I purchased a Mach-e and they made two “errors” in the price totaling $2500 which I noticed. But if I hadn’tI would have over paid! Watch out! The after purchase customer service was rude and insulting. I love the car but I probably should gone somewhere else!!

We recently brought our F150 in for a recall. We made an appointment two weeks in advance. When we brought the truck in, they said they might have to keep it overnight. Three days and daily phone calls instigated by us asking for updates later, we finally got it back. They offered no loaner and we had to wait for our phone calls to be returned. We used to bring our trucks in for service and were always satisfied, but this was unacceptable.

We gave them the car overnight and they fixed a problem with the lift gate on our Expedition. Covered by the warranty.

Very happy with the Service at this dealership! Easy to make an appointment with courteous Service Writers, they arrange a Lyft to drop you off. I got the annual service on our F150 it was ready earlier than expected and it actually was below the estimate. The car was washed and vacuumed when it was ready. 5 star service all the way, thank you Capistrano Ford.
