Overall really good service. Done on time and service advisor was very helpful. I was getting the back seat frame replaced. The only reason for 4 stars is my interior was bit scratched up when I got the car back. I have used Stevens Creek Jeep service for over 10 years and had overall really good experiences, no place is perfect, but over many service visits I have found them to be helpful, reasonable, and knowledgeable.
Great customer service fast process Sunny got me into the vehicle I wanted even with the chip shortage 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend going and if you do ask for Sunny. By far the process was the easiest and best Ive ever had, when buying a new car or truck.
The service department was not responsive and did not reply to calls for three days. After multiple calls I finally was able to talk to the technician who was telling me that they could not root cause the issue and we have to bring the car after the part arrives.
From my arrival, to when I picked up my van.Staff very helpful and informed me exactly which recalls need it to be done, explained how long would it take in detail.I even got a bigger surprise when I noticed that they took the time and washed my vehicle too!!Great and happy people work there.
The Parts and Service staff are nice and helpful. I am highly suspect of the mechanics. I inspect my truck at least twice a day. I have never had any issue with transmission leak(s). After a visit for an oil change, advised of a transmission leak.Repair estimate was $1260 for replacing five parts and labor. Took the vehicle to a different shop/mechanic and was advised that the something suspicious was done to a fitting.A detailed inspection found that only one fitting was leaking and needed to be replaced… and not necessarily from normal wear and tear. I will not bring work to the dealership or suggest anybody bring their vehicle to said.
7:15am appointment, 25 minutes to be spoken to. Promised a check in on status of service, none sent. No response to text to them. Unable to reach anyone in service or general number. After 10 minute hold, call was disconnected, then tried again, someone picked up and hung up phone. Very disappointed in the service level for a basic oil change. My favorite part was borrowing another car to drive to the dealership to speak to someone since they wouldn’t pick up the phone, only to see the service team with no one waiting in line and they were happily texting on their phones.I’m sure I’ll get the standard response that this isn’t the service they strive to offer nor one I should expect and I should contact them directly to discuss my experience. Save it pal.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, facility was nice. Would give 5 stars but the one request I had was to make sure they included the spare in the tire rotation, and they didnt. This should be standard procedure.
They gave us the best deal for our jeep and for our trade in. The service is good, the place looks a little bit old but its clean and nice. They need more vending machines because they do not work in the service area. I have to say that the service area people are so amazing. Deals are good go shop around.
Hella nice people, professional but not acting like robots. Big fan
Max was (and always is) great in getting me in and on my way. Car was done on time and let me know via text. Very happy with the service here.
Professional auto service. Though it’s a very busy shop, an appointment was scheduled for the following week. When I arrived, they took the vehicle in quickly. This was a warranty covered repair so it didn’t cost me anything, but I did have to sign on a $500 estimate that was just for replacing a faulty battery, I think all dealer service shops charge this way. A small delay at checkout but otherwise good experience.
Good service. Vehicle done quickly and communication is good.
Always make time to answer my phone call and allow me to bring my car in timely. They Found an elusive recall part and fixed recurring problem w engine dying. Seems to be repaired thus far.
Impossible trying to reach them on the phone. Finally got service appointment scheduled, just for them to not text or call me when my car was done! I walked around in the heat for an hour longer than they said theyd need, simply because no one informed me my car was ready even though they said theyd call! Feel like they just completely forgot about me. Theyre in over their heads.
I went in for my 20,000 mile service. I left with my car scraped. No one owned up to it. They waited for me to notice. Currently trying to get them to remedy it. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a CJDR service center. First time I went there, and definitely the last.
Stay away if you need your car serviced. I bought my car here and thought I needed to service it through them. What a mistake! I’ve tried bringing it in several times for the same service. Max has been my service manager (though it is generous to call him that). The first time they had it for over a week with no ability to get an update from Max. Eventually someone in the service department took pity on me and gave me an update. I took my car back until they got the parts. I was told they would call me when the parts came in. It surprisingly, no call. Eventually I called and they said the parts had come in several weeks before. The second time I brought the car in, Max promised he would update me on the status of the car. As I needed the car a week later for work, I called in to get the status. I was told they had just started working on it. At the end of the day, I told them I needed the car. At that point max told me no work had actually been done in it yet. 3rd time I brought it in, max again said he would take care of it. When i finally called in in my own, I found out he had left early. To make matters worse, for some reason no else has any idea of the status of cars in this place. From what I can tell, the service department does not care about its customers.
This was a recall order that took several months to complete due to the impact of Covid on supply chains and the lack of parts worldwide. The repair itself only took a couple of hours and the service team at Stevens Creek CJDR is a good bunch of folks that treat their customers very well!
I had been to 5 other truck dealerships (3 Ford, 1 GMC, and another dodge) looking for a specific type of truck to tow my 35 ft travel trailer. Being a female looking for a truck can be very frustrating. I had been told wrong information about what the trucks could tow and was talked down to when I explained that the GCWR would need to be more than 19,000 lbs. and that the smaller trucks can not tow that. When I called Stevens Creek CJDRam, My salesman Ramin really listened to what I was looking for in a truck and was great about letting me test drive as many of the trucks as I wanted. I left that day without a truck and feeling no pressure to buy a truck. When I finally made up my mind, I went back a few days later and bought my 2500 Dodge Ram. (I let my husband pick the color 😉)The dealerships and Ramin made me feel comfortable, respected, and not pressured to buy just any truck. The dealerships is not fancy, but there is a down home feeling about it and a very laidback friendly staff. I love my truck and can’t wait for our next camping trip in our new truck.
Robert was excellent at customer service and taking care of my needs! My car rides like new again. Thx Robert and fix-it crew!!!
Horrible service and management. What was requested wasnt even checked and the next day my car broke down for the exact thing I asked to be checked and was told it was fine. Over $300 for nothing. Nobody wanted to help or fix the problem.
Called to enquire on the price of a vehicle, was quoted the full MSRP - agreed to price, When I got there the sales manager refused to sell the vehicle for MSRP and wanted $5K more. They do the old school let me talk to the manager runaround (the game you see characters do in Fargo the movie). Im sitting at the table for 10 minutes waiting for them to get back to me, got up to see what was taking so long, and saw the sales guy just standing around doing nothing. I was the only customer in the showroom (red flag). Claimed they were dealing with another customer, so dont believe your lying eyes. Bunch of time wasters,Wasted my time driving there and back. They dont keep to agreements, so dont waste your time. Theyre clowns.
I recently bought a car from this dealership sight unseen. Their level of service was truly amazing. They sent me videos of the car, answered all and any questions, dealt with our own financial institution, and when I asked to have it get PPId by a third party mechanic Luis (the rep I was working with) took it during his break. In the middle of a price surge where dealerships are doing shady things like not giving prices over the internet, Luis and his team have gone above and beyond to make this a really pleasant and easy experience.
I bought my 2021 Rubicon Jeep last month from this dealership. I was waiting for the customer service survey but it never came. Moving forward, I will share my experience with the dealership this way.I can’t thank enough for my new jeep. Thank you so much for the finance manager Edwin who provided excellent customer service and explain about the keep process. He was very helpful. Also the sales representative Juan. Juan walked me through setting up the features of this vehicle and took his time and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the jeep. I was so impressed he called me days latter to make sure everything was going well, his customer service he provided was excellent. I as missing a tool for the tires and he was able to recognize the missing part and got it ordered.I never got the survey that was sent to my email. I called the dealership and got no where. I strongly believe taking the time to notice people and writing that review is important. Hopefully the upper management at this particular dealership can see the fabulous great customer service I received from these gentleman.Thank you!Happy customer,Arlene Hernandez
Despite the inconvenience of a broken car, towing it, getting a rental car and having to take the day off from work, what those guys did to fix my car as they promised was beyond my expectations. Those guys had to stay till 6:30 pm ( they close at 6 pm by the way) just to have the car fixed as they promised.I am raising a hat to Dan, Gilbert, Paul and Iden from service department who kept their promised. God bless you guys and thank you so much.
AVOID THIS DEALER AS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!I already told them exactly that 2 wires of my cars front passenger seat were broken, one for seatbelt detector and another one for airbag, and they also admitted it in their work order (attached image)!! They did not fix the 2 wires at all and charged me for $498 as diagnosis. Seriously??? What kind of diagnosis is that??? I already told you the EXACT PROBLEM and you did NOTHING, not one stupid thing! And then charged me $498 for NOTHING! The image of work order also clearly says CUST STATES WIRES UNDER PASSENGER SEAT IS BROKEN, and customer got charged $498 for STATING THE PROBLEM, which you did nothing on??? THIS IS ROBBERY! DONT EVER COME TO THIS FRADULENT DEALERSHIP as they will RIP YOU OFF!Update:I received a customer service call from Melissa, who has zero respect to customer and just tried to cover the mistake they made. She kept denying the FACT that they NEVER notified me beforehand they would charge $498 for diagnosing a problem that is already diagnosed. Instead of the sincerity of resolving this issue, I felt verbal assault as she kept talking about nonsense and made it personal to me. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED AS a loyal Jeep owner for years!
The price for the service work was ridiculous. I was being quoted for repairs well over $7k for work I had done a few days after I had it towed from their lot for $1600. Do not take your vehicle to this place if you don’t have any warranty. Find a mechanic shop before going here. Good luck out there.
Wouldnt recommend service at this locate unless you want to die in a car accident. High price for service they didnt strap the engine correct and almost killed our driver. Dave never got back to me i called and left messages thousands of times. We are now picking up our van and taking this to court.
Service is really good people were nice they got my van done in a timely fashion and they washed it for me no complaints
Everyone from the salesmen to the service techs in the back are awesome. Definitely recommended if youre looking for a Mopar.
5 star experience from the start to end. Picked up my Chrysler Pacifica hybrid and my sales guy - PASHA - was simply amazing. Extreme focus to customer service and while there were some delays, he kept checking in with me periodically and ensured I had everything in place before I drove off. Great job team.
A great experience with Max. His knowledge, expertise and prompt action.
Wonderful service and got me in and out within an hour.I will.be back for more of my service needs!!!
Not really my type of cars, and the used car they showed us seemed overpriced.
Anyone else have issues with the service department not rotating tires under a service warranty?Stay away from this place- shady business practices taking advantage of customers who may not know to check. Have called the service manager 3 times with detailed message and received NO CALL BACK.One star generous and only because there is no ZERO
Worst dealership for service ever. How many times do you have to call for an update? Car has extended warranty and keep getting well have him call you back or hes with a customer and still a week later no call back. Stay away from this place unless you want to be weeks without a vehicle. The absolute worst decision I have ever made was purchasing a car. Only reason I even bother with this place is because the warranty has to use at the dealer purchased.***Update as of 10/5/2021***How do we move foward? We dont. The response below from the dealership is just a front for internet purposes. Im Still calling all the time and getting no response. Made multiple trips to get a status. This is unacceptable and further proves why on all the forums this dealership is deemed the worst in the Bay Area for service.
Avoid this place at all costs. Their service is beyond TERRIBLE!!. They should not be in business. SERIOUSLY YOU CAN GET INJURED!!. I almost got into a serious accident due to their clear incompetence. Picked up my Jeep from service and a mile away it died on me in the middle of the road while driving. Car lost all power (steering wheel and breaks got very heavy, almost impossible to control!!!). Luckily I was not on the freeway yet, and there were not many cars around me. I was able to pull over to a safe spot on the side of the road. Car start smelling of burnt oil and gas. Stepped out and saw a huge leak underneath. Was afraid it could catch fire. I was subsequently stranded for 2 hrs while waiting for a towing truck. Dealership eventually recognized their human error (clip of gas intake line to engine was not installed properly after they worked on it). Pure negligence/completely preventable. Later they did not want to compensate me accordingly due to hardship and stressful situation they got me into. Their Service Manager should be fired for pure incompetence and insensitivity in dealing with the situation. She offered me to detail my car for free. Are you kidding me!? I asked her to extend the rental till the end of the month given I needed to take my wife and kids to AZ to visit family during holiday and did not trust them. She said she was not going to pay for my nice vacation. How insensitive is that!? If Jeep or the GM reads this, please consider firing your Service Manager, or even closing this place period!. Ive read other reviews and there are bad also. To anyone else, take your business elsewhere. Im a very loyal Jeep customer (have owned different Jeeps for the last 15 years). This whole experience made me consider buying a different brand.
If you ever need help after the purchase of a vehicle with certain documents only the dealership may have DO NOT GO HERE. I have been trying to get some documents for roughly 2 weeks for an insurance claim after my vehicle was totaled. I have called at least 8 times per day and have not gotten any resolution. I go from the front desk to a voicemail to leaving a hand note. I have had to take time off work to go in and get copies of documents that should be readily available via phone call. I hope this review helps expedite the remaining documents I need so I can avoid paying ANOTHER month of car payments for a vehicle that was totaled.
Was there yesterday because my sister in-law was shopping for a new vehicle. Guy helping us spoke very low we couldn’t make out what he was saying half the time. He was very pushy on getting my sis in-law to sign for credit check and tried to get her to test drive a car she had no interest in at all. We were all fed up and went to Another dealer in Salinas instead and guess what? They took care of us and we ended up getting not just the 1 car but 3. Please treat your customers like people, not Sale numbers and you guys might see more success in your work.
We purchased a vehicle last weekend from Sam Shodiev at this dealership. We went there two times, first time to test drive and then to do comparison shopping and purchasing. Sam is an experienced sales person who quickly identified the kind of vehicle we would be interested in and explained it well. On out second trip, upon sensing that we were serious buyers, the first offer he gave us was unbeatable bu other dealerships and the whole experience was very non-pushy and stress free. It also helped that this dealership had the largest inventory to choose from in the area.
Took my vehicle in for warranty work and two of their techs were eating lunch in my car unbelievable what a joke don’t ever go to this dealership ! And they never fix the problem had to go to Normandin and where they took care of it and did a great job
My service manager was excellent. Thanks
Probably the worst dealership I have ever experienced.Left my car for 4 months for repair and they could not fix it due to parts;Service department never responded (at all)Left voicemails several times before (no callback) I drove several times to check on status. My service rep eventually left during my repair. They also tried to upsell parts at a unreasonable price (4x market price)Left my car for several months and they ended up not being able to fix it since they couldn’t get the parts. (They never followed up on securing parts)
Service was great people were friendly but there was a mistake that led me to be there for over 6 hours for a oiled change and tire rotations only.
I came back for the second time in 3 years to purchase another new vehicle from this dealership. The purchase process was very painless with no pressure to upsell. I had cross shopped with 5 other dealerships in the Bay area and their prices were competitive. Whole process took 1 hour including test drive.
Super bad experience when trying a test drive. The staff does not want to have a test drive with us even though we explicitly say were not familiar with the car.The staff also mentioned that thats a new car, dont want to have too many miles in it. How bad experience like this! This is the first time I heard it when trying a test drive. When arriving there without appointment, the staff starts to help us to find out a car. After I told him that we are considering the car with sunroof, and there isnt available, his attitude is changed immediately, and say we dont have a appointment.
Could not even look at any cars without a salesman in your face asking you 21 questions. Plus the mark ups are insane. Left instantly
Services Department is a Joke!David The service manager hasn’t return my calls or my messages since April 2021.I could get into details but I will give this guy another chance to call me back!
First I must say that the salesperson I worked with, Mary, was absolutely wonderful! The trade in guy? Abhorrent, Arrogant, Mansplaining, and ultimately making multiple adding mistakes to my detriment. This took A LOT of time. I was there for 6 hours. If it wasnt for my engaging conversations with Mary all of that time, I would have left. The trade in value of my car? 1/2 of the Kelly Blue Book low end and its condition was better than the parameters set in the condition assessment. I took the trade in deal only because I didnt want to deal with selling my car. I am a small business owner and simply dont have the time. Also the price I was quoted in email was significantly lower than the price when I got there. The pricing on their website doesnt include their markups, so what is listed on the website at $32,000 is actually $42,000 when you get there. While they ultimately, grudgingly, did honor the written quote I got, they tagged on a few extra charges. There were other issues too. The website says they offer test drives at home. They dont. My Uconnect/sirius package wasnt working and it took 3 days for someone to get it handled. I also had to spend an entire day on the phone with uconnect because they set the account up wrong.I am in the market for a second car for my husband and will not be returning. Had they given me a fair deal on the trade and didnt play waiting/pricing games with me, I would have purchased it from them. I am not. If it wasnt for Mary they wouldnt have made this sale either and I would have given them one star.
Worst experience ever. I went in and test drove a car, then we haggled over price and at the end they gave me a price that they reneged on because they didnt know the package of the vehicle they just spent an hour going back-and-forth on. Total bait-and-switch!
Asked several times for copies of old service records. Spoke to several different advisors in service. Didnt get a call back. Used to take my vehicles here all the time, now I go elsewhere because these folks act like they are not interested in my business.
Pasha is just great. Worked extra hard in our favor to make this purchase happen. Not pushy, or concerned about the sale as much as your happiness and needs. Which is nice and rare. Pasha needs a raise! He is truly a people person and goes above and beyond for the customer. Thank you again!
Horrible experience with shop department. I broughtMy véhicule to fix a door that does not lock. After diagnosis, they told me they have to order a part .2 weeks after, parts arrived and I brought back my véhicule at 7am.7 hours after, around 3pm....it was still not fixed. They asked me to leave the véhicule there for more days and do more diagnosis. I thought they did the diagnosis 2 weeks ago.I refused to leave my véhicule there since they don’t take any liability for property loss. Gonna bring my véhicule to another Dodge shop that have better rating.
Service was prompt, however I received a text indicating the vehicle was ready for pickup one hour before the vehicle was actually ready for pickup.
Ive had two of my cars serviced a new challenger and an older van and they did amazing job. I also had a few parts ordered and they also gave me a call for them when they arrived. I am so grateful for their service team, they were very friendly.
The auto shop is super clean. Professional staff. Parts department man Jose and Michael very courtesy.
Great place and staff was extremely friendly.
Samuel, sales person. Awesome, knowledgeable and polite. No pressure, great experience. Finance manager excellent too
When my sister found out I bought my car from their she bout fainted. She bought her Charger from their her daughter bought her Jeep from their All bad experience. I bought a car from their 5 days later I was returning it. The Salesman the staff, the ladies that answer the phone are will send you on a magic carpet ride you will NOT get to speak with no-one EVER. The level of customer service is POOR. I have been calling the service dept for 4 days no-one answers and if someone does they send you to another line that just rings. I know I should have went Newark Dodge this place sucks.
Received my car back with my leather steering wheel with a scratch down the middle. Have been trying to get in touch with parts/service but no one is taking my calls.
Great communication and good service.
I called the parts department and was put on hold for 45 minutes. I hung up, called again after an hour and was put on hold again. After 15 minutes I hung up. I waited 15 more minutes, called again and was put on hold, again, so I just hung up. What are they doing there? At the request of the GM I called to talk about my experience. I left a message but no call back in 5 days. I called again and I requested an answer in 30 minutes but of course... nothing.
There great! Drove from Sacramento to San Jose, since they got really good service and great pricing thanks to Celia and Mary for there help, made negotiations easy and took care of me, thanks
Don’t buy any part from them because they will charge you way more than what the actual price is. I ordered stage 1 lower spring and they charged me $360. after I went to the Mopar official website I saw the same part for $247! They didn’t match the price for me also they don’t have a return policy!!! That’s so disappointing.
Friendly staff, work done when promised!
I will never buy a car here again for what happen to me. Can’t tell all the details it’s a long story but the finance knows what is my review.
My Dodge RV was hijacked by Dodge Dealer. I sent in my Dodge Sprinter 2500 to Stevens Creek Dodge dealer on July 11, 2018 for recall services. Call them every week two or three times since then and could not get my RV back. After HOURS and HOURS calling, waiting, and talking with Sanjay K., all answers that I got were It would be ready in a few days. As of September 20, 2018, I still could not get my RV back. I called service supervisor Eric last week and he didnt give me an answer either. They kept me WAITING and I WASTED more than two months and one week, my summer camping season was totally ruined. Twitted General Manager Al and got ignored completely. If you want to get your Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Vehicles serviced, STAY AWAY from this dealer.09/21/18Finally got my Dodge Sprinter 2500 back on 09/20/18 afternoon, and I should be happy that the nightmares ware over. The work was PROMISED done on 07/11/18 and I got the van back on 09/18/18. NO. First, my van was filthy dirty after 2 months and 9 days in a busy dealer service lot as shown in the first picture. That was how this dealer treated your vehicle. Secondly, after left the lot, I noticed the windshield was cracked as shown in the second and third pictures from both inside and outside of the van. Called service supervisor Eric Q right away and was asked to drive the van back to the dealer service center. I guessed that all of us didnt have to work to pay for the bills. However, I drove back right away with 30 minutes and you knew that I had to wait and wait in the cashier lobby for Eric Q to see me. Oh, I could not make decision like this said Eric Q. He called his supervisor, Doyle B., and we waited again. Doyle came out and I showed him the cracked windshield. He checked the odometer and the reading was much higher than on the work order indicated. My home was a few miles from the dealership and apparently someone there drove my RV somewhere. I could not tell whether the crack was there before your brought the van in for service said Doyle B. He has to review the video before making a decision, but when? I asked. You have to wait till next week because our IT guy only works one day a week. Now, the waiting begins. I have more to tell what happened to my batteries due to the negligence of the service tech and asked to authorize $250 to get it replaced. To be continued.Al, Id really like to call you, but waiting on the phone and listening to your companys customer care pitch was no fun. I have kids to feed.09/26/18Working with a National TV Company to get my story aired and filing a complaint to CA small claim court as well. Will keep you updated.
Do not trust any positive reviews here I had a terrible buying experience here and at the end they attempted to bribe me with a gas gift card in order to leave them good reviews seeing mostly bad reviews and some good ones there are a lot of people being paid to leave positive reviews
Very smooth process.
Amazing Service as always!
Sam was very helpful and polite making the process very easy and simple. Great experience!
Worst dealership I’ve been to. I had help from three different salesman and all were extremely rude. I made two different offers over the course of three weeks. One salesman laughed when I gave my last offer and told me instead of trading my car in I need to take it to a junk yard. I made the same offer at another dealership and bought the car the next day. I would stay away from this dealership at all costs. I highly recommend Alex at San Leandro Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT, such good service!!
Could not even look at any cars without a salesman in your face asking you 21 questions. Plus the mark ups are insane.
This was a better experience at this dealership than the last two. My service agent Paul was attentive and courteous. There was only one minor glitch when I picked up my vehicle. The parking break was set so tight that I couldn’t get it to release. I found a helpful employee who was able to help me
Poor people work in there I feel sorry for the company
Marry hail was great customer service and Juan gomez. they both helped me buying they patient and polite
Great place to bring my vehicle. The service manager, David Rodriguez has a put together a great service staff. Great experience from beginning to end.
Went in knowing what I wanted and Fernando got me into the vehicle O wanted. Very friendly environment. Great customer service by far compared to all the other places I went. Definitely recommend purchasing your vehicle here. Ask for Fernando. They go above and beyond to help you out.
Visited for recall service. So far so good.
Had a great experience buying a new vehicle here. Ramin helped us and he was spot on both in terms of finding the vehicle we were looking for and the price. Would also like to mention Rafael. He was the finance manager we spoke to. Totally to the point and gave us the best offer!
Trying to get help with anything over the phone at this dealer seems impossible. I have been calling for a month and every time I have been sent to an answering machine and no one ever returns calls.
Ramin did a great job providing us with all the information we needed and timely responses to my questions on price and availability. The car was ready and clean when we arrived and the whole buying process was completed in less than an hour.
These guys are awful. I rarely review anything but I came into this establishment to potentially purchase a truck as we need a bigger vehicle for our newborn. Test drive and get to the part in which were discussing the deal and after waiting a bit, the manager (Al) comes to the desk yelling at me about how I would be robbing them based off of the deal I offered. Like... its a car sale and customers shouldnt be yelled at or accosted in aggressive ways. Honestly, Im sure Im not the first or last person who will experience bad service but Id never recommend this place to my worst enemy.Positive note* David from the service department was solid and an amazing customer service professional.
Im not happy with the service dept. My truck was in there just short of 7 weeks. Waiting for parts apparently. Went to pick it up and:Truck was filthySmelled of grease on interiorOil not changed, this was supposed to be done while it was in there.Traction control light on ( wasnt on when I went in)They took it back and lets hope its fixed soon.
Very friendly people.. Cameron and Ramin..
Where do I start! No one can answer the phones on service department. Once my vehicles in its like weeks upon weeks of waiting to be let down waiting on a part. Extremely frustrating!
Great customer service and well trained professionals throughout the dealership. Thanks for your above and beyond efforts.
Easily the worst car buying experience Ive ever had. Was told multiple lies over and over. No calls returned. When all the paper work was done the car wouldnt start because it was totally out of gas. Then they gave me the car with 3/4s of a tank of gas. Then I had to jump thru so many hoops just to get a key chain.Aside from the terrible customer service the dealership itself looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years. Dirty drywall dust everywhere this place is a joke.If we as Americans want to support American brands we should be rewarded with an excellent car buying experience not punished with sub par service and facilities.
I always have a good experience there. Very professional, and they got me in and out faster than they estimated.
Dont even think about go to this dealership and can get help or questions answered by the staff on the floor, from seals man till finance manager. These people look so angry and when you ask them about car to give you explanation they are so nerves and nearly speak English. you think you are in 3rd world and absolutely I agree with the others regarding customer service. and be careful when you get the quote online, dont get excited make sure you have printed with a stock number because they dont match their own online prices with dealer prices and double-check on the stock number and window sticker to have the same car you are dealing it with.Dodge must be so shameful that have such employee to serve the people.Last night I email them, still, they havent answered my email back yet.probably they dont care about it.
Horrible experience - FLIM FLAM!!Mary is a very dishonest sales person. Gave us a written quote and then did not stand by it. We were coming down to purchase a jeep after receiveing a written quote (which was good for 48hrs) that evening but she started blowing us off and saying she was with a customer. We called her AND the dealership countless times and nobody would help us. Mary finally texted back (not even a call) and said she made a mistake. This place is unprofessional on so many levels.
Regular. I sent messages and never get a response. Considering other cars or dealerships right now.
I called to get information on a Dodge Charger sxt plus ! Both people I spoke to had language barriers and could not understand me! You lost a customer
Absolutely terrible customer service. Once you drop your car off, good luck getting timely updates or even getting someone on the line one of the multiple times you have to call. They send you a text as a tease since they don’t reply to this either. My repairs are rarely done within 2 days of their estimate and they take no responsibility for me coming back in for things I supposedly got fixed at their shop less than a year ago.
Stevens Creek jeep and specifically Mary Maile lied and conduct illegal sales practices. I inquired about a jeep and revived a write internet quote for $29,810 from the dealership with a specific instructions that quote was only valid for 48hrs so I tried to purchase after only 6 hours and Mary said it was a mistake and her and the sales manager would not honor the quote and price. Only said she was sorry and it was a mistakeDon’t not buy from here, do not trust12/14/20 Part 2 update to my posting - the sales person continues to apologize for the error in quoted numbers for the jeep and has offered to sell me the jeep for $33,000 (true car pricing) $3k more than the original offer (MSRP $36k) and is after she tried to put me into a different car (bait and switch)I did ask for the general manager to call me today - no call ! Clearly they don’t careI did learn from Mary’s email that a lower price does exist through true car when buying - hope this info help the next buyer - just not from Steven’s Creek Jeep******Dear RobertThank you for your time today over the phone. Fast, no nonsense. Met my price and didnt waste my time. Very impressed.
This dealership has got to be the worse Ive ever dealt with.Avoid them at all costs.BTW, their Diesel oil changes fees and over twice the cost of Normandin, who also have coupons on their website i.e. $300 vs. $110 ?
