First time shopping for lamps and I was so impressed by their friendly customer service! They have a clean, organized, and well stocked showroom with a wide range in fixture designs. Bani was my main point of contact and she did a fantastic job of answering all my questions. I will definitely be back!

Very underrated store that offers great products at a decent price.I have never heard or seen this place and it seems like it has always been here. Their exterior and store logo is so awful that I thought it was some dollar store replica.I was surprised to find that there is a very good selection of lamps. Ceiling fixtures, exterior lighting, desk lamps, you name it along with some random furnitures.The pricing is reasonable compared to many other stores like the strange one off stores in downtown or Z-Gallerie, etc. Price tags were clearly placed for each product and the employees seemed eager to help.I think the store needs to be better maintained and can definitely be shown a lot nicer. A lot of dead bulbs and dark / quiet for a lighting store.If you are looking to remodel your house, this is a must stop.

I have purchased all my lighting fixtures for my home remodel from the Stevens Creek Store managed by Mr. Mekedem Bezuneh (Mek). He and his sales group have been very helpful and knowledgeable in selecting the proper fixtures that meet my needs. On a recent warranty issue, Mek went way beyond what I expected in finding an exact replacement of a chair I purchased there as well. The product had changed manufacturer and Mek called the the Los Angeles warehouse was able to locate one of the few remaining chairs from the previous manufacturer. A perfect match. He also took the time to deliver the chair to my house which was very thoughtful during this pandemic. I tip my hat to Mek for his wonderful customer service!

First visit! Saw a few items I wanted online but wanted to see if they were available in store. Unfortunately, the items I wanted werent available in store but the sales associate was friendly and helpful. She assisted me in finding an alternative that I loved and offered to order the online item for me. There is a good selection of lighting, including lamps and overhead lights, and other decorative items. I had never heard of this store prior to my experience today but will definitely be back soon.

Had last shopped here maybe 10 years ago. Just superlative experience - vast choices in all kinds of decor, great website where you can see many options before you go, including customization of shades, call back on stock checks within 10 mins from a local store...knowledgeable sales guy. In the time it took me to buy the light, I had not found a lighting expert at Home Depot !

Terrible customer service.I ordered a chandelier in Sep and was soon notified that shipping would take place in mid-Nov. that’s not the end world, I figured, since my remodeling will take a month.When the estimated shipping date finally came, nothing happened. Then began my terrible journey with customer service:Monday (est shipping date) called customer service and was told they can’t ship until Wednesday. But they promised to compensate me $30 to make shipping overnight (so I can still get it in time). I pay extra $20. Fine.Tuesday: got a phone call that overnight wasn’t possible. I told them to keep original plan.Wednesday (new est shipping date): nothing happened. Called them again and was told the order was cancelled and needed to be recreated. What the heck? Since it was late in the day they promised to call me the next day.Thursday: called them again. This time they got a new shipping date (coming Monday). I asked for overnight. Interesting, this time they were only willing to compensate me $15 ...Journey continues. It’s been so frustrating that I really wished I had ordered from somewhere else. I’ll update when I have more progress.

Just gotta say one thing about this shop. Its HEEEEELLLLLLLAAAA LIIIIIIIIIIT. This store is almost as bright as my future. Stay lit boyz. Stay lit.

Weve purchased a number of lamps and lighting fixtures from this location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We recently purchased a lighted fountain and are very pleased with it.

There such a large variety of stock that it took me awhile to absorb it but I left with what I wanted and will happily go back.

The manager Mek is a person who doesn’t care about customers at all. I got the RMA email asking me to bring all the lamps to the store for return and he said he cannot take it because it doesn’t come with a packaging box. What a horrible experience and how they treat customers

Replacement parts? No lamp parts! I figured I could come to the biggest lamp store to get a replacement candle socket for my lamp and was certain they would carry a basic pig-tail candle socket, but no, nothing available.

Not satisfied with their service. The chandelier they delivered to our place was missing multiple parts - a screw that was supposed to hold the hanging pendant, one of the pendants and there was a broken pendant. I went to the store to get the missing screw where the person there was smug and asked me why I had not brought all the parts to find the proper screw to hold them - so here I am making a trip to their store to get parts which they carelessly forgot to ship and they were complaining that I did not bring all the parts with me, instead of apologizing. I will need to make another trip to get replace the missing and broken pendants - such a waste of time.

Their lead times for shipping are longer than Amzn.

So here is problem - they have a lot of stuff, they can deal with customer issues excellently, they have a lot of lamps of modern design - yet there is a huge quality disconnect they havent been able to fix.All of their lamps are from China and there is absolutely no quality control. - I will now be on my 4th bedside lamp of the same design. WHy? Because it is the only design that looks good from all of the stores we have seen.Yet its a failure. Why? Because the danged lamp cannot be made to hang plumb and level off the wall. Each one of the previous 3 have had serious quality and manufacturing flaws that make these swing lamps look like a drunken sailor lurching down the gang plank-. THe mounting plate is absolutely square plumb, and level. The level bubble just touches both of the center lines in all positions.I mount the lamp on the base plate and immediately find that even if the base plate is level - the lamp part that is supposed to mate with the base plate is off level by a half bubble. THis is not fixable with a shim.It is so disappointing to see the crap being imported. Yet try to find anything else these days. I spent more in going back and forth to the store than the lamp is worth.So find another lamp you say - well we have been looking for this particular type for 2 months because it fits the decor and I would have spent 3 times as much if the damned things actually fit. The poor people at the store are not happy to see me, and they treat me really well, but i will continue to return lamps until i get one that actually is plumb and level. ( problem is you actually have to mount it to see the problems.
