Incredibly rude. Wouldnt listen to me. Told me, We only do quotes on cars that are going to actually get fixed here. When I fully intended on it I just needed to ask some questions due to damage the previous shop, Pacific collision, did to the car. Just. Made me feel lower than dirt. I couldnt possibly imagine being that way as customer service.
Poor, disrespectful place. I was told to call 45 minutes in advance to buy a car. I wanted to know the status of the car. Then they said the car is available to come and have a look at it. When I got there they made me wait and then they said the car was in service. I called 45 minutes ago and you said it was available. I came all this way, you say the car is not here. You need to stop this job immediately.
Bought brand new wrangler last year, have been having issues with the suspension noise and rear differential lock brought it in they ordered the part covered by my warranty, part arrives 1 month later I made an appointment 8am on a tuesday since i had to be at work i dropped off the night prior left keys inside the drop box inside and envelope wrote my name on there and vehicle make and model color etc. Next day 11am they call and say i missed my appointment i said my car has been there since the night prior guess what they couldnt find my key, then they said the person i had the appointment with was off that day . How is that my problem !! Mark calls me at 4pm says sorry we found your key sitting in the persons desk and he is off today then laughs, your car will be ready by 5pm i go get my car same issue is there rear lock differential issue with the warning sign on my dashboard i dont even think my car was worked on very poor service, called my insurance and ill be taking it elsewhere to get it checked out and to see if the part was even replaced !!THIS WAS VERY UPSETTING BAD SERVICE
I was lucky enough to have Kevin as a salesman at Normandin and ended up purchasing a new vehicle from him. Kevin was very attentive and showed me several vehicles. He walked me through the process and helped find the best deal he could. I cannot speak highly enough of him and the work he did. He truly went above and beyond what was required and has kept in touch since the deal was complete. There were a couple of matters that could have been better (none involving the salesman), but they were addressed promptly by management. Should you visit Normandin, seek out Kevin. Hell treat you well.
Great customer serviceBrought my car in for service yesterday. Since I have not drive my car that much for the past 2 years due to COVID, Im not sure what needs to be done, or if any at all. Dave explained to me in details what is/is not needed.I also have a minor fix needs to be done, and the system here shows exactly what was done before as well as what service coverage/contract I have. Dave was able to take care of it without I have to remind him of anything.Worry-free is the best feeling one can have for the service here.
Summary: Grossly overcharged me for a minor repair; poor customer service. I brought in my newish van (13,800 miles, under warranty) in May of 2021 because the hatch wasnt latching properly. The van has a wheelchair conversion with a manually operated rear ramp; they said the ramp was the problem and charged me 1.5 hours of labor ($360) to tighten some bolts. When I called to inquire about what they did that required that much labor, the mechanic -- Dan Ranalli -- was never available. I left three or four messages over a period of two months, but Dan never returned my calls. Once I asked to speak with a manager, and a woman got on the phone and said she would walk my message over to the managers office and he would get back to me later that day. No one ever called back. I called the dealer that sold me the van back East and found out the wheelchair conversion has a warranty, but it will only cover 15 minutes of labor, because thats the amount of time that the repair should take. They told me, you were ripped off. Normandin probably knows it and thats why theyre not returning my calls. So I definitely do NOT recommend this dealer for vehicle repairs, due to their price gouging and terrible (non-existent?) customer service. Take your car elsewhere.
Terrible service, went 3 times nothing resolved. Gave me the round about. Also never got a call back after inleft message and phone number. False information. I made a few phone calls and went online and resolved issue myself alot faster than what they had told me
Very polite salesman Mark showed us several cars for my daughter. He let us check out car interiors without standing over our shoulder. When we had questions he was available, and when we wanted to roam ourselves we felt no pressure. The prices where current on the site to match what we looked at on the lot. Much more comfortable than the places that follow you around.
Waste of time and money! My Grand Caravan after 60k miles, the transmission has an issue that while driving on the freeway sometimes the gear is dropped. I made an appointment with a technician named Mark after 2 weeks, when I brought the car in he said he would call me back. After more than 6 hours, he called and said that the transmission needed to be replaced which cost more than 6,400$. I disagree instead the amount is too much for an old car. He told me that I had to come back the next day to pick up the car and pay $230 for the fee to find the transmission needs to be replaced LOL.After several calls to the office, I finally got the car and paid $230. I took the car to an auto repair shop, they just replaced the EPC Senso-Trans Variable Force Motor Solenoid for $20 plus labor. Very simple!!!!Never come back again.
Scott Normandin was the most straightforward and easy to deal with person Ive dealt with at a dealership. He gave me a fair price for the truck I sold, didnt play any games, and was extremely prompt + professional. It was a nice change of pace to not get the runaround that I have from other dealerships when trying to buy or sell. Id do business with him again in a heartbeat!
What should have been an easy task turned out to be quite the ordeal. A lease was expiring on my daughters jeep that I was a co-signer. Rather than turn the car in, my daughter decided to buy the car. My daughter was working with Bijoy, finance manager, indicated that i needed to sign as a cosigner again. I knew that not to be the case and Chrysler Capital confirmed this. My daughter finally left and stopped at another dealer down the road and within an hour had the loan squared away, the car was washed and detailed, computer software updated. A horrible customer service experience.
We brought our 2021 Dodge Durango in for its 10,000 miles service. Arrived at 11:30am for our appointment. After waiting at the dealership for almost 4hrs, we come to find out someone parked the car somewhere and forgot about it. Now we’re asked to bring the car back tomorrow to do what they somehow forgot to do today. They did a good job selling this car, I hope they can do a better job maintaining it. Definitely not a good start to our relationship.
Only a meh rating as it took them one hour to check me in. Service was performed but the dead tail light which I forgot to mention was not changed. Had they checked the dash they would have seen that it warns about the dead bulb.Checkout person was also rather unfriendly but it was the end of the day.On the plus side the building and facilities are in excellent shape. Very clean and well decorated. If you have to wait it is at least pleasant.Update: (moving this review from 3 stars up to 5 after second service)I today had another engagement with Normandin and this time things went very smooth. The service rep was present and checked my car in very quickly. The service (program a spare key) got done very quickly and Normandin was actually the cheapest service in the area to do this. I ordered the blank key through Normandin and a service rep programmed it to my car which is necessary for a Fiat 500e. Total cost was under $300 which is more than $100 cheaper than other offers I got from various lock smiths.Service got done in under an hour and a pending recall was taken care of as well during this time. Very happy this time around. Thanks for the service!
Got quite on replacement shocks & struts. Fair price on front. Wanted $1500 labor both frt and rear, took my business to other labor $600
Nice place, the work they do on the maintenance side is great too. Hard to find parking however
After looking for trucks, we came across Normandin Dealership and had to stop by. Mark Matter helped us purchase the truck smoothly and efficiently. He went out of his way to assist us on his day off and was very prepared to get the deal closed! If you’re thinking to buy a car, stop by Normandin dealership and ask for Mark matter to assist you on your needs!Thank you Mark, we are enjoying our new truck. Well done!
Mario and Scott are the best. Very professional and took great care of me and my car! Thanks!
What a pleasant experience! I’m one of those people who has always hated the process of purchasing a new/used vehicle. My wife and myself visited three car dealerships before making our way to Normandin. Fortunately we immediately “hooked up” with Richard in sales. Richard was a breath of fresh air compared to other salesman at other dealerships and what I have experience in the past. Richard took our requirements and identified multiple candidates. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional with excellent friendly communication skills. His expertise led us to the perfect vehicle that met all of our challenging parameters. Total thumbs up to Richard (and the entire Normandin staff we dealt with) for an enjoyable car buying experience.Tom and Cheryl
Wow. Best price within 300 miles, excellent communication, friendly and honest service and negotiation. I have high standards and they met or exceeded them all. Worked with Chris and online sales and he helped me from out of town so the transaction was seamless when I arrived. Highly recommend!
Best experience buying a car that we’ve had in decades. Bijay, Shawn, and Harry treated us with respect, and I can’t wait to buy with them again in the future. They did everything they could to keep us happy, and keep us in budget. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Dropped of my car for an oil change and some warranty work. Service guy called me back and said car is not under warranty. He said that he would be sending me an invoice that day and he never did. Next day I had to call him. He eventually sent the invoice. Invoice was very amateur, no part numbers and not even on the company letter head. Service guy never really explained to me the issue with the car and just wanted to know if I wanted the work done. Will never go back.
I called to schedule an appointment for my dads car for a recall he had on his Dodge Journey. I had thought we would be leaving it for a day or two but I was surprised to know that it would only take an hour and a half. I kind of regret not waiting because it actually was ready in less time than predicted. It was a smooth and fast appointment. As I went in to sign some papers and grab the key I noticed they had a very nice and cozy waiting room. 👍
I had an excellent experience here!I needed an oil change and replacement of the wheel air pressure sensor. The staff is very friendly, good communication, and the work was performed on a timely manner!Mark (at service department) very professional, the same for everyone else!I hope I don’t have to be back other than oil change 🤞🏼 But definitely would bring my car here again!
I have taken my car here multiple times and had a great experience each time. It was easy to make an appointment, drop off, and pick up. Every employee whether it was on the phone or in person was so friendly and kept me updated on timing and what to expect.Ive been to dealerships up and down the state of California and Normandin is hands down the best one Ive been to!
Efficient, competent and organized. Best to call service to schedule an appointment, the online platform is problematic. Each tech keep his customers apprised of unexpected problems, and provides timely solutions.
Terrible service ... have had my 2018 Wrangler in for a defective soft top from the factory.... took months for warranty to replace and replaced with a different top that didn’t fit properly. It has been back several times and now they say Chrysler is not responding and there is nothing they can do. I found a torch and hot glue sticks in my jeep after one of the times they attempted to repair top. What a torch ad glue stick would be needed for is still a question. It has now been close to 2 years back and forth and they have not gotten it fixed and Chrysler has done nothing to help. Now I have taken my same jeep in for an oil change and my wheel came back with a large gouge in it... My Fiance is disabled in wheelchair and did not walk around and check jeep when picking it up drove straight home and parked in a private property where I noticed the damage before it went anywhere... the damage was undoubtedly done there but of course they said there was no proof they did it so they wouldn’t do anything....this was damage that even the service manager agreed couldn’t have happened driving, was not there prior to oil change and was there immediately following... no proof so no responsibility on their part... have heard from many in the jeep off road community to steer clear of Normandin and I must agree.
Lee and his crew were excellent. The price they gave me was extremely competitive. Lees communication through phone calls and text was prompt. Once I decide on a car I was in and out of the dealership in just over an hour.
Its better service than Ive gotten from BMW for cars 3x the price.
Just bought a new 2020 Jeep Gladiator. great experience with salesman, Kevin Turner. Highly recommend
Got there 35 min. early for Express lane oil change....no signs posted around entry or on garage doors and nothing online stating they are appointments only due to a backlog. Waste of time and very inconsiderate to have people wait for advertised service that cant be provided.
Walked in there one day a little bit before 4pm looking for an oil change. About 5 employees saw me wandering around looking for help. Not one offered to help me, finally I ask a technician that happened to pass by me and I asked him Im here for an oil change. He refers me to an older gentleman. When I told that gentleman I was here for an oil change his answer was Not Today and thats it thats all he said. I asked Why not today? He replies by telling me that they stop oil changes at 3:30pm. Weird because their website states that they express lane is open till 5pm. Guess Ill be looking to take my business elsewhere. Its dealerships like this that make me ashamed to own a Dodge.
Great selection and staff in the sales department. We got our Pacifica Hybrid from them and they stayed late to get everything worked out.Better than that, though, is the service department. They went out of their way to make sure I could get warranty service performed on it when the wiper washer pump died, and the service technicians really know their stuff, as repair was performed in about an hour.Awesome. Highly recommended. :-)
I bought two cars in this dealer with no headache and the car service after market is great.
I was fortunate enough to deal with George in the auto body shop after my 2015 Rubicon was transferred there by the Allstate body shop because they werent able to fix my Jeep. George and his team really treated fixing my Rubicon as a labor of love and gave it back to me looking and driving as good as new, with a lifetime warranty for their work. Needless to say, these guys are superstars, after having replaced my frame and putting everything back with all original parts! Before and after pix below
Richard was the best salesman Ive ever worked with! Typically, car salesman are pushy but everyone here was nice, understanding and really helped me get a great deal. Great customer service all around.
I went there twice and waited a couple of hours to fix a broken actuator which is making noise. The first time the machinist told me they didnt hear it. Until I pointed him where is the noise and he finally found the noise, he told me it run out of time this time and asked me to make another appointment to get it fixed. The second time, they did another diagnose session, charged manufacturer warranty for labor cost and finally told me it was just a normal noise. Finally I went to the dealer in Sunnyvale to get it fixed.
Good selection desire the pandemic
This review is for Kevin T. Thank you for being an excellent sales person. You listened to what I wanted and showed me the vehicles you had that matched the best you could. You even tried to locate a vehicle for me that met my requirements. You were prompt on responses and provided clear, truthful information. No games. No pressure tactics.
Had a great experience with the Normandin Dealership. Sukhi Sandhu was our Salesman and he was great to work with. We traded in our 2008 Suburban and purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. We felt that both our trade in value and the price of the vehicle we purchased were fair and everything was handled professionally. Mr. Sandhu was great to talk with, very informative, and extremely low pressure. Our visit and transaction went very smoothly and working with Finance was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend doing business with the Normandin Dealership, it has a great history of Family Ownership and they were a pleasure to do business with.
Only visited the parts department. Very impressed with the staff.
Si Helped me out and checked on me until I was ready to buy. During this stressful time, I felt taken care of. I went back and forth on choosing a couple of times and was reassured that Si wanted me to be happy w what I decided on. Prices were great and so was the customer service!
I bought a vehicle at this dealer. I regret it. Broken promises. I would NEVER buy a vehicle here.
It was a good experience, I will return
Normadin is still family owned. We were pleased with the sales department. Their knowledge of the vehicles was exceptional. They were helpful but not pushy. Buying a truck was a pleasant experience.
I bought my car at Normandin in March 2018 Brand New with 43 miles on it. My car started having problems in June 2020. My mechanic told me I had a broken water pump. My warranty was still valid so I called Normandin several times to make an appointment left voicemails never had my call returned so made an appointment online and despite what the sales people had told me they would roll out the red carpet when I needed my car fixed cause I bought it there it was two weeks to the next appointment so I called them the day before my appointment (2 weeks of no driving my car) To make sure they understood I’ve already had my car diagnosed and the part was back ordered per my mechanic so what are they going to do about this I haven’t had a car already for two weeks, they told me I should’ve called to make my appointment, haha which I had several times with no return call. They don’t check their appointments they just let you schedule them online and was told I was going to have to be rescheduled I freaked out so they rescheduled me just to an earlier time the next day but it took 40 days to repair my car (54 if you include the time I didn’t have a rental). I just got my car back two days ago and the problem still hasn’t fixed my temperature gauge keeps spiking like my engine is about to overheat. I’m so disappointed in the service. Don’t fall for their promises when buying a new car with their platinum extended warranty. Your time is not important to them they think that their time is more important and they are super busy they don’t understand you are super busy too. I bought a brand new car because I don’t have time to have it in the shop. Maybe Jeeps are just bad vehicles. Now it’s the weekend and their service department isn’t open until Monday. I should’ve bought a Toyota Toyota’s service department is open all weekend.
Really bizarre sales. I visited them to look at a car, left my contact info with the sales person because my time was limited. Expected some sort of call back... Never did. Then after few days i left them messages through their website. Zero. Lastly I called them and the person transferred me to sales, 4 minutes of waiting... got disconnected. In the meantime, i was able exchange many emails, texts and call with 3 other dealers in bay area, OR and NV within 1 hour after my first emails to them. Do they work at Normandin? Looks like a bunch of unmotivated and bored sales people. My first ever 1 star review.
If you’re getting service done, go elsewhere. Made an appointment for an oil change, three hours later they were done. This is the third time I’ve come in, on an appointment, and been delayed three hours. What’s the point of an appointment if they can’t honor it?
What a great experience!
Great place for service.
Aim L below had the same problem with Jerry Aced, it took forever and we both had stolen property. I took my Chrysler to Normandin to get it diagnosed because it was over heating. I was told that it needed a new engine. I had the life time warranty on the drive-train so I told them to replace it and I rented a car so I could get to work. After 3 weeks I hadnt heard from them so I check in to see if it would be ready soon. I was told by Jerry Aced that nothing had been done yet because they needed my service records, although they never contacted me to ask for any records. I provided them with the records and was told that they sent them to Chrysler and were waiting for a response. I checked back a week later and Jerry said Steve Rodgers their Service Director was checking with Chrysler and they would contact me. they never contacted me so after a week I contacted them and nothing, contacted them again and still nothing. Finally after 5 weeks with nothing being done to my car they said Chrysler was sending out an inspector. After another week I was told someone from Chrysler would be contacting me or I could call Steve Rodgers. I called him and he said Chrysler offered me $2,000 to buy out my warranty, I declined because I had already spent that much in a car rental plus I had just spent over $3,000 dollars to keep it in perfect running order. I told him I wanted a new engine and please get started working on it. 2 more weeks passed and I checked in with Jerry and he said I had declined Chryslers offer and that nothing had been done yet. I called Steve Rodgers wanting to know why nothing had been done yet and he had no explanation and said that they would contact Chrysler. Finally after 8 weeks they said they were going to order a new engine. It took them another 4 weeks before they finally had my car ready. When I picked it up the engine light was on, the car bumper was damaged, they charged me to replace parts that were replaced 2 months before bringing car to them, they didnt replace the splash guard that I had just spent $498 replacing, they swapped out a brand new battery for an old one and worse of all they stole all my valuables from the car. Not to mention that I spent $3,500 on a car rental because they took so long (12 weeks) to do their job. I would highly recommend NEVER to go there!!
The best thing about this location is the Enterprise Rent A Car next door. Given the reliability of Chryslers, and the service team at Normandin, its a win win. From what I can tell, the service shop is full of trained convicts - not from auto school, from the kitchen. My car doesnt run any better, but it does smell of boiled liver. Other places will service your Chrysler, Ram or Dodge. Go there, or work harder and buy a Ford.
My service experience was fantastic. Came in for a clicking noise stemming from my front left wheel well, and from the beginning, my service advisor, Mark, was very helpful and kind and always kept me informed as to what was going on, and the tech took the extra time to really try and diagnose the problem correctly, because I’ve had this same problem occur before, and other jeep dealerships in the area did an absolutely horrible job servicing it. Overall, super impressed with my experience, and a complete night versus day experience as compared to the other jeep dealership in the area.
Buying parts here, very quick service, no complaints
I had to have my car towed in because of it overheating and leaking coolant. They kept my car for a total of 2 days counting the day it got towed in. I was told they couldnt figure out what was wrong and get the error to come up. They added that they were going to hold on to it and update me the next day. I was told it needs a new radiator cap and that the thermostat and housing would soon need to be replaced or fixed. One costing $15 the other costing over $1000. Not only was it upsetting as I had the issue happen while on a delivery for work but I was also talked down to like a helpless child that didnt know any better multiple times. I had the cap replaced and picked up my car two hours later. While on the way home my car started to overheat again. It was more frustrating since I had gone a total of 6 days without driving my car to work and having to use a different car. I had called my parents and my father being an ASE certified master technician was not happy or amused with the situation. He drove 4 hours to look at my car and in just under 2 hours fixed the problem that would have cost $1000. I paid $200 for him to fix it which was the cost of parts. After my experience I can fairly say I wont be returning to the dealership to have it serviced or to purchase a car. I had asked all the right questions and was rudely ignored and treated poorly. I will never forget how this dealership treated me.
Buyer beware.I bought a 2013 Ford F250 the beginning of July 2020. Traveled from out of town to come to the dealer and look at it. When arriving at the dealer there was a few minor issues with windows and mirrors that they failed to mention when I had talk to them the day before on the phone. At that point I should have just walked away. We ended up making a deal and I drove the vehicle home, before arriving to my hometown the vehicles check engine light came on and die On me while driving on the freeway. I was able to pull over try to diagnose the problem and the book said I was out of DEF. I then went to a truckstop and purchased DEF and filled the vehicle. I took the vehicle to my local Ford dealer they recommended changing the fuel filters. I paid to have that work done out of my own pocket and I had not even owned the vehicle 24 hours yet. A few days later the vehicle died on me three times. Coming home from that same trip died on me many times. Call the dealership they refused to help me. I took the vehicle to my local Ford dealer where they started to run diagnostic on it. They finally figured out the issue but the dealer refuses to help pay for the repairs. The repairs are going to be around $9000. I have contacted the dealer many times and they are refusing to help. The only thing they recommend me doing is filing an insurance claim stating that somebody tampered with the fuel system. This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with in my life..........The only reason I’m giving a one star is because I have to
Although the prices for the cars were out of my price range. Theyre cars & trucks were clean and nice.
My truck has been there for a month for warranty work and still dont have it back. communication from service is terrible. Not happy with fiat Chryslers handling of this situation either. Stay away from Chrysler products.Edit: called said truck was ready 12/6/18 32 days after dropping off truckarrived a little after 4pm and inner fenderwell was still out from them working on it and transmission fluid was very low on dipstick. They cant even read a dipstick and worked on my transmission.
Good service. I just bought my Jeep Renegade here yesterday I’m so happy with the service. If you have plan to buy a Jeep I recommend to go to this dealer and you will have the great service with Kevin Turner.
I would highly recommend Kevin. He helped us pick out our perfect family Jeep and we couldn’t be happier. He was focused on getting the SUV that fit our needs and our budget. We had a great experience and our baby liked him, too!
They charge way to much and its takes 3 hours for o change. Or anything simple.
I called the Service Dept yesterday to schedule an appt to fix my visor, it came off the hinge and was dangling. I cant remember the advisor that truly helped me. He asked for my name & Vin # he informed me my car had a recall. So I asked him when can I bring it in he said tomorrow @ 845a we will fix both things. I go today from the morning person to Jason excellent experience and customer service...and they fixed it very fast!Thank you so much to all of the Essential Service Dept Staff @ Normandin Jeep Chrysler Dodge!!!
I bought my Chrysler back in 2008(at Stevens creek Chrysler) Normandin Chrysler has been closer to where I live there for I frequented it for all my maintenance and more advanced mechanical issues- I normally work on my car myself. I just feel like my review of this place is overdue. From the moment I call and I’m asked where should they direct my call, to when I actually shows up for the service. My experience was not enjoyable. 8 out of 10 I dealt with a non friendly, not polite, not patient, rude person, I don’t recall the sell advisers names but for the most part they gave off a sense of superiority as if things are only done their way because the customer, in this case my self, doesnt know best. Many times I felt like they would up-sell me and what can you do? You need your car out of there, right? So you end up paying what they ask for. If I kept going detailing my every visit I’ll be writing for a while, I do have to say my best interactions where with some of the actual mechanics and some young people in the parts desk, or the very nice old man handing out a paper when you pull up for service. My main reason for writing this review is that, I though I was done dealing with this dealership but I’m not. My mechanic advice me to bring the car in because there is a part that was recall and replace but is now malfunctioning, plus they would need to program the keys. My last visit was maybe 2 years ago but I’m now getting a headache and anxiety thinking I have to bring my car in next Wednesday. I hope they have new staff or they have provided better training.
Great dealership. Amazing customer service. No hassles. Purchased my car in a hurry and overlooked a few problems. I dont drive often and I didnt find them for weeks. I called and spoke with Scott Normandin and he made sure everything got fixed free of charge as it was a CPO vehicle. Scott is an amazing employee and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I would purchase a car from them again.
I really love my 2017 Dodge ram truck that I bought there but the service left something to be desired. About halfway into my lease the truck had problems with its fill valve for the gas tank. I took it in for service and they fixed it but a month later started having problems again. I took it back into service and they kept it over a month and said there was about 10 gallons of water in the gas tank. They argued with me over the cause, saying that it was vandalism but I cant imagine someone putting 10 gallons of water into a vehicles gas tank. and I ended up having to file an insurance claim and pay our deductible out of pocket. They also argued with me over the rental vehicle they promised me, not wanting to foot the bill.
Great place and great guys
We bought our 2020 Gladiator from them and we received the best deal ever! We have also taken my 2017 Jeep Wrangler in for service and they found the problem quickly and stayed in touch with us regarding the cost nof the repair and fixed it in a timely fashion!
Second time here (in fact, I am still here as I write this).5 hours for an oil change and a flat tire. I was one of the first people in at 8am and promised 2 hours. Now the car is done and I’m waiting 20? 30? Minutes for? I don’t know. My paperwork? Great. Also, went to the sales people to try and test drive a different car while I waited (my lease is up soon). They claimed to have 4 different vehicles of the type I wanted on the lot. One after another, we walked around with a key only to discover that all of them were off site.Poor time management, poor inventory tracking, non-existent communication with the client. But hey, they’re the only Jeep dealer around until Fremont, so I’ll be forced to come back. Good times!
Worst dealership service that I’ve ever had. They sent me a text asking me for glowing review without ever calling me to see if I was satisfied. This is what I replied to them and never heard back:You must be kidding! After the horribly expensive service, rude service advisor who was totally not helpful with zero product knowledge, and terrible product quality, you have the nerve to ask for a positive review. No one from the dealership bothered to call to ask how the service went. You guys are the worst, and thats the feedback that I already gave. You couldnt even beat the timing of the survey from the manufacturer. You deserve to be out of business.
The people were nice. But they were highly unorganized and made us come back several times. Everytime we came back, we had to re-explain the situation to someone new. Then that person would promise to help us sort it out and send us on our way...but then never call or contact us like they promised. They lost out...we took our business elsewhere.
I would recommend NOT doing any kind of business with this company, when you need service and you will, your treated horribly, they just dont care,it shows from your first interaction all the way through to the cashier. Got to b a higher up problem,if everyone thinks its ok to b so incompetent.
Normandin had the best price for a new car we were shopping around for, but we were about 6 hours away. Our salesman Chris worked with us on our deal for a few days before we ultimately decided to make the trip from Southern California. Once we got there it was quick and easy process finalizing paperwork, there were no hidden surprises or fees, and we happily drove away in a brand new Cherokee. There was nothing slimy about this dealership, everyone we dealt with was was honest, friendly, and accommodating (thanks for keeping our coffee cups full!) from Chris our salesman to Harry the finance guy! We will absolutely be returning to do more business.
They called me to reschedule an appointment because they are no longer doing services on Saturdays. I waited 25 minutes to be checked in and I was told the Mopar offer on their website was not valid at their location even though I had called to verify it was when scheduling the original appointment and checked again when they called me to reschedule. Both times they confirmed the price for the repair. At the service department they then quoted me over $150 more then the original and said the parts were not in stock anyway and I would have reschedule again and come back when they were in stock. How can a jeep dealership service department not have brake pads and rotors in stock and book appointments anyway?
I stopped there to learn more about a certain vehicle. I was lucky and had a chat with one sales manager, who was very insightful and not pushy (5 stars on that). One sales person followed-up but wanted me to purchase even if they didnt have the car (-1 star on that), which I obviously did not do.
Excellent quality service!!! I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my truck. It had some scratches, which were fixed exactly as a brand new truck. The color paint was the exact color. The customer service was also wonderful!!👍🏼😊 The shuttle service was also fast and great!!! It was a pleasure taking my truck to this shop!! I will definitely go again!!!👌😊🙏👍🏼
Chris in the service department did some work on my hellcat and had the opportunity too see my car on the lift and gave me some very helpful info and knowledge damn good mechanic no hassle no upsale just knowledge and a respectable guy, definitely bringing back too him
I do not like car shopping. I think a colonoscopy is more pleasant (really), until now. I was in and out in an hour with a great SUV. The salesman was attentive but not pushy and the finance department was very informative, funny and knowledgeable. I very welcoming dealership from start to finish. If a quality automobile is what you are looking for with great rates, then Normandin is your place. I will recommend them to anyone needing a quality experience top to bottom.
Normandin Chrysler has always been my go to shop for repairs on my ram pickup, 5 stars from me, knowledgeable technicians and experience maintenance advisors ...
Car took a while to get done, but George went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the finished product. Car came out great, thanks George!
I had a very good experience at Normandin. Contacted Chris at internet sales and got all the answers I needed, and he was super quick at responding to all my queries, before coming in for a test drive. They were never pushy but just super helpful. They also gave me a great deal on my trade-in which saved me time and hassle. The transaction was really smooth, and I couldnt have been better treated. I also am super happy with the new car. Highly recommended.
Special thanks to Jenny in the service department! Shes a fantastic advisor and really took the time to understand what I needed. Not only did she handle my concerns, but she was very active with updates and keeping me informed. If you have a fiat, Jenny is the one to deal with!
James A. Mulder was my salesman, and having a good one makes the experience so much better... I bought a new Challenger, that they had to get from an other dealer... the whole process was super easy, and done in a timely manner... I got a good deal, with top notch Customer Service, which sets this place a part from the other dealerships... I will be going back when I am ready to upgrade... Thank you for making this a positive experience...
Friendly and helpful staff and great covid-19 process.. clear communication and effective triaging
Made an appointment to test drive a new vehicle. Once there, they pull out the NEW vehicle and they tell me it actually has 6,500 miles on it. They said its a dealer demo and its mentioned on their website at the bottom in small print. Who would want to buy a brand new vehicle with that many miles. Mileage is not mentioned on their website, and dealer demo does not mean anything for a normal car buyer. They of course try to steer me toward a more expensive one, which didnt work for me. I asked them to match since I didnt come for this one. They refused and left after driving 2 hours. I called them out saying it was a scam, hiding important information like that. Will definitely never do business with them, so misleading.Thank you.Guillaume
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP Normandin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT!!! Dont buy a car from the Normandin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT dealership! I went to buy a used Jeep, they gave me a price of $15,200.00, after I test drove it they said they would not go lower than $15,600.00. Terrible way to do business, they are exactly why people dont want to buy cars from dealerships! I walked away and would never do business with this dealership! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
The service department was not professional. Our van had a recall and we were told they did not have all the parts so we made a later appointment for another dealership just to get as much done and have a safer vehicle for our family. We had a few problems that seemed to be connected. We mentioned it to them and they said they had to do a diagnostic for each part, which would have cost us $500. I spoke to a second dealership, the one on Stevens Creek, and they said it could probably be fixed by disconnecting the battery. We did not pay the $500 and it was the battery. Thank goodness we didnt pay. Anyway, I brought the van in for the recall at another dealership for the part this dealership told us they didnt have. The Stevens Creek dealership contacted us and told us everything had been done. The Normandin dealership did the recalls, had the parts and did not tell me. This has been very frustrating and I dont have a car for today. I would go to another dealership if you need any services done, or find a mechanic. This place does not communicate well with costumers and would rather you pay more than be honest about what cheaper, easier options exist to fix your vehicle.
Great purchase experience, I found just the car i was looking for, e-mailed and texted with Chris, and set up a time to test drive very quickly. The car was ready and waiting in the shade, did the test drive and purchased the car in about an hour to an hour and a half. The financial/document person was thorough but efficient and was very clear about everything that I was signing. It was by far the most painless car purchase experience I have had (although to be fair i wasnt trading in a car and was paying cash).
My husband and I purchased our first Jeep Grand Cherokee from Normandin Jeep. We love the Jeep and loved the team there. You can tell the owners and family take a lot of pride in their dealership and the satisfaction of their customers. Their team, Chris, Matt, Paul were all amazing. Thanks for all the help Normandin Jeep!
Scheduled my appointment and was able to get in on time and out in less than an hour for my prepaid oil change.
Always great service and Jenny goes above and beyond to explain things and ensure everything is taken care of correctly and as quickly as possible. I have other fiat locations closer to me but drive the extra time to ensure my car is serviced correctly. Thanks!
Bought a lemon from here. Nothing but problems since the day I bought it. Spent 37K on a piece of junk that I been taking to the mechanic every week. Don’t buy used cars from here because they get them from auctions without spending a dime on them to fix whatever is necessary before reselling them. And once the car is out of their lot they won’t help you fix it. I already spent over 1.5K and I have only had the car for 2 weeks. So disappointed.
I really do not recommend this car dealership they have very bad service you take to check your car and instead of fixing it they leave it worse and then they leave you with that they did not get anything really do not come to this car lot because it has pure incompetent staff and non-professional people
Wonderful staff and service
Great dealership! Great staff. Would definitely recommend. Big Thank you to Eli our salesperson and Henry in finance. You both were great. Eli thanks for listening. The Armsdons.
I cant begin to explain my frustration to how unprofessional the Service Advisers (Jerry Aced) at this establishment is including the Director (Steve Rodgers) of the service department. 4 days after I got my car fixed at the dealership, it died in the middle of the road. I had the car towed to the dealership. Its been 2 days no one has called me to give me a status update from the service department. I was just told that they can not find whats wrong with my car. The service department has kept my car for 2 days only to tell me they do not know why my car dead. This department is poorly run, the service advisers nor the director has the common curtsy to return my voicemail. I came to no 2 days after I dropped my car, no technician has been assigned to work on my car. I will never recommend any of my friends or family members to ever purchase a car from this dealership.
I havent been here but I have tried to schedule an appointment. But without the last 8 of my vin I cant do that. I understand that it is not hard for me to get that information but is it really necessary for me to have, just to make an appointment?Easier solution is I just call another dealership and schedule one in a shorter time then it takes to to do that.Something to think about for your service department. When you suggest to a customer to call back when you have that then how many people just call somewhere else. You probably are losing potential customers. But hey, who am I to say how you should run your business. Good luck.
