Ive been coming to this spot multiple times and they always got the breakers that I need. Everyone is fast and top of their game. You can really rely on them all year around. Thanks Bay Power for the excellent work.

Outstanding! Its sad that Service is not what it used to be. However, the people at this company really understand the concept and apply it. I had a very strange failure of a 30-year-old 200amp circuit breaker that no one else could figure out what it was or where to look for one. Jarritt at the San Jose location was the only one out of at least 10 suppliers that asked the right questions, asked to be sent images of what I had and came up with exactly what I needed that arrived on my doorstep in 48 hours.

I have been coming to Bay Power (Bay Breakers) for close to ten years. I was working for a cell tower company that provided power upgrades from 3G to 4G technology. I was the electrician that assisted in the power upgrades. I would do several upgrades & look forward to bringing those breakers that were removed to Bay Breakers (at the time). I was recycling, at the same time making a few dollars for bringing in the used breakers. The last couple times I brought several breakers that were removed from older panels for a new electrical service upgrade. A gentleman didnt even look at the crate full of used breakers but shaking his head he told me that he couldnt use any of them. So today I had a similar experience happen. I called last week to verify that Bay Power was still buying used breakers. The gentleman on the phone told me yes. He asked the type of breakers. I let him know that it was 15 and 20 amp arc fault breakers. He said Yes we buy those breakers, bring them in. When I arrived Harry let me know that they could not use those breakers, because they are arc fault and not arc fault/gfci style breakers. I let him know that I called & was told that they would buy the arc fault breakers. No he said. We usually get either larger breakers or arc fault gfci. I asked for his manager, he said he is the supervisor. So I went back inside. I met Aaron. I found that all of those arc fault breakers were actually arc fault/gfci breakers! Aaron let me know that they still didnt need any of those breakers. He said They dont need those, we have enough. Not consistent with what Harry said at all. I have not only brought breakers to sale, I have also purchased plenty of breakers in the near ten years from Bay Power. I will never again go to Bay Power & will refer my fellow contractor friends to out of state distributors for any electrical breakers or panels.Thank you for responding to my post. As former Electrical Instructor at a trade school along with currently operating a small business (electrical) I understand the importance of inventory. I hope your training helps your employees to not tell the customer No without looking at the inventory (in this case breakers). This has happened to me the last two times Ive driven from Oakland to Bay Power in San Jose. The first instance I had just left the gym, so I had sweats on. I had a crate full of breakers (different sizes). I asked the worker if I could sale any of the breakers. He was shaking his head saying No we dont need those. He didnt even look at the crate of breakers. This was pre-pandemic.. When I arrived a couple weeks back with breakers, it was a similar experience. Harry told me he could not use any of my arc-fault breakers because they were not arc fault gfci. I called prior to coming asking if your company could use arc fault breakers, I was told Yes bring them in we buy those. What was interesting to me was the fact that the breakers I brought were the arc fault gfci style Harry said you would buy. So he did not even look at the breakers. Then when Aaron looked at the breakers I showed him they were the arc fault gfci type that Harry said they needed. He told me We dont need those. I work in the field everyday & have noticed shortages of breakers, panels, materials for the electrical trade. As a customer, it seems odd to me that these employees did not have consistency with what they tell there customers & they did not look at the breakers I brought just me. I understand you have been in business for many years but I still will tell my former trainees that I instructed along with my network of contractors to shop elsewhere.ThanksAaron D Reese

I had a circuit breaker dating back to dinosaur times and couldnt find the exact same Murray circuit breaker for my home. Home Depot carried the Murray ckt breakers but it did not match up with my old one. Googled and found Bay Power San Jose. Was helped by Evan, even took photos of the faulty breaker. Evan advised to take a look at similar Siemens breaker and even provided the part numbers. I hunted around in Home Depot, no luck.Then i just decided to drive over across town to Bay Power. Boy was I happy! Great curbside service since its COVID-19. Everyone was so helpful. Evan came out to help me. Finally they found the last dinosaur Murray ckt breaker for me. Was shocked when the guys told me no need to pay for the breaker. I cant express how grateful I am for their kindness. Now, Ill have electricity in the home. If these guys dont have your breaker, it probably doesnt exist. A huge inventory of new and used breakers, all tested for safety.This is a family business and they really care about their customers. As an Electrical Contractor, I appreciate response time from Bay Breakers attempting to track down items we cant get from other supply houses. Some of the other supply houses take so long just returning our contact that we tell them Bay Breakers already quoted and located what we need and weve finished the job.

They helped me cross reference a breaker that was no longer available and shipped it same day. This was a great help and saved us Thousands in loss production in our lab. Would recommend them to anyone needing a commercial breaker.

Breaker was broken beyond repair and Bay Breakers refused to take responsibility for it. They even went as low as to accuse me or my guys of dropping it. One of my guys pointed out how little padding there was in the bottom where it was broken inside and out. But they did offer to sell me another one at $1600.

I waited 35mins just too be helped. Treble service. What happened to good customer services.

Honestly, I think the baked beans pushed me to 5 stars. Just perfect. Sweet and salty. It was at 4.5 for meat. I think I prefer a little more smoky taste in my ribs and my chest. However, they cooked slowly to perfection, with a lot of texture, but they detach easily from the bone. If you order a side of fries, I recommend them with the Cajun seasoning. I cant wait for my next trip to San José
