Lots of people can say they will do things, answer basic questions and call it a day. Julie is the asset that makes you a superstar to your customers by actually caring enough to get you the right answers, solve the complex problems and you know your request will be handled without stressing that your at the bottom of somebodys pile. She cares, follows through and even gives you information you may need without asking.
