My boyfriend took me here again for the 2nd time last week. Im really addicted to their waffle cones/bowls.....This location uses SAIGON CINNAMON-ya know, the kind from Costco-in their waffle bowls and cones 🥰🥰 this is the only BR for me. They stopped offering samples before due to COVID, but now you can try any flavor you want! They even sell fresh baked brownies and cookies! 🙃

Good Ice cream I got the slimy seasonal Lime ice cream with the Slime sauce. The lime ice cream didnt have much flavor it was a soft not overpowering lime flavor which I really liked. Clean establishment, very nice employees, great variety of flavors

I love this Baskin Robbins! Recently I brought my Granddaughter in for a treat since she has been working so hard with Distance learning. They were friendly and offered samples to try. I really appreciated that they didn’t rush us when we were making our selections. I’ve been to many stores over the years but this one is the best.

Best Baskin Robbins I’ve ever been to. The work staff is incredibly nice and genuine. They had my order ready within minutes and the ice cream here was amazing with a bunch of variety. This is the place to go!

My favorite part is the dark/white chocolate topping. It was the best ice cream Id ever had. You should definitely give it a shot. A stunning waitress. This is a lovely place.

Today was my birthday my girl took me to go pick an ice cream cake the guy helping us found out it was my birthday not only was the service great they gave me a free ice cream for my birthday! I definitely recommend them and I’ll be going back!

This is, hands down, the CLEANEST Baskin Robbins I have ever been to! They have been open for about 4 years now and they look like theyre brand new. I would feel very confident buying from this location, even all small nooks and crannies are spotless and well taken care of. Beautiful store with vegan options!

This is legit the best Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. My daughters birthday was a few months ago and we ordered a cookies and cream ice cream cake. My daughter and her friends really enjoyed the cake. As a parent, that made me really relieved and happy. The customer service was really great. The moment I walked in, the cashier greeted me with a genuine smile. I felt very welcome there. Would totes go there again!

Emotional binge eating never tasted this good before

I live 6 minutes away from here so it is hard for me to not stop by! I come at least once a week and order a double scoop warm cookie sundae. I am always welcomed and the employees are helpful. If you have a sweet tooth, I totally recommend this place!

Weve come to this Baskin-Robbins several times but today we went in because of my wifes birthday. We are always greeted courteously and with smiles and quickly attended to. My wife got some type of chocolate and banana concoction where I go more traditional with pralines and cream in a waffle cone. Always decent sized portions never do I feel skimped. Its only been crowded a couple times but the staff was hustling to get everyone service and keep everybody happy. Even on the busy days the ice cream shop is always clean never have I sat down and felt the sticky table. This is definitely one of my favorite places to stop and get a scoop

We always get our cakes from this location The owners and employees are very friendly. They always meet our expectations when it comes to ordering the cakes. Also just stopping to get a quick ice cream cone or banana split is always a good visit.

Bought a ice cream cake from there today. Customer service was great and fast but the ice cream cake was trash. The cake and ice cream kept separating evenly like it was a week old or something. I let sit for a longer time and still the same result. I will continue going to cold stone

Went here on a weekday afternoon. Was greeted by the cashier and the owner. The owner was very welcoming and attended to us right away. We were here to pick up an ice cream cake and they had decent selection. I was surprised that they had ice cream cake in a pizza shape!!! Of course we got the pizza shaped one. Ask them which flavor you are looking for and theyll help you find the closest one that matches. I got the cookies and cream and the cake was pre cut into slices which was very convenient. I have to say the flavors surprised me and I think its because of the shape. The owner asked us if we wanted anything to drink such as water while we were waiting. He was being very kind and inviting. We all chatted outside saying how nice he was and that we know where to come back for a next birthday.

The trip I took to Baskin Robbins is a trip I will never forget. The service there was amazing and there was a positive vibe about the place. I loved the ice cream there especially the Rocky Road was phenomenal! If I was craving ice cream I would make sure to drive all the way here to get some!

Extremely friendly, I came for the Stranger Things ice cream and Funko Pop. While they didnt have the figure, they were kind enough to point us to locations that did and served us with smiles, made conversation, saw that we were fans and made us smile with their kindness. If you want all of the Stranger Things Ice cream treats. This is the place to go! They have all the different variations available. Some Baskin Robbins didnt have any Ice cream to create the Stranger Things treats. This Baskin Robbins has all of them.

Went to this place yesterday morning to pick up a cake for my little brother, because it was his birthday the day after. I was so shocked when the owner greeted me with open arms into the establishment and asked if I needed anything else other than the cake. In addition, the staff looked like they were putting in an honest effort to do their jobs and they looked like they were trained well, but they also got along very well with each other. Never have I ever felt such a positive vibe in a Baskin Robbins and now I think I know where to go everytime Im looking for a treat.

My family and I would come here often. I loved the service the ladies in there were very sweet. Unfortunately I believe it may be the managers who are destroying this place. They suck !! Very rude and snappy. Why be in business if you don’t like to serve people. I understand it may be overwhelming because I do have like 5 kids that I bring in with me every time I come however, I AM BRINGING YOU MONEY ! I spent about $50 just to have someone roll their eyes at me every time I ask for something simple. I just calmly told them we won’t come back here and he said ok that’s fine while rolling his little eyes. Lol. I just felt the need to post a review because I spent a lot of money at this baskin Robbins and for them to treat a valuable customer this way is crazy to me. But I just won’t come back it’s not that deep’ theres plenty of other ice cream spots to go to.

This place is awesome!! Top notch customer service here. I took my three-year-old son today, as a treat. Since he cannot have milk, I asked which sorbet flavors they had. Davinder went above and beyond! He searched for and brought my sons favorite flavor, Horchata Ice Sorbet, from the back storage freezer so that my son could enjoy his visit. Davinder made sure everything was well and he was kind, polite and down to earth; all while serving other customers with the same respect. Definitely our new go-to spot for ice cream treats!!

I work here and my boss always gives warm welcome to everyone, everybody is happy including me.

I have been in this shop so many times, and the people is always very nice, on Tuesday we went for our regular cappuccino blast and my husband have to wait a few minutes because they didnt have bills to give him the change and I saw an add in the screen about small cappuccino blast for only 2.99.Long story short, I check the receipt and told him to come back because they charge us for the regular price.When I came back the only thing they could tell me is .... I dont remember if I give you a cappuccino or a milkshake???? Really !!!!Shame on you Baking Robbins, you should train your people a little better.

I went to Baskin Robbins and tried their flabor of the month for February. Its called Chocolate Hazelnut? Its super good! Also the cakes infront are super cute! They have some for Valentines day out in display. Definitely coming back here to get one of the cakes!
