. Too much inventory of too many products. I would rather order online and pick up at the store in the future. The few staff that are there are overworked and have little time to assist. I don’t know whether people don’t want to work for Wal-mart or the corporate giant is not hiring. Bottom line the shopping experience is pretty bad in this big box store.

I had a very bad experience with the pickup order due to technical issues(more info below on it) but the on-site staff was friendly to accommodate, hence the 3 star rating instead of a 2 star.NOTE: if you have to wait 15 mins, please approach the staff and confirm their internal app reflects the same that you have been waiting that long.I booked an order for pickup from the walmart app and checked in before I left home. When I arrived I checked in, entered my pickup spot and my car color. But then I waited 30 mins in my pickup spot with no response. I stood outside my car and looked at couple of cars arrive after me and leave with their groceries. At this point, I spoke to one of the staff, who told me my order was in the works. When I pointed out people have come after me and left, they made a excuse they cant keep track of people coming in and out of the spots.On further pressing them on how they sequence their orders, they showed me they followed an internal app which indicated how long each car has been in the lot and it showed I had been wanting less than a minute when I was in fact waiting for 35 mins at that point.The staff took this fact into consideration and immediately delivered my groceries.

As everyone knows it has a large parking lot with easy access. The store had a very large selection of items ranging from food to clothes and electronics. Has some automotive stuff. Large staff and fast service at checkout.

Many of my items on my grocery list are very hard to reach.they are on the very top of the sheves and I cant Reach.Im 4 9 in height . I, also ran in to a Handy cap Customer who also Could NOT Reach because He, had no legs an was on a Wheel Chair. Sometimes I wait for a custmer to help me or I, try to climb the shelves or use another item to try and get what I need. I really feel bad for the Elderly or Handycap.who CANTREACH.😪

I usually get bicycle and car accessories and tools from here. They have a good selection of products to choose from.

Tip: buy/return from online since they have best prices and good policy, they treat their employees terrible and going to the store feels like going to the ghetto due to customers.

I went to the sporting goods section and a lot of the merchandise are on the bottom of the shelf instead of hanging from the shelf. Merchandise were not properly placed where the right labels were. So it was difficult to determine the price of the items since the label weren’t always for the right item. Not many cashiers were available, so i went thru self check out, which made it faster to check out.

I always have a problem,with getting mobile chairs,being brought out to my car,I cant breath nor walk very long,I need a chair to enter the store and going out of store. I always make sure they are brought right back in,and if low on power I plug it in,for next passenger.I wish they would quit harassing me,The Managers do know me along with a lot of employees.Thank you for listening.I know your chairs turn up missingIf I see any Walmart chairs off your premises I will call the PoPo on them. I dont understand why they steal them....Handicapped people need these carts.

The store itself was fine but, being a nurse I have an issue with their covid entering the store procedure for customers to enter. Why would you have people to walk all the way across to one side then walk back across to the other side to enter. So, they take their germs in a pattern of a backwards 7, across the parking lot, then the front of the store...just not good control of the germ drop offs. Theres no good reason to walk along the front of the store, other than extra steps.Other than that the staff of the health & beauty care station is amazing very helpful and friendly

This is a really big Walmart (based on stores in the Eastbay). Seemed fully stocked with many choices. Employee floor attendants were everywhere so getting questions answered was fast and easy EXCEPT in the usually busy makeup corral where a single attendant had to unlock/relock the good-stuff, act as product locator/advisor, and work checkout at single register within the corral. Lots of time spent standing around waiting in that corral uggggh...and nothing to sit on...and the person I took there needed to interact with the makeup corral attendant on THREE separate occasions. OMG by the time we got out of the corral I was beat-down and ready to leave. Otherwise, as far as Walmart experiences go this was a good Walmart. Id go again, however Id hit the makeup corral last and make sure we got all our questions answered in the first and hopefully only interaction with the corral attendent.

National security to buy condoms and 1$ lube which has to be locked and you have to wait for an attendant to open it for about 10 minutes only for her to put it in a lock which they will unlock at the door. I understand for expensive items but for 1$ lube is it worth making your client wait for over 10 minutes. Definitely wont be buying here again. No Walmart in the nation does this except for expensive things.

What I like about Walmarts stores is the shopping experience at a #1 US Retailer. Lots of goodies in this store. Products are okay, prices a little on the high side.

It was not packed. Shopping was brisk, foound everything . The team Walmart should take a refresher course in providing good customer service.

Great store but very poor communication. On the last two occasions that I came here the staff were very helpful who are walking around the store pointing out isles for items but when it came time to check out there were no bags. You would think they would let people know that coming into the store. Several people brought what look like close to $100 worth of groceries or more and we all were stumped as to what to do when we found out they had no bags. So we ended up purchasing 10 or 15 $1 bags just to get my groceries home

Most of the fruit and produce is rotten! No shopping carts have to find them yourself. Self checkout is for only 20 items or less. Other Walmarts are worth visiting except this one!

There is never anyone around who can help but yet there are tons of employees on the floor the excuse is Im not in this department ok but you say that Everytime step it up walmart

Worst customer service, they didnt allow my kid to try bike before buying and most of the stuff on display were not available in racks. Not properly organized in terms of signages or items in aisle. I left few items that I picked up in frustration.

The chiness ladys do not help they sems angry when ask for help they are very stressfull.

Well... its a Walmart. Here youll find anything from fresh vegetables, chocolate to charcoal and sports equipment. Pretty busy and theres the usual shortage of shopping carts and baskets.

Fine Walmart location. I’m disappointed to see they’re not even trying to sanitize carts anymore you just have to find one in the parking lot and disinfect it on your way in. Doesn’t seem like they’re paying much attention to maximum capacity either (though not sure they ever did). The pandemic isn’t over people!

Its affordable, place is clean. Theres usually a line to get in on weekends but the wait is only a few minutes. Theres sanitizer at the door for your convenience. Inside you can get McDonalds and prescription glasses.

Walmart is a Walmart. Nothing special or different. Has a big parking .. so easy to park, enough space inside for lot of people.Online ordering and pick up works pretty well. And they mostly have things available .

Best place to shop for selection and price. They carry so much stuff I can never not get what I want unlike the grocery outlet store.
