I came in a rush 10 minutes before closing to select a paint as my painter advised last minute they would prefer Ben Moore over Behr and they start painting my cabinets tomorrow morning. I chose some samples and asked for Arielle’s advice for one other gray color. She said “I’m closed, I can’t help you”. It wasn’t only the words used but the tone and the attitude behind it. I’ve never been treated with such disregard. She is the store manager. I’m working from home with two kids distant learning and if I could have come in earlier, I surely would have. I will not have my painter use Benjamin Moore on my project as a result. Spend your money in a store that has respect for customer service.
